背景技术
目前,柑橘果粒在进料后,仍有剩余果粒残留在罐体中,如果直接将罐体底盖打开进行清洗,则需要拆装管道,非常不便;而且罐体中残留的果粒也需要及时清洗,以免滋生细菌,对后一批果粒的产品质量产生影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种柑橘果粒进料与清洗***,能够快速、方便地对柑橘果粒进料的罐体进行清洗,提高工作效率,降低果粒染菌的风险。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,所采用的技术方案是:一种柑橘果粒进料与清洗***,包括装有柑橘果粒和果汁的罐体,所述罐体内设有搅拌装置,所述罐体顶部通过热水管与热水罐连接,所述罐体底部的出口管与三通接头一端相连通,所述三通接头另外两端分别与进料管和回收管连通,所述热水管上设有第一阀门,所述进料管上设有第二阀门,所述回收管上设有第三阀门,所述回收管末端还与回收罐连通。
优选地,所述搅拌装置包括竖直设于罐体内的搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴上从上至下斜向设有多根搅拌叶片。
优选地,所述搅拌轴输入端与从动轮连接,所述从动轮通过皮带与主动轮连接,所述主动轮通过减速机与电机的输出轴连接。
优选地,所述回收罐内设有筛网。
优选地,所述回收罐侧壁上部设有开合盖,所述开合盖上设有把手。

如图1所示,一种柑橘果粒进料与清洗***,包括装有柑橘果粒和果汁的罐体1,所述罐体1内设有搅拌装置2,所述罐体1顶部通过热水管3与热水罐4连接,所述罐体1底部的出口管5与三通接头6一端相连通,所述三通接头6另外两端分别与进料管7和回收管8连通,所述热水管3上设有第一阀门9,所述进料管7上设有第二阀门10,所述回收管8上设有第三阀门11,所述回收管8末端还与回收罐12连通。
优选地,所述搅拌装置2包括竖直设于罐体1内的搅拌轴2.1,所述搅拌轴2.1上从上至下斜向设有多根搅拌叶片2.2。这种斜向设置的搅拌叶片2.2在随着搅拌轴2.1旋转时会产生类似螺旋搅拌的效果,使得柑橘果粒和果汁混匀效果良好,不会使得柑橘果粒发生沉积的现象。
优选地,所述搅拌轴2.1输入端与从动轮2.3连接,所述从动轮2.3通过皮带2.4与主动轮2.5连接,所述主动轮2.5通过减速机2.6与电机2.7的输出轴连接。
优选地,所述回收罐12内设有筛网12.1。回收罐12内设置筛网12.1可以滤除回收水中残留的柑橘果粒。
优选地,所述回收罐12侧壁上部设有开合盖12.2,所述开合盖12.2上设有把手12.3。设置开合盖12.2后,可以通过把手12.3打开开合盖12.2,然后将回收罐12内的筛网12.1方便取出,以清理或更换筛网12.1。
本实施例工作原理如下:
首先,罐体1内加入筛选后的果粒,并和果汁混合在一起,搅拌装置2启动,不断对混合物料进行搅拌,待需要通过进料管7对后续工序进行进料时,打开第二阀门10,罐体1内的混合物料完全流出后,关闭第二阀门10,然后打开第一阀门9,热水罐4内的热水进入到罐体1内,搅拌装置2搅动热水对罐体4内侧壁进行清洗;一段时间后打开第三阀门11,然后清洗后的液体通过回收管8进入到回收罐12内,筛网12.1可以滤除水中残留的柑橘果粒,当清洗过程完成后,可以通过把手12.3打开开合盖12.2,然后将回收罐12内的筛网12.1方便取出,以清理或更换筛网12.1;而回收罐12内的水可以回收利用于其他工序,以节约水资源。

1.一种柑橘果粒进料与清洗***,包括装有柑橘果粒和果汁的罐体(1),其特征在于:所述罐体(1)内设有搅拌装置(2),所述罐体(1)顶部通过热水管(3)与热水罐(4)连接,所述罐体(1)底部的出口管(5)与三通接头(6)一端相连通,所述三通接头(6)另外两端分别与进料管(7)和回收管(8)连通,所述热水管(3)上设有第一阀门(9),所述进料管(7)上设有第二阀门(10),所述回收管(8)上设有第三阀门(11),所述回收管(8)末端还与回收罐(12)连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柑橘果粒进料与清洗***,其特征在于:所述搅拌装置(2)包括竖直设于罐体(1)内的搅拌轴(2.1),所述搅拌轴(2.1)上从上至下斜向设有多根搅拌叶片(2.2)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种柑橘果粒进料与清洗***,其特征在于:所述搅拌轴(2.1)输入端与从动轮(2.3)连接,所述从动轮(2.3)通过皮带(2.4)与主动轮(2.5)连接,所述主动轮(2.5)通过减速机(2.6)与电机(2.7)的输出轴连接。
