Abstract
The invention discloses a guide protection fixing block device, which also comprises an FPC fixing device arranged in the cavity, wherein the FPC fixing device comprises a guide baffle plate arranged along the vertical direction, two support plates arranged along the horizontal direction are fixed at the upper end of the guide baffle plate, the two support plates are connected through a pressure plate arranged along the horizontal direction, the pressure plate, the guide baffle plate and the support plates are mutually enclosed to form a through groove, and at least part of the support plates are detachably fixed on a hard circuit board. The problem of in the in-process of assembling the rigid circuit board easily with FPC card in the gap between rigid circuit board and product or equipment structure, cause the damage to FPC, make product or equipment unable normal work is solved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to electronic equipment, in particular to a guide protection fixing block device.
Background
At present, in some electronic devices or products, according to circuit design requirements, a Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) is butted with a rigid circuit board through a signal connector so as to conduct signals. Moreover, the connection mode is more common, and especially, the display type electronic products all use the docking mode to carry out signal connection. Because FPC self material is flexible, be fit for using inside product or the equipment in narrow and small space more. However, the flexible material is easily damaged by external force, and is not properly used and protected, so that signal transmission is abnormal, and the use performance of the product is further affected. In order to enhance the reliability of products or equipment, when the FPC is used for signal transmission, the FPC is designed in the products, and after the FPC is butted through a signal connector, the rigid circuit board is assembled on the products or the equipment. When the circuit layout is designed, the signal connector is designed at the edge position of the hard circuit board so as to maximize the utilization rate of the hard circuit board. In the process of assembling the hard circuit board, the FPC below the hard circuit board cannot be observed, and whether the conduction between the FPC and the signal connector is good or not cannot be determined. In the assembling process, the FPC is easily clamped in a gap between the hard circuit board and a product or equipment structure, the FPC is damaged, and the product or the equipment cannot normally work. Taking a display-type electronic product as an example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the FPC board is easily stuck at the a portion in fig. 2.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a guide protection fixing block device, which solves the problem that an FPC (flexible printed circuit) is easy to be clamped in a gap between a hard circuit board and a product or equipment structure in the process of assembling the hard circuit board, the FPC is damaged, and the product or the equipment cannot normally work.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a guiding protection fixing block device, which comprises a frame, wherein an electrical element and a hard circuit board are respectively arranged on two opposite surfaces of the frame, a cavity is formed inside the frame, a signal connector fixed on the hard circuit board is arranged in the cavity, one end of an FPC board positioned in the cavity is connected with the electrical element, and the other end of the FPC board is connected with the signal connector, and the guiding protection fixing block device is characterized by further comprising an FPC fixing device arranged in the cavity, the FPC fixing device comprises a guiding baffle plate arranged along a vertical direction, two support plates arranged along a horizontal direction are fixed at the upper end of the guiding baffle plate, the two support plates are connected through a pressing plate arranged along the horizontal direction, and the pressing plate, the guiding baffle plate and the support plates are mutually enclosed to form a through groove, at least part of the support plate is detachably fixed on the hard circuit board, at least part of the FPC board penetrates and extends to the upper part of the pressing plate from the lower part of the through groove, and the pressing plate and the hard circuit board are clamped mutually.
Preferably, the side surface of the guide baffle plate far away from the pressure plate is attached to the inner wall of the frame.
Preferably, the upper surface of the pressure plate is fixed with foam material.
Preferably, a first threaded hole is formed in the support plate in a penetrating mode, a second threaded hole is formed in the hard circuit board in a penetrating mode, and a locking screw penetrates through the second threaded hole and the first threaded hole in sequence.
Preferably, the electrical component is a rigid circuit board or a display screen.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, an orientation word such as "vertical direction" or the like included in a term merely represents an orientation of the term in a conventional use state or a colloquial meaning understood by those skilled in the art, and should not be construed as limiting the term.
As shown in fig. 3-5, the present invention provides a guiding protection fixing block device, which includes a frame 1, wherein two opposite surfaces of the frame 1 are respectively provided with an electrical component 2 and a hard circuit board 3, a cavity is formed inside the frame 1, a signal connector 5 fixed on the hard circuit board 3 is arranged in the cavity, one end of an FPC board 4 located in the cavity is connected to the electrical component 2, and the other end is connected to the signal connector 5, the guiding protection fixing block device further includes an FPC fixing device 6 arranged in the cavity, the FPC fixing device 6 includes a guiding baffle 601 arranged along a vertical direction, two support plates arranged along a horizontal direction are fixed at an upper end of the guiding baffle 601, and the two support plates are connected by a pressing plate 602 arranged along the horizontal direction, the pressing plate 602, the guide baffle 601 and the support plate enclose each other to form a through groove 604, at least part of the support plate is detachably fixed on the hard circuit board 3, at least part of the FPC board 4 extends from the lower part of the through groove 604 to the upper part of the pressing plate 602 in a penetrating manner, and the pressing plate 602 and the hard circuit board 3 are clamped with each other. On one hand, the bending path of the FPC board in a product or equipment can be guided, so that the FPC board is prevented from being damaged when a hard circuit board is assembled; on the other hand, the FPC board and the hard circuit board can be fixed together, so that the FPC board and the hard circuit board are prevented from being easily separated from the signal connector, and the butt joint firmness of the FPC board and the signal connector is enhanced.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to further enhance the reliability of the FPC board in the signal plug-in connection, the side of the guide baffle 601 far from the pressing plate 602 is attached to the inner wall of the frame 1.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a layer of flexible process auxiliary material (such as foam) may be attached to the gap between the pressure plate and the FPC board (i.e. the upper surface of the pressure plate) according to design requirements, so as to enhance the pressing property of the pressure plate on the FPC board.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the present invention can be fixed to a corresponding position by screws according to designed mounting holes and corresponding holes of the hard circuit board, the support plate is provided with a through first threaded hole 603, the hard circuit board 3 is provided with a through second threaded hole, and a locking screw 605 sequentially penetrates through the second threaded hole and the first threaded hole 603.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the electrical component 2 is a rigid printed circuit board or a display screen.
The specific implementation mode of the invention is as follows:
(1) the FPC board is passed through a through groove 604 between the guide fence 601 and the pressing plate 602 of the present invention;
(2) according to the design requirement, a layer of flexible process auxiliary material (such as foam cotton) can be attached to the gap between the pressing plate and the FPC plate (namely the upper surface of the pressing plate) so as to enhance the pressing property of the pressing plate on the FPC plate;
(3) the invention is fixed to the corresponding position of the hard circuit board by using two locking screws.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the invention is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.

2. The guide-guard fixing-block arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that the side of the guide flap (601) facing away from the pressure plate (602) abuts against the inner wall of the frame (1).
3. The guide shield anchor block assembly of claim 1, wherein a foam material is secured to an upper surface of said pressure plate (602).

The guide protection fixing block device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the support plate is provided with a first threaded hole (603) therethrough, the hard circuit board (3) is provided with a second threaded hole therethrough, and a locking screw (605) sequentially penetrates through the second threaded hole and the first threaded hole (603).
5. The guide guard fixing block device according to claim 1, characterized in that the electrical component (2) is a circuit board or a display screen.
