Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile production equipment, and particularly relates to a hydro-entangled head for a swinging type positive and negative horizontal belt type hydro-entangled machine.
Background
In the prior art, the water jet reinforcement machine is called a water jet machine and mainly comprises a water jet head, a conveying net curtain, a drying device, a water circulation treatment system and the like. The hydro-entangled process is to spray the fiber web by means of the water needle formed by the very fine high pressure water jet from the hydro-entangled head to solidify the fiber web.
The water jet head is a key component in the water jet net fixing machine, and the water pressure in the traditional water jet head can be realized only by improving the water pressure of the water inlet pipe, so that the requirement on the water inlet pipe is high. Meanwhile, carding machines and cross lapping machines are also needed to improve the product quality, and the equipment has high production cost. In addition, when manufacturing non-woven fabrics, the manufacturing speed is low, the continuity is poor, the quality of the manufactured non-woven fabrics is low, the requirement of secondary deep processing cannot be met, and the grade is low and the market competitiveness is poor.

the bottom surface of the swing water thorn head corresponds to the base cloth.
The invention is different from the common flat-screen type hydroentangler in that the novel hydroentanglement process can produce products with performances far higher than that of the common non-woven fabrics without carding machines and cross lapping machines from fiber to fiber web, and has no thorn mark.

Referring to fig. 1, the invention relates to a hydroentangling head for a swinging type positive and negative horizontal belt type hydroentangling machine, comprising an upper cross beam 3;
the top of the upper cross beam 3 is provided with a motor 1, and a transmission shaft of the motor 1 is in eccentric transmission connection with the eccentric transmission shaft 2 through a coupler 8;
a swinging water thorn head 5 is arranged below the upper cross beam 3; the swing water thorn head 5 is connected with the eccentric transmission shaft 7 in a mutual rotation way; the two sides of the swing water thorn head 5 are elastically connected with the upper cross beam 3 through a damping spring 6; swing eccentric shafts 7 are respectively arranged on two sides of the eccentric transmission shaft 2; the upper end and the lower end of the swing eccentric shaft 7 are respectively connected with the upper cross beam 3 and the swing water thorn head 5 in a mutually rotating way;

The damping spring can effectively absorb resonance generated in the rotation process of the swinging water jet head, and ensures uniform stress; the swinging eccentric shaft can enhance the stability of eccentric rotation and prevent the technical problem of poor product quality caused by shaking; the carding machine and the cross lapping machine are not needed to carry out auxiliary operation, the structure is simplified, and the effect is ideal.
The technological process of the present invention includes web forming, prewetting, pre-needling, multi-step water needling strengthening of the front and the back, dewatering box and other steps.
The invention adopts the four-redundancy swinging hydraulic ejector, can effectively eliminate the water thorn mark on the surface of the fiber net, ensures that the surface of the product is finer and more uniform, is suitable for producing and processing high-density non-woven cloth, is used as coating base cloth, and uses the aqueous polyurethane coating to process the high-grade artificial leather which is completely environment-friendly and can replace animal skin.
The invention adopts a plurality of positive and negative flat net curtains for water jet, and the fiber is conveyed by the net curtains to realize that the positive and negative alternate water jet is used for reinforcement and entanglement, thereby greatly strengthening the positive and negative strong combination of the fiber net and reducing the longitudinal and transverse tension ratio.
The invention adopts the novel international high vacuum negative pressure dehydration technology, so that the gram weight range of the base cloth is 150-300g, and the base cloth becomes a high-end product. The invention adopts wet forming to produce two-layer and multi-layer sandwich composite structure products without carding machine and cross lapping machine from fiber to fiber web, which will be dominant in future market and fill domestic blank.
