Abstract

In order to ensure the safety of personnel in the operation process, fences are required to be arranged around the top of the planar subsection according to the requirement that a cover is required to be arranged when a hole is formed and a fence is required to be arranged when a side is formed. According to the structural arrangement form and the sectional placement mode, the tongue-and-groove of the plane section generally has two forms, one is T-shaped, namely the free edge is horizontally outward, and the other is horizontal T-shaped, namely the free edge is vertically upward. For the first tongue and groove type, the traditional railing erection takes the erection mode of a scaffold clamp, a clamping plate is fixed on a free edge through a bolt, and for the second tongue and groove type, another type of clamp is required.
The existing fence setting modes have the following defects in different degrees:
1. the mode of adopting a scaffold clamp can only be suitable for one tongue-and-groove type, and bolts need to be screwed up manually;
2. the welding mode is adopted, electric welding operation is needed, dismantling and polishing are needed after use, and the workload is large;

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and designs a method for quickly erecting a sectional tongue-and-groove fence, which is suitable for erecting fences on sectional tongues and grooves of different types, does not need to screw bolts in the operation process and is very convenient and quick.

a method for quickly erecting a segmented tongue-and-groove fence utilizes a handrail support to erect the segmented tongue-and-groove fence, wherein the handrail support comprises a base plate, a railing fixed on the upper end surface of the base plate and a bottom post fixed on the lower end surface of the base plate, the base plate is an L-shaped plate, through holes are formed in the horizontal end surface and the vertical end surface of the L-shaped plate, a sleeve is fixed above each through hole, a clamping screw rod is inserted into the sleeve positioned on the horizontal end surface or the vertical end surface of the base plate, the clamping screw rod is locked and fixed through a clamp fixedly clamped on the sleeve, a clamping nut is fixed on the end part of the clamping screw rod through a thread, and a clamping plate is fixed on the clamping nut; rope clamping grooves are fixed on two side walls of the railing;
the rapid setting method specifically comprises the following steps:

The handrail pillar comprises a base plate 1, a railing 2 fixed on the upper end face of the base plate 1 and a bottom column 3 fixed on the lower end face of the base plate 1.
The bed plate 1 is the L template, all sets up the through-hole 4 that runs through its thickness on the horizontal terminal surface of bed plate 1 and the vertical terminal surface, and the top of every through-hole all is fixed with a sleeve 5, in this embodiment, all is equipped with a through-hole 4 on the horizontal terminal surface of bed plate 1 and the vertical terminal surface, and every through-hole all has a sleeve 5 rather than being linked together. After the clamping screws 6 have been inserted into the respective sleeves, their bottoms project out of the through-holes of the base plate 1. The clamping screw 6 is locked and fixed through a clamp 8 clamped and fixed on the sleeve, a clamping nut 9 is fixed at the end part of the clamping screw 6 through threads, and a clamping plate 10 which is used for being matched with the bottom column 3 to clamp the whole handrail support on the free edge of the subsection tongue-and-groove 20 is fixed on the clamping nut 9. The bottom of the splint is provided with latticed textures to increase the friction force of the splint.
The clamp 8 includes a clamp 11, a connecting rod 12, a fixing rod 13, and a wrench 14. The clamp 11 is circular, and both ends of the clamp extend forwards to form fixing lugs, and holes are formed in the fixing lugs. One end of the connecting rod 12 is fixed with an adjusting nut 15, and the other end of the connecting rod passes through the fixing lug of the clamp 11 and is connected with a fixing rod 13, and the fixing rod 13 is fixed at the end of the wrench 14. The wrench 14 is tadpole-shaped, the end of the wrench is provided with a round hole, the round hole is not arranged in the center of the end of the wrench, the distances between the center of the round hole and the periphery of the end of the wrench are unequal, and the fixing rod is arranged in the round hole, so that the central axis of the fixing rod does not coincide with the central point of the end of the wrench.
When the clamping device is used, the clamp 11 of the clamping device is sleeved at the groove height of the sleeve 5, the screwing length of the adjusting nut 15 on the connecting rod 12 is adjusted, the clamping degree of the clamp 11 is adjusted to be proper, then the clamping screw 6 is inserted into the sleeve 5, and after the clamping screw 6 is adjusted to be in place, the wrench 14 is pulled to lock the clamping device so as to fix the clamping screw 6. Since the securing lever 13 is not located centrally at the end of the wrench 14, the degree of clamping of the clamp 11 can be fine-tuned again when the wrench 14 is turned.

The specific steps of sleeving the clamp on the target sleeve are as follows: firstly, sleeving a clamp 11 of a clamp at the slotting height of a sleeve 5; then, inserting a connecting rod 12 into a fixing lug of the clamp 11, and fixing one end of the connecting rod 12 with a fixing rod 13; then the fixing rod 13 is arranged at the end part of the wrench 14; finally, an adjustment nut 15 is mounted on the other end of the connecting rod 12 and the adjustment nut 15 is screwed into place.
And step 3: the bottom pillar 3 is tightly attached to the free edge of the segmentation tongue-and-groove 20, the clamping screw 6 is adjusted up and down to enable the clamping plate 10 and the bottom pillar 3 to be matched with each other to clamp the segmentation tongue-and-groove 20, then the wrench 14 is rotated to close the clamp, and the clamping screw 6 is locked and fixed.
