技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将盖焊接到容器的焊头,特别是将盖焊接到用于包装可倾倒食品的密封容器的焊头。根据本发明的焊头特别适合于将盖焊接到已经模制在片状包装材料上的颈部上,所述片状包装材料进而适于被折叠、用可倾倒的食品填充并且被密封以形成容器。
背景技术
如已知的,许多可倾倒食品例如果汁、UHT(超高温处理)牛奶、酒、蕃茄酱等等都是在由已杀菌的片状包装材料制成的容器中销售。
该类型容器的典型示例是被称为Tetra Brik Aseptic(注册商标)的用于液体或可倾倒食品的平行六面体形状的容器,其是通过折叠和密封层合带状包装材料而制成。
该包装材料具有多层结构,其基本上包括:用于刚度和强度的基体层,其可包括纤维材料(例如纸)层,或矿物填充的聚丙烯材料层;和多个可热密封塑料材料层合层,例如聚乙烯膜,其覆盖基体层的两侧。
在用于如UHT牛奶之类的长期储存产品的无菌容器的情况下,包装材料还包括气体阻隔材料层(例如铝箔或乙基乙烯醇(EVOH)膜),其叠置在可热密封塑料材料层上,该气体阻隔材料层进而覆盖有形成容器的最终接触食品的内表面的另一可热密封塑料材料层。

为了打开上述容器,已经提出了各种解决方案,包括由塑料材料制成并且主要包括倾倒嘴的可重新封闭的开启装置,所述倾倒嘴限定贯通的倾倒开口并且安装到容器的壁中的孔。
当制造开启装置时,倾倒嘴的开口由与倾倒嘴一体连接并且可以沿着撕开线从其上拆卸下来的封闭元件密封。封闭元件在与包装材料相同的高度上延伸,以密封容器的壁中的孔。封闭元件在朝向盖的一侧上具有整体的突出的拉环,拉环的自由端被使用者拉动以沿着撕开线将封闭元件从倾倒嘴分离,从而打开倾倒开口。更具体地说,拉环在倾倒嘴的内部并在离倾倒嘴预定的距离处延伸。
也可以将开启装置的封闭元件直接固定在包装材料中的预层压孔上,该预层压孔即仅在基体层中形成并由包括气体阻隔材料层的其它层压层覆盖的孔。
在这两种情况下,可移动的(例如,螺旋的或者铰接的)盖随后被安装到倾倒嘴,以在外部封闭倾倒嘴。
上面公开的开启装置具有优良的密封性能。然而,它们的缺点是,用户第一次打开由上述类型的开启装置封闭的容器时,在能够倾倒容器内容物之前必须执行两个步骤。在第一步骤中,使用者移除可拆卸地安装到倾倒嘴的盖。在第二步骤中,使用者通过作用在拉环上而将封闭元件沿着撕裂线从倾倒嘴分离。
为了提供能仅仅在一个步骤中打开的容器,已经提出了一种解决方案,其中,开启装置的封闭元件与在倾倒嘴内延伸的突出部分一体成型,并且焊接到盖上。盖的端壁设有焊接到突出部分的盘形焊接促进元件,从而当从倾倒嘴移除盖时,突出部分和封闭元件保持附接到盖上。因此,当使用者第一次打开容器时,盖和封闭元件可以在单一操作中从倾倒嘴去除。设置有上述类型的盖的容器可以称为“一步打开式容器”。
为了将盖焊接到与封闭元件一体的突出部分上,可以使用包括线圈的电感应产生元件,该线圈在被激活时在焊接促进元件的导电层中感应出电流。因此在焊接促进元件的可热封层中产生局部热量,这导致包括焊接促进元件在内的盖的端壁附着到突出部分上。
为了确保盖的端壁正确地焊接到突出部分,电感应产生元件的线圈需要相对于盖的端壁适当地定位。
还考虑到在相对较大的公差范围内可能会变化的颈部和盖的尺寸、形状和位置,这个问题尤其重要。特别地,由于形成容器的材料(即片状包装材料)的柔性,因此容器的尺寸和形状可以在一定程度上变化。颈部的尺寸和形状也可以在相对大的范围内变化,因为颈部通过使用具有有限刚度的聚合物材料直接模制在形成容器的片状包装材料上。由于这些原因,颈部相对于相应容器的位置在一个容器与另一个容器之间可能不同。
此外,由诸如塑料之类的相对柔性的材料制成的盖可具有在不同盖之间不完全可重复的形状和尺寸。
特别地,容器(具有定位在颈部上(仍待焊接)的盖)会具有比标称值“更矮”或“更高”的高度。以这种方式,焊头在焊接操作期间没有布置在期望的位置。
这种情况恶化了,因为有问题的容器(其通常是用于包装可倾倒食品的密封容器)是由以高产出率运行的机器生产的。因此,将盖焊接到颈部的突出部分的可用时间是有限的。
因此,可能发生一些盖不能完美地焊接到相应的容器上。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够有效且可靠地将盖焊接到容器的开启装置上的焊头。
另一个目的是提供一种用于将盖焊接到相应容器的开启装置上的焊头,即使容器与焊头在可能在不同容器之间变化的位置相互作用,其也能确保良好的焊接质量。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种焊头,该焊头可以用于将盖焊接到容器的相应开启装置上,其确保不管容器、和/或开启装置、和/或盖具有彼此不同的形状和/或尺寸的情况如何,都有好的性能。
另一个目的是提供一种可用于将盖焊接到容器的开启装置上的焊头,即使在高生产率下,其也能确保良好的焊接质量。
根据本发明,提供了一种焊头,其包括用于将盖焊接到容器的开启装置上的焊接元件,用于支撑焊接元件的支撑体和用于补偿在将盖焊接到开启装置期间焊接元件和盖的可能的相互错位的补偿装置,补偿装置介于支撑体和焊接元件之间,补偿装置包括平面型弹簧设备,该平面型弹簧设备设有至少一个平面型弹簧元件,该平面型弹簧元件具有通过可变形元件相互连接的第一构件和第二构件。

可通过补偿装置补偿的盖和焊接元件之间的错位具体可能是由于颈部和/或盖的尺寸和/或形状的可变性导致的。由于补偿装置,盖可以成功地焊接到开启装置上,而不管相对较大的公差(容器、颈部或盖的尺寸或形状是可以在该公差内变化)如何。
特别地,焊头还能够将盖焊接到具有高于或低于标称高度的高度的容器的开启装置。
此外,通过补偿容器和颈部的尺寸的变化,将盖焊接到开启装置所需的焊接时间可以被最小化,这使得根据本发明的焊头即使在高生产率下也能够操作。
在一个实施方式中,焊接元件包括电感应产生元件,其用于产生能够将盖热封在开启装置上的电流。
补偿装置使得包含在电感应产生元件中的线圈相对于随后加工的盖能够适当地定位。位于相对较窄区域的线圈所产生的电感应场因此可以有效地熔化形成盖和/或开启装置的材料,由此确保良好的焊接质量。

具体实施方式
图1示出了旨在被施加到容器颈部上的盖1。盖1包括端壁2,端壁2可以被成形为盘状,特别是圆盘状。盖1还包括附接到端壁2的可以是大致圆筒形的侧壁3。侧壁3围绕盖1的轴线延伸,而端壁2横向延伸,特别是垂直于盖1的轴线延伸。
侧壁3设置有一个或多个内螺纹4,该内螺纹4能够与容器颈部上获得的相应的螺纹接合。侧壁3可以在外部设置有多个滚花5,从而让使用者更容易抓握盖1。
两个附件6从侧壁3的外表面在直径上相对的位置处突出。
例如可以是盘状的焊接促进元件7被锚定到端壁2的内表面,即锚定到在使用中面对容器颈部的表面。
盖1可以包括与端壁2一体形成的环形肋8,其从端壁2向盖1的内部轴向突出。环形肋8限定用于接收焊接促进元件7的底座。

如图2所示,盖1旨在被施加到容器10的颈部9上,特别是用于包装可倾倒食品的密封容器的颈部上。颈部9被包括在开启装置中,所述开启装置包括固定到形成容器10的包装材料上的倾倒嘴11。颈部9具有基本上圆筒形的管状形状并围绕轴线A延伸。颈部9限定了倾倒开口12,容器10的内容物可以由用户通过倾倒开口12倾倒。在围绕轴线A延伸的颈部9的外表面上,设置有一个或多个外螺纹13,其能够与盖1的内螺纹4接合。因此,盖1可以可去除地耦合到颈部9上。当盖1旋拧到颈部9上时,盖1的轴线与颈部9的轴线A重合。
倾倒开口12最初由封闭元件14封闭,封闭元件14在撕裂线15处一体地连接到倾倒嘴11,封闭元件14可以沿撕裂线15从倾倒嘴11脱离。
倾倒嘴11和封闭元件14一体地形成在形成容器10的包装材料的接纳部分16上,而盖1与倾倒嘴11和封闭元件14分开形成,然后装配到倾倒嘴11和封闭元件14上。倾倒嘴11和封闭元件14可以通过以下方式获得:在将包装材料转变成容器10之前模制熔化的塑料材料(特别是通过注塑操作)而成型在包装材料上。
接纳部分16可由在形成容器10的包装材料中制成的所谓的预先层压的孔限定,即,由穿过包装材料的基体层制成并且由包装材料的一层、两层或更多层覆盖的孔限定,该一层、两层或更多层密封该孔。在一替代实施方式中,接纳部分16可以简单地由穿过形成容器1的包装材料的整个厚度制成的孔限定,所述孔旨在由倾倒嘴11和封闭元件14密封。在另一个实施方式中,接纳部分16可以由固定到包装材料的其余部分以密封孔的贴片来限定,在该案例中,该孔穿过包装材料的整个厚度形成。封闭元件14与延伸穿过倾倒开口12的突出部分17一体成型。突出部分17旨在在将盖1旋拧到颈部9上之后焊接到焊接促进元件7。

在使用中,容器10的第一次打开通过使盖1相对于倾倒嘴11围绕轴线A旋转而获得。在使用者在盖1上开始施加旋转时,支腿19沿着旋转方向弯曲,由此在撕裂线15的给定点处对封闭元件14施加拉动作用力。换言之,由于支腿19,因而施加在盖1上的扭矩转变成在封闭元件14上的拉动作用力,封闭元件14在沿着撕裂线15的两个给定点处开始与倾倒嘴11分离。
通过继续旋转盖1,盖1完全从倾倒嘴11拧下。如图3所示,封闭元件14沿着撕开线15从倾倒嘴11完全分离,并且保持附接到盖1。此时,使用者可以通过倾倒开口12倒出容器10的内容物。
使用者然后可以使用盖1如往常所期望的那样通过将盖1旋拧到颈部9上或者相应地从颈部9拧下盖1再次封闭或打开容器10。
图4示出了用于将盖1施加到相应的容器10上的施加单元或设备20,所述容器10已经在被设置在设备20上游的填充机中被形成、填充并密封。
在所示的实施方式中,每个容器10具有大致的平行六面体和倾斜的顶壁,即相对于容器10的底壁倾斜的顶壁。换言之,当容器10的底壁搁置在水平表面上时,顶壁相对于平行于底壁的水平面倾斜。
在另一未示出的实施方式中,每个容器10具有大致的平行六面体的主体和基本平行于底壁的顶壁。
通常,设备20可以与具有不同形状和/或尺寸的容器10一起工作。
设备20包括未示出的输送装置,输送装置用于沿前进方向F,特别是沿着直线路径推进容器10。输送装置可以包括线性输送机,例如带式输送机或辊式输送机。输送装置可以被配置为沿着前进方向F连续地推进容器10。
在输送装置的上游,可以设置排序装置,以便将容器10以彼此间隔预设的距离排列,即以具有预设间距的顺序排列。因此确保容器10在进入设备20时规则地间隔开。
设备20还包括分配单元21,分配单元21用于将盖1供给到沿着前进方向F前进的容器10的颈部9。分配单元21可以包括滑动件(slide)22和未示出的用于将盖1供给至滑动件22的供给单元。滑动件22相对于沿前进方向F输送容器10的输送装置倾斜,使得滑动件22和输送装置之间的距离在沿着前进方向F移动时减小。
在滑动件22的下端设置有分配开口,该分配开口配置成松弛地保持一个盖1。
当沿前进方向F前进的容器10到达滑动件22时,容器10的颈部9与由分配单元20的分配开口保持的盖1相互作用,并从该分配单元去除盖1。换言之,盖1被下面的容器10的颈部9从位于滑动件22下游的分配开口剥离。因此,在滑动件22的下游,盖1位于颈部9上,但不是完全旋拧到颈部9上。
设备20还包括成组的施加头23,施加头23用于将盖1施加到相应的容器10上,特别是将每个盖1旋拧到容器10的对应的颈部9上。
在所示的实施方式中,成组的施加头包括沿着前进方向F顺序布置的两个施加头23。然而,成组的施加头还可以包括不同于两个的多个施加头23,例如三个、四个或更多的施加头23。每个施加头23被布置成将盖1旋拧到相应的颈部9上。
施加头23由共同的支撑元件24支撑。支撑元件24可以一体成型,或者可以由多个相互连接以便在使用中像单件一样利用的部件组装而成。
在所示的示例中,支撑元件24被成形为背板,多个突出壁从该背板延伸,以限定多个凹部25,每个凹部25中部分地接纳施加头23。然而支撑元件24可以具有与附图中所示的形状不同的形状。
将施加头23装配到支撑元件24上,使得两个连续的施加头23之间的距离等于沿前进方向F前进的两个连续的容器10之间的距离,即与容器10的间距相等。

每个施加头23包括成对的抓握元件33,抓握元件33用于与盖1相互作用以将其旋拧到颈部9上。施加头23的抓握元件33由连接到杆36的支撑部件35支撑。每个施加头23还包括用于驱动抓握元件33的驱动装置34。驱动装置紧固到支撑元件24上。驱动装置34直接连接到杆36上以便移动支撑部件35并因此同时驱动两个抓握元件33。

当杆36朝向容器1移动时,通过使支撑部件35围绕杆36的纵向轴线旋转,抓握元件33沿着螺旋线运动,从而将盖1旋拧到颈部9上,如将在下文更详细描述的。
在未示出的实施方式中,施加头23可被配置成将不包括附件6的盖1,即由圆柱形侧壁3界定的盖1施加到容器10上。
设备20还包括多个焊头43,焊头43用于将盖1焊接(特别是感应焊接)到从封闭元件14突出的突出部分17上。特别地,每个焊头43被配置成在焊接促进元件7的导电层中产生电流,该电流使焊接促进元件7的面向封闭元件14的可热封层熔化。因此,该可热封层粘附到突出部分17,突出部分17因此永久地附接到盖1上。
焊头43沿着使容器10沿前进方向F前进的输送装置布置在施加头23的下游。焊头43因此在施加头23已经将盖1旋拧到容器10上之后与容器10相互作用。
焊头43的数量可以等于施加头23的数量。在所示的示例中,提供了两个焊头43,但是这个条件不是必需的,并且焊头43的数量也可以不同于两个。
两个连续的焊头43之间的距离等于沿前进方向F前进的两个连续的容器10之间的距离。类似地,最后的施加头23与第一焊头43之间的距离等于两个连续的容器10之间的距离。
焊头43能够沿前进方向F前后移动,即,能够与使容器10沿前进方向F前进的输送装置同步地沿输送装置的路径的一部分移动。因此,每个焊头43能够跟随容器10以与相应的盖1相互作用足够的时间,以确保盖1焊接到突出部分17上。当盖1已经被焊接到突出部分17时,焊头43向后移动,以达到其准备将新的盖1焊接到相应容器10的初始位置。
所有焊头43可以通过共同的机构同步移动。为此,所有焊头43可以由共同的支撑构件44支撑,使得通过沿前进方向F移动支撑构件44,所有焊头43沿前进方向F一起向前或向后移动。
在所示的示例中,焊头43由也使施加头23移位的同一移动装置26移动。例如,因为支撑构件44直接固定在支撑元件24上,所以支撑构件44相对于支撑元件24固定。因此,当马达27通过驱动皮带29而移动支撑元件24时,支撑构件44以及因此还有焊头43也沿前进方向F移位。
焊头43包括焊接元件51。特别地,焊接元件包括包含未示出的线圈的电感应产生元件。通过激活线圈,在焊接促进元件7的导电层中感应出电流,随之产生局部热,使得焊接促进元件7的面向颈部9的可热封层被焊接到突出部分17上。
焊头43包括致动器装置52,致动器装置52用于使焊接元件51沿横向(特别是垂直)于前进方向F布置的位移方向移位,以便将焊接元件51朝向盖1或者替代地远离盖1移动。更确切地说,致动器装置52旨在使焊接元件51平行于正被焊接的盖1的轴线移动。

焊头43包括支撑体53,支撑体53支撑焊接元件51并且支撑体53又由致动器装置52支撑。

上述用于将盖1旋拧到相应的颈部9上的操作是通过成组的施加头23中的所有施加头23(即,由所述支撑元件支撑24的所有施加头23)在相应的盖1上同时执行的。同时,支撑元件24通过移动装置26沿前进方向F移动,使得施加头23与容器10一起沿前进方向F前进,同时在容器10上施加相应的盖1。
当盖1已经完全旋拧到颈部9上时,每个施加头23的抓握元件33打开,并且向上移动以便与相应的盖1脱离。移动装置26现在将施加头23向后移动,使得施加头23可以与新的成组的容器10接合。
已经施加有盖1的容器10继续沿着前进方向F朝向焊头43移动,以到达焊头43的下方。然后,每个焊头43向下移位,直到相应的焊接元件51接触盖1的端壁2。
由于补偿装置60,可以补偿焊头43和相应盖1之间的错位。此外,可以补偿盖1和/或开启装置和/或容器10的尺寸公差。
以这种方式,盖1被正确地焊接到相应的突出部分17。
当焊头43与容器10相互作用时,容器10继续沿前进方向F前进。焊头43因此在与沿前进方向F前进的容器10一起移动的同时将盖1焊接在相应的容器10上。为此,移动装置26沿着前进方向F移动支撑构件44,这使得相对于支撑构件44固定的焊头43能沿着前进方向F一起(即同步地)移动。
一旦盖1被焊接到颈部9上,就通过移动装置26使被支撑构件44支撑的焊头43向后移动,以到达焊头43可以与新的成组的容器10接合的位置。
意图是,当施加头23通过在容器10上旋拧相应的盖1而与成组的容器10相互作用时,焊头43通过将相应的盖1焊接到相应的突出部分17上而与另外的成组的容器10相互作用。因此,以上描述的旋拧和焊接操作在不同的成组的容器10上同时进行。
在一替代实施方式中,设备20可以用于在颈部9上施加基本上是圆形的,即不具有附件6的盖1。
显然,可以对如本文所描述和所图解的分配单元进行改变,而不脱离所附权利要求中限定的本发明的保护范围。

1.一种焊头,其包括用于将盖(1)焊接到容器(10)上的开启装置的焊接元件(51),用于支撑所述焊接元件(51)的支撑体(53)和用于补偿在将所述盖(1)焊接到所述开启装置期间所述焊接元件(51)和所述盖(1)的可能的相互错位的补偿装置(60),所述补偿装置(60)介于所述支撑体(53)和所述焊接元件(51)之间,所述补偿装置包括平面型弹簧设备(100),所述平面型弹簧设备(100)设有至少一个平面型弹簧元件(62),所述平面型弹簧元件(62)具有通过可变形元件(65)相互连接的第一构件(63)和第二构件(64)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的焊头,其中当所述可变形元件(65)不变形时,所述第一构件(63)、所述第二构件(64)和所述可变形元件(65)限定一平面,并且当所述可变形元件(65)变形时,所述第一构件(63)和所述第二构件(64)沿垂直于所述平面的位移方向(D)彼此远离地移动。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的焊头,其中,所述平面型弹簧设备(100)设置有另外的平面型弹簧元件(66),所述另外的平面型弹簧元件(66)具有通过另外的可变形元件(69)相互连接的另外的第一构件(67)和另外的第二构件(68)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的焊头,其中,所述第二构件(64)和所述另外的第二构件(68)通过连接销(74)彼此连接。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的焊头,其中,所述第一构件(63)固定到能连接到所述支撑体(53)的第一板(71)上,并且所述另外的第一构件(67)固定到能连接到所述焊接元件(51)的第二板(73)上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的焊头,其中,所述补偿装置(60)还包括至少一个保持元件(75),所述保持元件(75)用于限制所述第一板(71)和所述第二板(73)的相对运动。
7.根据权利要求6所述的焊头,其中所述至少一个保持元件(75)包括连接元件(76),所述连接元件(76)具有头部(77)和与所述头部(77)相对的固定到所述第二板(73)的连接端(78),并且其中所述至少一个保持元件(75)还包括介于所述头部(77)和所述连接端(78)之间并被容纳在所述第一板(71)的通孔中的细长主体(79),所述通孔具有第一直径,并且圆柱形的所述主体(79)具有第二直径,所述第一直径大于所述第二直径,使得当所述第一板(71)和所述第二板(73)彼此相对地移动时,所述细长主体(79)不与限定所述通孔的所述第一板(71)的表面相互作用。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的焊头,并且还包括用于检测所述补偿装置(60)的完整性的检测装置(200)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的焊头,其中,所述检测装置(200)包括电路(80)、发电机(83)和检测元件(84),其中所述平面型弹簧设备(100)限定所述电路(80),所述电路(80)具有连接到所述发电机(83)的第一电极的第一端(81)和连接到所述发电机(83)的第二电极的第二端(82),并且所述检测元件(84)检测在电路(80)中流动的电流。
10.根据权利要求9所述的焊头,当权利要求8从属于权利要求3至7中任一项时,其中所述电路(80)包括在所述平面型弹簧元件(62)中获得的电路部分(85)以及在所述另外的平面型弹簧元件(66)中获得的电路部分(86),所述电路部分(85)由所述第一构件(63)、所述第二构件(64)和所述可变形元件(65)限定,并且所述另外的电路部分(86)由所述另外的第一构件(67)、所述另外的第二构件(68)和所述另外的可变形元件(69)限定。
