The central support type suspension system (cable-stayed bridge type suspension frame) has the following main functions:

The washing process of the present machine will be described in detail below in the form of two washing scenes.
Washing scene 1

In the process, because the centrifugal force and the earth attraction exist simultaneously, the washing liquid soaked by the washings is easily extruded and thrown out due to small resistance when the washings are positioned at the top, and when the washings are positioned at the bottom, the washing liquid at the bottom of the roller is relatively deposited more due to the action of the earth attraction, and the resistance is large and difficult to extrude and throw out, so that an alternate decontamination cycle of liquid removal and liquid absorption when the washings are subjected to liquid removal and liquid absorption in the rolling, scouring and kneading processes is formed, dirt and dust on the washings are continuously neutralized and saponified under the action of chemical energy and surface activity of the washing agent, and the washing liquid continuously shuttles between fabric fibers of the washings to perform nondestructive water flow friction without dead angles, thereby achieving the purpose of centrifugal extrusion, rubbing and decontamination. During a second period of the decontamination procedure: when the set time is reached, the roller continues to perform liquid removal extrusion kneading for 40 seconds at the same rotating speed, meanwhile, a roller assembly discharge valve (9) of the roller assembly at the two sides is opened, and the removed washing liquid is continuously discharged into a precipitation adsorption purification box (28) through a double-side roller assembly discharge pipe (10) and a pre-filter (11) for purification and temporary storage. In the process, the decontamination mechanism is the same as that in the first period, and the difference is that the resistance of the washing liquid extruded and thrown out of the washings in the period is gradually reduced until the washing liquid is completely emptied, and finally, centrifugal liquid-removing extrusion kneading without washing liquid resistance is formed in each direction of the roller, so that the dirt can be separated from the washings in an accelerated manner, and a more thorough and effective decontamination function with higher and higher strength can be provided compared with the first period. In a third period of the program: after the set time is reached, a discharge valve (9) of the roller assembly is closed, the driving motors (27) of the two-side rollers are also stopped, the rollers still roll for 20 seconds by means of inertia, meanwhile, a circulating washing liquid pumpback (26) is started, purified washing liquid is pumped back into the rollers through a pumpback (25) and is mixed and soaked with continuously-rolling washing objects again, the pumpback (26) is stopped after the set water level is reached, the driving motors (27) of the two-side rollers are immediately switched to be started, and the extruding, rubbing and decontamination processes in all time intervals are repeated until the set time is reached.
The time required for the decontamination procedure of the "standard wash" is set to 20 minutes, which is approximately the same as the time required for the corresponding procedure of a general washing machine, and a certain time is required for the chemical energy of the detergent to be sufficiently released.
After the washing and decontamination process is finished, the circulating washing liquid is discharged into the precipitation adsorption purification box (28) and then is temporarily stored without pumping back, the adsorbed particulate dirt falls into the washing liquid again to be discharged, and simultaneously the electrostatic generator is powered off and then enters a washing and rinsing process. During a first period of the program: firstly, a water inlet valve (2) on both sides is opened, tap water is injected into the roller assembly by the same path of the inlet water of the washing and decontamination procedure, and the water inlet valve (2) is closed and the roller discharge valve (9) is closed at the same time when the tap water reaches a fixed set water level; during a second period of the program: then a double-side roller driving motor (27) drives the roller to operate similarly to a washing and decontamination procedure, the liquid carrying rubbing rinsing is carried out for 30 seconds at the rotating speed of 800 r/min, then a roller assembly discharge valve (9) and a main discharge pump (31) are simultaneously opened, the liquid removing extrusion rubbing rinsing is carried out for 30 seconds, the removed rinsing liquid is directly discharged into a precipitation adsorption purification box (28) after being filtered out of the flock by a roller discharge pipe (10) and a pre-filter (11), and the rinsing liquid and the waste washing liquid to be discharged in the box are discharged out of the machine from the main discharge pipe (30); in a third period of the program: closing a discharge valve (9) of the roller assembly, repeatedly carrying out rinsing operation for 4 times in the first time interval and the second time interval, carrying out final high-speed dehydration for 60 seconds at a set rotating speed of 1400 rpm by the roller after the set times are reached, completely dehydrating the semi-dried washings, stopping the operation of a roller driving motor (27) after the set time is reached, and simultaneously closing the discharge valve (9) of the roller assembly and a total discharge pump (31) until the whole washing program is finished. And opening the window door, taking out the washings, and putting the washings into a dryer for drying all at one time. The use and operation of the dryer are the same as those of a general single dryer.
In the whole washing process, the machine body is stable and free of vibration noise, and the box body of the mobile phone is free of vibration. By measuring the amplitude of vibration of the roller assembly, the degree of the amplitude of vibration is displayed to be negligible, which indicates that the stock damping device of the roller suspension positioning system is in a basic non-operating state under the condition of double-roller intelligent symmetrical washing. The dried washings can not be observed to be adhered by the naked eyes, and dust-shaped fine-particle dirt can not be shaken.
Washing scene 2
The dirtier adult clothes, which are about 2 kg less in quantity, only account for about 1/3 of the rated washing capacity of a single cylinder, and a user decides to adopt the single cylinder (right cylinder) without distinction for strong washing.
