一种环保洗碗机水路芯管组,洗碗机具有总进水管及由总水进管分出的喷淋供水管和主洗槽供水管,在总进水管上设置有针对抑制水垢形成和强化水分子的活性的去垢芯管组,在喷淋供水管上设置有针对强化水分子活性及渗透性的增能芯管组,在主洗槽供水管上设置有增强水体内的去油污化强化水分子的偶极性的去油芯管组。本发明通过在洗碗机管路上增设功能芯管组,利用功能芯管组,对进入清洗区和杀菌干燥区的水流进行预处理,改变水的理化性能,使清洗区的水在不加入洗涤液的情况下具有去油污功能,使杀菌干燥区的水更具有活性,更容易从餐具表面挥发。

本发明涉及一种环保洗碗机水路芯管组。
背景技术
对于油污的处理较为普遍以及效果较好的方式均是采用清洁剂,而对于清洁剂的好坏评定也是根据清洁剂是否是生物性或化学性、是否在洗涤时伤害手、是否可以稀释再稀释等等来判定,都无法脱离还是需要洗涤剂的问题。
现有洗碗机技术的实施多是以超声波为主体与洗碗机合体对接,让洗碗机内水体产生气泡形成空化效应,但是还是必须要放洗涤液。或若不放则长期使用对洗碗机本身和洗后的污水排放也难起到渗透作用,以防止乳化效应堵塞下水道。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种环保洗碗机芯管组,芯管组可以通过内部填充的矿石组,改善水的理化性能指标。为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种环保洗碗机水路芯管组,洗碗机具有总进水管及由总水进管分出的喷淋供水管和主洗槽供水管,在总进水管上设置有针对抑制水垢形成和强化水分子的活性的去垢芯管组,在喷淋供水管上设置有针对强化水分子活性及渗透性的增能芯管组,在主洗槽供水管上设置有增强水体内的去油污化强化水分子的偶极性的去油芯管组。三组芯管组,水路中分别发挥各自的作用。
进一步地:所述去垢芯管组包括一号芯管、二号芯管及三号芯管;所述一号芯管内填装有六角矿石和纳米沸石,其中六角矿石质量百分比为20%-40%,纳米沸石质量百分比为60%-80%;所述二号芯管内填装有第一合成石和六角矿石,质量百分比分别为50%-70%和30%-50%;第一合成石由质量百分比30%-50%的SiO2、5%-20%的Fe2O3、10%-20%的MgO、5%-20%的K2O、5%-10%的Na2O及10%-20%的合成土烧结而成;所述三号芯管内填装有纳米沸石和六角矿石,其中纳米沸石质量百分比为60%-80%,六角矿石质量百分比为20%-40%。
进一步地:所述增能芯管组包括四号芯管和五号芯管;所述四号芯管和五号芯管内均填装有质量百分比为40%-60%的第二合成石和质量百分比为40%-60%的第三合成石;所述第二合成石由质量百分比60%-80%的SiO2和20%-40%的合成土烧结而成,第三合成石由质量百分比20%-50%的Al2O3、30%-60%的ZnO和20%的合成土烧结而成。

本发明通过在洗碗机管路上增设功能芯管组,利用功能芯管组,对进入清洗区和杀菌干燥区的水流进行预处理,改变水的理化性能,使清洗区的水在不加入洗涤液的情况下具有去油污功能,使杀菌干燥区的水更具有活性,更容易从餐具表面挥发。本发明装置适用性强,能够在极短时间内除了可以抑制水垢的产生外,对进入洗碗机的大量餐盘进行清洗时,可以快速去除油污和固体物,而且完全不用洗涤液,最后流出的水还可以避免下水道因前期有洗涤剂及油污的“乳化”造成的堵塞现象及排放后对水体的污染,是一举两得的结果。

如图1所示的一种环保洗碗机水路芯管组,洗碗机具有总进水管1及由总水进管1分出的喷淋供水管2和主洗槽供水管3,在总进水管1上设置有针对抑制水垢形成和强化水分子的活性的去垢芯管组4,在喷淋供水管2上设置有针对强化水分子活性及渗透性的增能芯管组5,在主洗槽供水管3上设置有增强水体内的去油污化强化水分子的偶极性的去油芯管组6。三组芯管组,水路中分别发挥各自的作用。
所述去垢芯管组4包括一号芯管7、二号芯管8及三号芯管9;所述一号芯管7内填装有六角矿石15和纳米沸石16,其中六角矿石15质量百分比为20%-40%,纳米沸石16质量百分比为60%-80%;所述二号芯管8内填装有第一合成矿石17和六角矿石15,质量百分比分别为50%-70%和30%-50%;第一合成矿石由质量百分比30%-50%的SiO2、5%-20%的Fe2O3、10%-20%的MgO、5%-20%的K2O、5%-10%的Na2O及10%-20%的合成土烧结而成;所述三号芯管9内填装有纳米沸石16和六角矿石15,其中纳米沸石16质量百分比为60%-80%,六角矿石15质量百分比为20%-40%。
其中的纳米沸石16,沸石经过纳米化处理后可使其本来就强的离子交换能力更强使某些本来吸附性能较差的沸石变成吸附能力极强的新型沸石。强化去离子交换性、吸附分离性、催化性、稳定性、化学反应性、可逆的脱水性、电导性。由于内部有很多孔径均匀的管状孔道和内表面积很大的孔穴,因而具有独特的吸附、筛分、交换阴阳离子以及催化。
所述增能芯管组5包括四号芯管10和五号芯管11;所述四号芯管10和五号芯管11内均填装有质量百分比为40%-60%的第二合成石18和质量百分比为40%-60%的第三合成石19;所述第二合成石18由质量百分比60%-80%的SiO2和20%-40%的合成土烧结而成,第三合成石19由质量百分比20%-50%的Al2O3、30%-60%的ZnO和20%的合成土烧结而成。合成土为黏土,矿球团的粘结剂和铸形砂粘合剂。
所述去油芯管组6所括六号芯管12、七号芯管13和八号芯管14;所述六号芯管12内填装有第四合成石20,所述第四合成石20由质量百分比为30%-50%的K2O、20%-30%的Na2O、5%-10%的ZnO和20%的Al2O3·2SiO2·2H2O加入合成土烧结而成;所述七号芯管13内填装有第五合成石21,所述第五合成石21由质量百分比为30%-50%的SiO2、5%-20%的Fe2O3、10%-20%的MgO加入合成土烧结而成;所述八号芯管14内填装有六角矿石15。
所述六角矿石15组份包括主要材料稀土材料Nd2Fe14B、花岗岩和沸石,次要材料电气石,补充材料磁铁、碳和纳米银。
所述去垢芯管组4和增能芯管组5的管口设置有网面22,所述网面22呈内凹结构,网孔孔径为1.5×1.5㎜。
工作时,对洗碗机进行的供水的水管连接去垢芯管组4,利用去垢芯管组4去水进行去垢的预处理,经过去垢芯管组4处理后的水,分为两路,一路经去油芯管组6输送至洗碗机的清洗区,另一路经增能芯管组5输送至洗碗机的高温杀菌区。
去垢芯管组:由于水分子的及其带电粒子在六角矿石中产生的电位差会急速增加,当形成水垢时表面电荷与通过茀水芯管序化后与水中的带电粒子结合产生放电,水垢被高压放电击碎成为微细颗粒。水垢就非常容易被去除掉。再加入了纳米沸石的置换作用,让二种去除碳酸钙的物理效应交替运行。
去油芯管组:水分子的偶极性是众所周知,两个H-O键的偶极矩不能抵消,正电荷和负电荷中心不重合,所以整个分子是有较高的极性。在此情况下,利用较高温度来分散油污的同时,以水分子的其具有的极性和油污的正负电性形成相吸原理,因为没有了乳化反应,水分子容易将油污裹挟住,也以其密度低于水的原理,让其漂浮在水面上后排放掉。
增能芯管组:是以提高水分子的内能为主,也就是提高其原子的电子能阶,除了能加强水分子在污染物的渗透力外,更能让餐盘表面的水分子加速挥发,达到了餐盘快速干燥的目的。
需要强调的是:以上仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (7)
1.一种环保洗碗机水路芯管组,洗碗机具有总进水管(1)及由总水进管(1)分出的喷淋供水管(2)和主洗槽供水管(3),其特征在于:在总进水管(1)上设置有针对抑制水垢形成和强化水分子的活性的去垢芯管组(4),在喷淋供水管(2)上设置有针对强化水分子活性及渗透性的增能芯管组(5),在主洗槽供水管(3)上设置有增强水体内的去油污化强化水分子的偶极性的去油芯管组(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保洗碗机水路芯管组,其特征在于:所述去垢芯管组(4)包括一号芯管(7)、二号芯管(8)及三号芯管(9);所述一号芯管内填装有六角矿石(15)和纳米沸石(16),其中六角矿石(15)质量百分比为20%-40%,纳米沸石(16)质量百分比为60%-80%;所述二号芯管内填装有第一合成石(8)和六角矿石(15),质量百分比分别为50%-70%和30%-50%;第一合成石(8)由质量百分比30%-50%的SiO2、5%-20%的Fe2O3、10%-20%的MgO、5%-20%的K2O、5%-10%的Na2O及10%-20%的合成土烧结而成;所述三号芯管内填装有纳米沸石(16)和六角矿石(15),其中纳米沸石(16)质量百分比为60%-80%,六角矿石(15)质量百分比为20%-40%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保洗碗机水路芯管组,其特征在于:所述增能芯管组(5)包括四号芯管(11)和五号芯管(12);所述四号芯管(11)和五号芯管(12)内均填装有质量百分比为40%-60%的第二合成石(18)和质量百分比为40%-60%的第三合成石(19);所述第二合成石(18)由质量百分比60%-80%的SiO2和20%-40%的合成土烧结而成,第三合成石(19)由质量百分比20%-50%的Al2O3、30%-60%的ZnO和20%的合成土烧结而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保洗碗机水路芯管组,其特征在于:所述去油芯管组(6)所括六号芯管(12)、七号芯管(13)和八号芯管(14);所述六号芯管(12)内填装有第四合成石(20),所述第四合成石(20)由质量百分比为30%-50%的K2O、20%-30%的Na2O、5%-10%的ZnO和20%的Al2O3·2SiO2·2H2O加入合成土烧结而成;所述七号芯管内填装有第五合成石(21),所述第五合成石(21)由质量百分比为30%-50%的SiO2、5%-20%的Fe2O3、10%-20%的MgO加入合成土烧结而成;所述八号芯管(14)内填装有六角矿石(15)。
5.根据权利要求2或4所述的环保洗碗机水路芯管组,其特征在于:所述六角矿石(15)组份包括主要材料稀土材料Nd2Fe14B、花岗岩和沸石,次要材料电气石,补充材料磁铁、碳和纳米银。
6.根据权利要1所述的环保洗碗机水路芯管组,其特征在于:所述去垢芯管组(4)和增能芯管组(5)的管口设置有网面(22),所述网面(22)呈内凹结构,网孔孔径为1.5×1.5㎜。
7.根据权利要1所述的环保洗碗机水路芯管组,其特征在于:在总水进管(1)、喷淋供水管(2)和主洗槽供水管(3)上设置有用于控制水量的电磁阀(23)。。
