Background
The crawler belt is a common walking component of the crawler vehicle, on one hand, the crawler belt moves relatively with the wheel bodies such as the driving wheel, the guide wheel, the supporting wheel and the supporting sprocket wheel to drive the crawler vehicle to run back and forth, so as to play a role in guiding, and on the other hand, the crawler belt is in direct contact with the ground, so that the grounding area is increased, the grounding specific pressure is reduced, and the supporting effect is realized. Meanwhile, the track is cut into the ground, so that the traction force of the vehicle is increased.
A track-type vehicle generally uses a combination track shoe as shown in fig. 1, which is integrally formed with a track by hot-rolling, and in which the upwardly-warped first end plate 11 and the downwardly-warped second end plate 13 on the track shoe body are shaped differently. The plate body is provided with round holes, the round holes are fixed with the caterpillar track links by bolts and nuts, the caterpillar track links are connected through pin shafts to form a closed loop, and then the closed loop is contacted with the wheel bodies such as the driving wheels, the guide wheels and the like to form the whole caterpillar track system.
Track shoe to ground contact surface wear is a common failure of track shoes. The maintenance mode after the track shoe in the prior art fails is usually to replace a new track shoe, and the original track shoe is scrapped, so that the resource waste and the maintenance cost are increased.
