本发明属于防锈剂技术领域,具体公开了一种快干型防锈剂及其制备方法,包含以下成分:防老剂,抗氧化剂,消泡剂,基础油,单丁醚,磷酸酯;通过所述制备方法制备,操作简单易行,所得快干型防锈剂用于金属物体表面,可形成一层防锈膜,干燥时间短,且具有耐摩擦,防干裂等优点,在极端的高温或低温环境下,性能稳定,防锈时间长。

本发明属于防锈剂技术领域,具体涉及一种快干型防锈剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
防锈剂是一种超级高效的合成渗透剂,它能强力渗入铁锈、腐蚀物、油污内从而轻松地清除掉螺丝、螺拴上的锈迹和腐蚀物,具有渗透除锈、松动润滑、抵制腐蚀、保护金属等性能。并可在部件表面上形成并贮存一层润滑膜,可以抑制湿气及许多其它化学成份造成的腐蚀。
防锈剂是一种能使液体迅速而均匀地渗透到某种固体内部的表面活性剂,在印染工业中有着广泛的用途。舒泊润渗透剂采用活性渗透助剂、润滑剂和除锈剂等配成,具有松锈、防腐、防潮、清洗、润滑、保护等多重功能,渗透能力强、使用方便,对金属、木器、饰面等材料无腐蚀,并具有保护功能。
所谓的锈是由于氧和水作用在金属表面生成氧化物和氢氧化物的混合物。机械在运行和贮存中很难不与空气中的氧、水或其他腐蚀性介质接触,这些物质在金属表面将发生电化学腐蚀而生锈,要防止锈蚀就得阻止以上物质与金属接触。
传统防锈剂往往使用时在金属表面形成一层容易擦除的保护层,涂了防锈剂的金属表面显现的是一层油腻的油膜。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种快干型防锈剂及其制备方法,所述防锈剂用于物体表面可快速干燥,并形成一层牢固的防锈膜,防锈效果显著。
本发明具体技术方案如下:
一种快干型防锈剂,其特征在于:包含以下成分:
防老剂,抗氧化剂,消泡剂,基础油,单丁醚,磷酸酯;
所述成分按以下质量份称取:
防老剂5~13份,抗氧化剂1~5份,消泡剂3~7份,基础油23~35份,单丁醚1~3份,磷酸酯7~12份。
优选地,所述防老剂为N-苯基-N'-异丙基-对苯二胺。
优选地,所述抗氧化剂为二丁基羟基甲苯与叔丁基对苯二酚按3:2的比例混合而成。
优选地,所述消泡剂是由环氧乙烷与环氧丙烷的混合物进行加成聚合而制成。
优选地,所述基础油为植物油。
所述快干防锈剂的制备方法包含以下步骤:
(1)按重量份取防老剂,抗氧化剂,基础油,单丁醚混合后,按其质量比的45~60%的比例加水,加热搅拌,控制温度在65~80℃,加热2~3h得到混合溶液;
(2)按重量份取消泡剂和磷酸酯,依次加入到所述混合溶液中,继续较热搅拌1~3h,过均质机,冷却即可。
本发明有益效果:
本发明提供的快干型防锈剂,通过所述制备方法制备,操作简单易行,所得快干型防锈剂用于金属物体表面,可形成一层防锈膜,干燥时间短,且具有耐摩擦,防干裂等优点,在极端的高温或低温环境下,性能稳定,防锈时间长。

下面通过具体实施方式进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
一种快干型防锈剂,其特征在于:包含以下成分:
防老剂,抗氧化剂,消泡剂,基础油,单丁醚,磷酸酯;
所述成分按以下质量份称取:
防老剂5份,抗氧化剂1份,消泡剂3份,基础油23份,单丁醚1份,磷酸酯7份;
其中,所述防老剂为N-苯基-N'-异丙基-对苯二胺;所述抗氧化剂为二丁基羟基甲苯与叔丁基对苯二酚按3:2的比例混合而成;所述消泡剂是由环氧乙烷与环氧丙烷的混合物进行加成聚合而制成;所述基础油为植物油;
所述快干防锈剂的制备方法包含以下步骤:
(1)按重量份取防老剂,抗氧化剂,基础油,单丁醚混合后,按其质量比的45%的比例加水,加热搅拌,控制温度在65℃,加热2h得到混合溶液;
(2)按重量份取消泡剂和磷酸酯,依次加入到所述混合溶液中,继续较热搅拌1~3h,过均质机,冷却即可。

防老剂13份,抗氧化剂5份,消泡剂7份,基础油35份,单丁醚3份,磷酸酯12份;
其中,所述防老剂为N-苯基-N'-异丙基-对苯二胺;所述抗氧化剂为二丁基羟基甲苯与叔丁基对苯二酚按3:2的比例混合而成;所述消泡剂是由环氧乙烷与环氧丙烷的混合物进行加成聚合而制成;所述基础油为植物油;
所述快干防锈剂的制备方法包含以下步骤:
(1)按重量份取防老剂,抗氧化剂,基础油,单丁醚混合后,按其质量比的60%的比例加水,加热搅拌,控制温度在80℃,加热3h得到混合溶液;
(2)按重量份取消泡剂和磷酸酯,依次加入到所述混合溶液中,继续较热搅拌3h,过均质机,冷却即可。
实施例3
一种快干型防锈剂,包含以下成分:
防老剂,抗氧化剂,消泡剂,基础油,单丁醚,磷酸酯;
所述成分按以下质量份称取:
防老剂9份,抗氧化剂3份,消泡剂5份,基础油28份,单丁醚2份,磷酸酯9份;
其中,所述防老剂为N-苯基-N'-异丙基-对苯二胺;所述抗氧化剂为二丁基羟基甲苯与叔丁基对苯二酚按3:2的比例混合而成;所述消泡剂是由环氧乙烷与环氧丙烷的混合物进行加成聚合而制成;所述基础油为植物油;所述快干防锈剂的制备方法包含以下步骤:
(1)按重量份取防老剂,抗氧化剂,基础油,单丁醚混合后,按其质量比的53%的比例加水,加热搅拌,控制温度在74℃,加热2.5h得到混合溶液;
(2)按重量份取消泡剂和磷酸酯,依次加入到所述混合溶液中,继续较热搅拌2h,过均质机,冷却即可。

防老剂,抗氧化剂,消泡剂,基础油,单丁醚,磷酸酯;
所述成分按以下质量份称取:
防老剂5~13份,抗氧化剂1~5份,消泡剂3~7份,基础油23~35份,单丁醚1~3份,磷酸酯7~12份。

(1)按重量份取防老剂,抗氧化剂,基础油,单丁醚混合后,按其质量比的45~60%的比例加水,加热搅拌,控制温度在65~80℃,加热2~3h得到混合溶液;
(2)按重量份取消泡剂和磷酸酯,依次加入到所述混合溶液中,继续较热搅拌1~3h,过均质机,冷却即可。
