The invention can achieve the purposes of extinguishing deep fire and protecting the safety of the coal dust storage bin.

The use of coal in the energy structures of China still occupies an important part, and particularly, the coal is used more frequently in thermal power stations. In order to improve the combustion efficiency of the pulverized coal, the pulverized coal is usually combusted in a pulverized coal form, the pulverized coal is generally stored in a pulverized coal bin, the pulverized coal can be decomposed and oxidized to release heat, the heat conduction efficiency of a pulverized coal pile is low, the heat is easy to accumulate, the spontaneous combustion of the pulverized coal can be initiated after the temperature reaches a certain degree, and finally, a deep fire disaster is formed. For deep fire of coal dust, the existing extinguishing agent and extinguishing mode can not be used for extinguishing fire, and the main reason is that the coal dust has strong hydrophobicity, and the extinguishing agent such as water, foam and the like can not penetrate into the interior to achieve the aim of extinguishing fire; and even if the upper part is covered with the fire extinguishing agent to isolate air, gaps exist among the pulverized coal particles, the pulverized coal can still continue to burn, and the aim of extinguishing fire can not be achieved.
At present, no good fire extinguishing mode for solving the deep fire disaster of the pulverized coal exists in China, on one hand, no proper fire extinguishing agent exists, on the other hand, no proper fire extinguishing agent application mode exists, a proper fire extinguishing agent and an application method thereof need to be found, and a calculation method of the arrangement mode of the application method in a pulverized coal storage bin is provided.

Comparative example
The fire extinguishing facilities in the conventional pulverized coal storage bin can be divided into three types, the first type is that water is used as a fire extinguishing agent, spray heads are arranged at the center of the top of the pulverized coal storage bin, the spray heads are heated and opened after water spraying is performed once a fire disaster occurs, water permeates from the upper part, experimental findings are carried out (the same experimental conditions are adopted, the fire extinguishing agent is only water), and the fire extinguishing effect can not be achieved even if the fire extinguishing agent is only permeated for 20cm after 10 hours. The other two are foam and carbon dioxide respectively, and the penetration capacity of the foam and the carbon dioxide is far lower than that of water, so that the conventional fire extinguishing facility and the fire extinguishing agent can not achieve the aim of extinguishing the fire in the deep position of the coal dust bin.
Experimental effect
The method comprises the steps of setting a coal powder storage bin with the size of 5 x 4m, placing coal powder (300 meshes) in the coal powder storage bin, setting a spray head from the bottom of a coal powder stack, adopting the parameters in the embodiment in the experiment, and detecting the humidity of the coal powder by using a coal powder humidity sensor to obtain the actual permeation time, wherein the experimental result is shown in the following table.
