The unlocking key 2 slides reversely along with the peach-core sliding block 4, is matched with the driving inclined plane under the action of the elastic piece of the unlocking key 2, drives the unlocking pull rod 18 to overcome the elastic force of the unlocking pull rod 18 to slide forwards in the process of continuing reverse movement along with the peach-core sliding block 4, the inclined plane of the pull rod is matched with the lock catch elastic piece 21 to pull the lock catch 22 to swing forwards, and jacks up the lock catch 22 to unlock the matching of the lock catch and the lock groove 234.
Referring to fig. 13, the first locking device further includes an emergency unlocking structure including an unlocking handle 39 provided on the mounting base 19. The unlocking handle 39 extends into the housing space and has a handle contact 40 that pushes the peach-heart slider 4 to slide to an initial position. The peach-core slider 4 is provided with a mating structure 42 that mates with the handle contact 40. The middle shell is also provided with a limit inclined surface 41 which drives the handle contact 40 to be disengaged from the engaging structure 42 after the handle contact 40 pushes the peach core slide block 4 to move to the initial position. Referring to fig. 3 to 6 and 14 to 17, the second locking device includes a housing, a positioning rod 32, a telescopic main rod 36, a telescopic middle rod 35 and a second coil assembly 13.
The housing is a mounting base of the second locking device, and provides a corresponding mounting structure for other components, and the mounting structure is opened in the second locking bolt opening 192 allowing the second locking bolt 383 to enter corresponding to the second locking device. The housing comprises a mounting base 19, an intermediate housing arranged at the mounting base 19 and a seat cover 33, the mounting base 19 and the seat cover 33 forming a mounting space enclosing the second locking means and the intermediate housing. Mounting base 19 is disposed adjacent to one side of door hook 38, intermediate housing and cover 33 are disposed on the other side of mounting base 19, and second bolt opening 192 is disposed in mounting base 19.
The second coil component 13 includes a second coil body and a second coil body. The second coil body is mounted on the mounting base 1 and drives the second coil iron core 15 to move after being electrified. The positioning rod 32 is rotatably mounted to the mounting base 19 about a third axis parallel to the first axis, and includes a positioning rod 32 body and a driving arm. The positioning rod 32 body is an annular structure with a central axis as a third axis, the driving arm is arranged on the positioning rod 32 body and is provided with a matching structure 42 matched with the second coil iron core 15, and the positioning rod 32 body rotates around the axis under the driving of the second coil iron core 15.
The telescopic main rod 36 is slidably mounted in the main body of the positioning rod 32 along a third axis, and a main rod elastic member 37 is disposed between the telescopic main rod and the positioning rod 32. Specifically, the telescopic main rod 36 is a cylindrical structure coaxial with the positioning rod 32, and the outer periphery of the telescopic main rod is provided with first sliding protrusions extending along a third axis in pairs, and the inner wall of the positioning rod 32 is provided with first sliding grooves matched with the first sliding protrusions. An unlocking inclined plane 44 and an unlocking protrusion 43 are further arranged between the telescopic main rod 36 and the positioning rod 32, and the unlocking inclined plane 44 and the unlocking protrusion 43 are matched to drive the telescopic main rod 36 to rotate when the telescopic main rod 36 overcomes the outward movement process of the main rod elastic piece 37.
The telescopic main rod 36 is a cylindrical structure with a hollow mounting cavity, and the telescopic middle rod 35 and the telescopic main rod 36 are coaxial and are slidably mounted in the mounting cavity of the telescopic main rod 36 along a direction parallel to the third axis. Specifically, the inner wall of the mounting cavity is provided with second sliding protrusions extending along the third axis in pairs, and the periphery of the telescopic middle rod 35 is provided with second sliding grooves matched with the second sliding protrusions. The telescopic main rod 36 and the telescopic middle rod form a sliding telescopic structure. The telescoping center pole 35 may extend through the second bolt opening 192. A blocking structure for limiting the extending distance of the telescopic middle rod 35 is arranged between the telescopic middle rod 35 and the telescopic main rod 36.
The telescopic stem 35 has a locking cavity cooperating with the bolt, the inner wall of which is provided with a second locking projection extending around the axis, opening into a passage slot allowing the first locking projection 384 to pass through. In an initial state, the through groove and the first locking protrusion 384 are arranged, after the first locking protrusion 384 passes through the through groove, the telescopic middle rod 35 rotates, the through groove and the first locking protrusion 384 are staggered, and the first locking protrusion 384 and the second locking protrusion are matched to lock the second lock tongue 383 by the second locking device. As can be seen from the principle of the first locking protrusion 384 cooperating with the second locking protrusion, the same locking effect can be achieved by providing only one first locking protrusion 384.
The positioning rod 32 body has an unlocked position where it is aligned with the first locking projection 384 through the slot during rotation and a locked position where it is misaligned with the first locking projection 384 through the slot. A detent lever spring 31 is also provided between the mounting base 19 and the detent lever 32, and moves through the slot to an unlocked position aligned with the first locking projection 384 upon actuation of the detent lever spring 31.
A second limiting structure for limiting the positioning rod 32 to stop at the unlocking position and the locking position in the rotating process is further arranged between the driving arm and the mounting base 19, and the second limiting structure comprises a second limiting groove arranged on the positioning rod 32 and a positioning rod clamp spring 28, two ends of the positioning rod clamp spring are respectively matched with the second limiting groove and the mounting base 19.
A middle rod elastic piece 34 is also arranged between the telescopic middle rod 35 and the mounting base 19. Under the elastic force of the center pole elastic member 34, the telescopic center pole 35 slides to an end away from the door hook 38, i.e., to a shortest state in the telescopic state.
The telescopic middle rod 35 and the telescopic main rod 36 are collectively called as a locking end, and the telescopic design of the locking end can also be a spiral telescopic mechanism, namely, the length change of the locking end relative to the device body is realized through thread matching.
The root of one side of the first lock tongue 381 facing the second lock tongue 383 is provided with a support boss 385, and the support boss 385 is matched with the edge of the first lock tongue opening 191 to prevent the first lock tongue 381 and the second lock tongue 383 from being misaligned due to the fact that the washing machine door plate hangs down in the using process. The second locking tongue 383 can also be provided with a support protrusion according to actual requirements. For example, an annular boss is provided around the outer circumference of the second locking tongue 383 to engage the second locking tongue opening 192. The support boss 385 of the first latch tongue 381 may also be replaced with a support structure that surrounds the first latch tongue 381.
The locking device of the washing machine also comprises a 4PIN component 9 which can control the two power supplies to be switched on and off simultaneously or respectively.
Description of the working principle of the door lock:
first, door closing principle.
1. The working process of the first locking device;
when the door plate of the washing machine is pressed, the door hook 38 on the door plate enters the locking device along the locking tongue matching direction, the tail end of the first locking tongue 381 of the door hook 38 jacks up the locking cam 23 to turn over in the positive direction, the locking cam 23 turns over in the positive direction, and meanwhile, the lock catch 22 deviates along the guide inclined plane on the locking cam 23. When the locking cam 23 is rotated forward to the first set position, the second projection 232 flips into the locking hole 382, restricting the first latch 381 from moving to lock the door panel. Meanwhile, the latch 22 slides on the guide slope to the end of the guide boss 233, the latch 22 is pulled to one side by the tension spring, the catch on the latch 22 is overlapped in the locking groove 234 of the locking cam 23, the locking cam 23 is pulled, the first latch 381 of the door hook 38 is locked while the locking cam 23 is prevented from rotating, and this state is referred to as a first state of the first locking device.
When the lock cam 23 is rotated to the first set position, the lock cam 23 is in a position that does not affect the movement of the lock lever 25, that is, the restriction of the lock lever 25 is released. The lock lever 25 is moved to the third set position by the biasing force of the spring of the lock lever 25. The ejector rod boss 251 on the locking rod 25 ejects the power-off ejector rod 7, and the current circuit of the first coil assembly 14 is conducted. Meanwhile, the locking rod 25 is in a position which does not limit the movement of the limiting block 5, namely, the limitation on the movement of the limiting block 5 is removed.
In the initial state of non-power-on, the second locking tongue 383 of the door hook 38 freely enters the telescopic middle rod 35 through the slot and is aligned with the first locking protrusion 384, and at the same time, the door panel of the washing machine is locked by the first locking device.
After the door panel of the washing machine is closed, when the door is opened, the door panel of the washing machine is lightly pressed, the first bolt 381 of the door hook 38 on the door panel pushes the locking cam 23 again, so that the locking cam 23 is turned over forward again, the buckle on the lock catch 22 is separated from the position of the locking groove 234 of the locking cam 23, and the buckle is pulled to one side under the action of the tension spring of the lock catch 22 and separated from the locking cam 23. The locking cam 23 reversely turns back to the initial state under the action of the cam torsion spring, the second protrusion 232 on the locking cam 23 no longer locks the first latch 381, and the door hook 38 automatically pops up; meanwhile, the second locking tongue 383 of the door hook 38 also pops up freely, and at the moment, the door panel of the washing machine pops up automatically, and the door of the washing machine is opened. The second projection 232 simultaneously drives the locking lever 25 to move to the locking lever 25 initial position against the locking lever 25 elastic force.
After the door plate of the washing machine is closed, a certain force can be applied to push the door plate inwards in the inner barrel of the washing machine, when thrust is generated, the first lock tongue 381 of the door hook 38 is pulled outwards, the locking cam 23 is driven to be pulled towards the direction of the door hook 38, the locking cam 23 pulls the support through the cam bolt 27 connected with the support, the other end of the middle support 29 tilts to a second set position along with the outward pulling of the door hook 38, the lock catch 22 abuts against the unlocking column 45 while tilting, the buckle of the lock catch 22 is separated from the position of the locking cam 23, the locking cam 23 turns downwards under the action of the cam torsion spring, the first lock tongue 381 of the door hook 38 pops out, the second lock tongue 383 of the door hook 38 also pops out freely, and at the moment, the door plate. The intermediate bracket 29 is restored to the initial position by the bracket elastic member 30, and at the same time, the locking cam 23 is restored. The second projection 232 simultaneously drives the locking lever 25 to move to the locking lever 25 initial position against the locking lever 25 elastic force. Namely the safe design of the inward opening door.
The above are the operating principles of the non-energized state.
When the door plate of the washing machine is pressed, the door hook 38 on the door plate enters the locking device along the matching direction of the lock tongue, then the power supply of the washing machine is started, and the power supply enters the first coil assembly 14. The first coil assembly 14 is electrified to work, so that the peach core sliding block 4 in the door lock reversely moves to the locking position by overcoming the elastic force action of the peach core elastic piece 10, when the peach core sliding block 4 reaches the locking position, the triggering structure triggers a door lock signal contact, and the door lock signal power supply is switched on. In the process of reverse movement of the peach core sliding block 4, the first chute and the first sliding column are matched to drive the limiting block to move towards the side close to the locking rod 25, and the protruding mounting base 1 moves to the blocking position blocking the operation route of the locking rod 25. At this time, the lock lever 25 is in a position to block the reverse rotation of the lock cam 23, thereby locking the lock projection.
Meanwhile, the peach-core sliding block 4 slides reversely to drive the unlocking key 2 installed in the peach-core sliding block 4 to move, and the unlocking key 2 penetrates through the installation seat 1 and extends out to the position matched with the driving plane due to the elastic force of the unlocking key 2 spring arranged in the unlocking key 2.
When the door lock does not enter the locking device, the power-off mandril 7 enables the first coil component 14 to be in an off state, namely, a locking key on the washing machine is started, and the door lock does not have a locking protection function.
2. Operation of the second locking means
When the key is pressed, the second coil unit 13 is energized. The second coil iron core 15 drives the positioning rod 32 body to rotate around the third axis through the driving arm, the positioning rod 32 drives the telescopic main rod 36 and the telescopic middle rod 35 to deflect at the same time, and the second locking protrusion in the telescopic middle rod 35 is matched with the first locking protrusion 384 on the second bolt 383 of the door hook 38 to lock the second bolt 383. At this moment, the door lock locks the door plate of the washing machine, and the door of the washing machine cannot be opened.
And II, a door opening principle.

The peach-heart sliding block 4 moves downwards to drive the unlocking key 2 to move downwards, the unlocking key 2 moves to the driving inclined plane, the driving inclined plane on the unlocking pull rod 18 drives the unlocking pull rod 18 to slide forwards under the action of the elastic piece 17 of the unlocking pull rod 18, the unlocking pull rod 18 slides forwards, the inclined plane of the pull rod is matched with the locking elastic piece 21 to pull the lock catch 22 to swing forwards, the lock catch 22 is jacked up to enable the buckle on the lock catch 22 to be separated from the locking groove 234 of the locking cam 23, and the locking cam 23 turns downwards under the action of the cam torsion spring to return to the initial state. The lock cam 23 ejects the first latch tongue 381 of the door hook 38. This state is referred to as the second state of the first locking means.
When the first lock tongue 381 of the door hook 38 is popped out, the second lock tongue 383 of the door hook 38 is not unlocked, the second lock tongue 383 pulls the telescopic middle rod 35 outwards, the washing machine door can be opened for a certain distance, but the washing machine door is not opened completely, namely, two-section type door opening is realized. The door opening distance can be limited, and the door opening function of the washing machine in a two-section mode of incomplete ejection and complete ejection is realized.
Then the second coil assembly 13 drives the positioning rod 32 to rotate, the positioning rod 32 moves to the unlocking position under the action of the positioning rod clamp spring 28, meanwhile, the telescopic main rod 36 and the telescopic middle rod 35 are driven to rotate, the locking boss in the telescopic middle rod 35 does not lock the second lock tongue 383 of the door hook 38 any more, and at this time, the telescopic middle rod 35 tension spring connected between the telescopic middle rod 35 and the seat cover 33 pulls the telescopic middle rod 35 to return to the initial state. At this point the door hook 38 is fully unlocked and the washer door is fully open.
It should be noted that, in order to realize the two-stage door opening function, the telescopic length of the telescopic structure of the second locking device is greater than the distance between the first latch 381 and the second state.
Third, emergency unlocking principle
When the washing machine is suddenly powered off or the service life of the door lock is expired, the first coil assembly 14 fails to work, and the door plate of the washing machine cannot be opened when the door lock is still in a working state. The unlocking handle 39 on the door lock mounting base 19 can be pulled, the handle contact 40 on the unlocking handle 39 pushes the peach core sliding block 4 to slide in the forward direction, so that the peach core sliding block clamp spring 6 is clamped at the initial position of the peach core sliding block 4, meanwhile, the unlocking handle 39 is in contact with the limiting surface on the mounting base 19, so that the handle can not move any more, the limiting block 5 resets, the door plate is opened by lightly pressing, and the door plate automatically pops open.
When the second coil assembly 13 fails and does not work any more, the door plate of the washing machine can only be opened for a certain distance and cannot be completely opened, the door plate is pulled outwards, the second bolt 383 of the door hook 38 drives the telescopic middle rod 35 and the telescopic main rod 36 to be pulled outwards, the telescopic main rod 36 overcomes the biasing force of the spring of the telescopic main rod 36 at the moment, the door plate rotates through the matching of the unlocking protrusion 43 and the unlocking inclined surface 44, the positioning rod clamp spring 28 in the positioning rod 32 is driven to move to the unlocking position at the same time, the telescopic middle rod 35 also rotates at the moment, the boss in the telescopic middle rod 35 does not lock the auxiliary lock head of the door hook 38 any more, and the washing. The telescopic main rod 36 is restored to the initial state by the spring of the telescopic main rod 36, and the telescopic middle rod 35 is also restored to the initial state by the spring of the telescopic middle rod 35.
As another embodiment of the locking device of the washing machine, only the first locking device may be included, or only the second locking device may be included. Accordingly, the door hook 38 is provided only with the latch tongue corresponding thereto.
