本发明涉及电力技术,尤其是涉及一种电缆接头。
背景技术
电缆是广泛应用的电力设施,在应用过程中,经常需要设置很多接头。现有的接头方式有很多种,如中国专利申请号201320786458.5就公开了一种电缆接头,“包括进线端、出线端、导电片和绝缘体,进线端、出线端和导电片均封装在绝缘体中,进线端和出线端上均设置有卡紧机构,卡紧机构由一个柔性绝缘套、两个卡紧片和两个卡紧螺栓组成,柔性绝缘套通过粘接剂和密封胶粘接在所述进线端和出线端上,卡紧片由呈弧形的卡紧部和连接部组成,卡紧部的两端均连接有所述连接部,所述连接部上设置有螺栓孔,为卡紧片一体成型的耳形卡紧片。”,很显然,该专利的电缆之间的接触依靠弹簧的弹力,并且连接片通过弹簧才能将电缆连接。由于弹簧的材料性质决定了导电性能不好,因此,该方法存在较大的缺陷。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种接触良好的电缆接头,具体技术方案如下:
一种接头结构,包括电缆套,所述电缆套内设置电缆;所述电缆套上设置固定箍,所述固定箍的内侧设置连接法兰盘,所述连接法兰盘间设置锁紧螺栓及螺母;在两个电缆端头间设置接线头,所述接线头包括保护套,所述保护套内设置接触块,所述接触块的两侧与电缆端头的导线抵接;所述电缆套和保护套对接处设置斜面;所述法兰盘设置锁紧结构并套装在电缆套上;所述锁紧结构为螺栓锁紧,即固定箍和法兰盘均设置开口,开口处的两端设置具有通孔的凸台,螺栓穿过所述通孔后由螺母锁定。
本发明的优点是:由于采用了电缆直接与接触块连接的方式,避免了接触电阻,并且导电性能良好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图具体说明本发明,如图1所示,本发明包括电缆套1,所述电缆套1内设置电缆3;所述电缆套1上设置固定箍2,所述固定箍2的内侧(即靠近电缆端头的一侧)设置连接法兰盘7,所述连接法兰盘7间设置锁紧螺栓8及螺母;在两个电缆端头间设置接线头,所述接线头包括保护套6,所述保护套6内设置接触块5,所述接触块5的两侧与电缆端头的导线4抵接;所述电缆套1和保护套6对接处设置斜面。
所述法兰盘设置锁紧结构并套装在电缆套上,其结构和固定箍2一样,都是采用螺栓锁紧的方法套装在电缆套上。

1.一种接头结构,其特征在于:包括电缆套,所述电缆套内设置电缆;所述电缆套上设置固定箍,所述固定箍的内侧设置连接法兰盘,所述连接法兰盘间设置锁紧螺栓及螺母;在两个电缆端头间设置接线头,所述接线头包括保护套,所述保护套内设置接触块,所述接触块的两侧与电缆端头的导线抵接;所述电缆套和保护套对接处设置斜面;所述法兰盘设置锁紧结构并套装在电缆套上;所述锁紧结构为螺栓锁紧,即固定箍和法兰盘均设置开口,开口处的两端设置具有通孔的凸台,螺栓穿过所述通孔后由螺母锁定。
