3.4, performing a seam plastering process after the finished verticality and flatness of each wall are qualified; firstly, cement mortar or dry-wet concrete is used for filling and tamping a reserved space between a wall body and the ground; then, the joint filling slurry adaptive to the wall is prepared according to the specification, a stirrer is used for stirring for about 3-5 minutes, and the stirred slurry with proper thickness is used up for about 30 minutes to prevent solidification; before filling, the zipper groove is pulled up and down by an iron brush for several times;
3.5, when filling joints, uniformly filling slurry in the zipper groove by using a small trowel or gray matte, putting the slurry filled with 1/2 into a grid cloth strip for reinforcement, adhering the grid cloth or a non-woven cloth strip to prevent cracking and covering when the slurry is filled to the bottom of the anti-cracking belt groove, locking, adhering and covering the crack of the anti-cracking belt, and then leveling the slurry and preventing the slurry from exceeding the plate surface;
3.6, the door and window frame plate is preferably processed in a factory, one side close to the door and window frame is provided with at least 3 embedded parts on each side, and the door and window frame plate processed on site is not required to be filled with the fine aggregate concrete when the distance between the door and window frame plate and the plate edge is 120-150 mm; the expansion pipe screw is adopted to fix the door and window, and the fixed point on each side is not less than 3; the height of the lintel plate of the door and window frame plate is more than 600mm, the lintel plate with reinforcing steel bars is adopted when the width of the opening is more than 1500mm, and the two sides of the lintel plate must be connected by using a slab-supplementing guiding rule as a zipper groove; the distance between the end of the lintel plate and the edge of the door and window frame plate is not less than 200mm, the lintel plate can also be connected with the door and window frame plate by a 45-degree trapezoidal connection method, then plastic or other materials are adopted for sealing, and a grid cloth or non-woven cloth is bonded for reinforcement and anti-cracking measures; the zipper plate can also be used for vertical connection;
3.7, in order to reduce unnecessary cutting pipeline installation on the wall body, a hollow hole of the wall body can be arranged, and the installation is carried out simultaneously in cooperation with the installation of the wall plate; transversely cutting or installing a pipeline groove and a switch box on the solid wall, and enabling a special cutting tool to perform 7 days after the switch box is matched with the wall; the depth of the cut pipeline groove can not exceed 2/5 of the plate thickness, the length can not exceed 1/2 of the wall length, at the same time, the same part of the two sides of the wall body can not be grooved, the holes are staggered by more than 200mm, after the groove and the opening of the switch box are grooved, holed and cut at any place on the wall body, the pipeline, the socket and the switch box are laid according to the design, fixed on the solid part of the wall plate by screws and clamping pieces, and then reinforced and repaired by the material corresponding to the wall body; the periphery of the switch box and the socket is filled with bonding materials and is firmly bonded, and the surfaces of the switch box and the socket are flush with the wall surface;
3.8, designing a moisture-proof and waterproof measure when the wall body requiring moisture resistance and waterproof in the toilet is installed, and performing waterproof treatment on the wall surface, wherein the waterproof height is not less than 1800 mm;
3.9, designing a hidden distribution box in the single-layer wall, and adopting an open installation or locally designing a double-layer wall; strictly preventing the installation through the wall, if the installation of the buried water pipe is carried out, a wallboard with the thickness of more than 120mm can be selected, but the slotting depth cannot be larger than 2/5 of the wall thickness; the length of the wall body is not larger than 1/2 of the length of the wall body, firstly, anti-leakage measures must be made, and then, laying and fixing are made as soon as possible, and then backfilling, reinforcing and anti-cracking measures are taken;
3.10, when a wall needs to be hung with heavy objects, a reinforcing measure is taken into consideration during design, the distance between two points is more than 300mm, and the used embedded parts and anchoring parts are subjected to corrosion prevention and rust prevention treatment in advance; if single-point fixing is needed, the single-point hanging prefabricated parts are used for connection and fixation;
3.11, preventing the joint of the wallboard and the main wall column, the top plate and the beam from cracking, filling flexible putty, adhering grid cloth or non-woven fabric, and performing crack prevention or steel wire mesh hanging plastering treatment;
3.12, after the pipeline, the socket and the switch box are installed on the wall body for 7 days; inspecting all board seams, cleaning the seam parts, filling up damaged pores, cleaning the wall surface, and then performing putty scraping and smoothing on the surface layer of the wallboard by using a material which is suitable for the boards;
step four, protecting finished products:
4.1, all professional projects need to be matched in a reinforced mode in construction, the processes cannot be reversed, related personnel need to perform process connection during cross operation, the processes are arranged reasonably, and finished products and semi-finished wall bodies which have finished the processes cannot be damaged;
4.2, the wall body after the putty is scraped can not be cut and chiseled any more; protective measures are taken on the wall body acceptance wall body, the wall body is strictly prohibited from being collided by each construction machine, and the installed wall body cannot bear any lateral acting force 7 days later;
4.3, preventing the pollution and damage of materials to the finished wall for the simultaneous construction operation of concrete ground and the like.
