Abstract

本发明涉及一种吸收性物品芯体,包括由上至下依序连接的上层亲水无纺布、下层拒水无纺布和设置于上层亲水无纺布与下层拒水无纺布之间的多个吸水树脂材料颗粒,在上层亲水无纺布与下层拒水无纺布之间还设置有中间导水层无纺布,中间导水层无纺布上设置有多个孔槽,吸水树脂材料颗粒设置于孔槽内。吸水树脂材料颗粒在孔槽内被固定,即使在外界压力而脱离胶水,也被限制在孔槽内而无法产生聚集结块,解决了现有吸收性物品芯体中吸水树脂材料颗粒容易因外界压力而脱离胶水的固定,在吸水树脂材料颗粒脱离胶水移位后容易聚集到一起结块成坨成堆,进而导致吸水效果差的技术问题。

一种吸收性物品芯体
技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸收性物品芯体。
背景技术
现有的吸收性物品,包括但不限于妇女卫生巾、卫生护垫、月经经期裤、婴儿尿裤(布)、成人尿裤、一次性床垫、护理垫、一次性女性经期卫生棉条和其他一次性失禁产品等,其中的芯体包括由上至下依序连接的上层亲水无纺布、下层拒水无纺布和设置于所述上层亲水无纺布与下层拒水无纺布之间的多个吸水树脂材料颗粒,由于吸水树脂材料颗粒在两层之间通过胶水固定,而吸水树脂材料颗粒之间具有空隙,导致吸水树脂材料颗粒容易因外界压力而脱离胶水的固定,在吸水树脂材料颗粒脱离胶水移位后容易聚集到一起结块成坨成堆,导致吸水效果差。
发明内容
本发明提供一种吸收性物品芯体,以解决现有吸收性物品芯体中吸水树脂材料颗粒容易因外界压力而脱离胶水的固定,在吸水树脂材料颗粒脱离胶水移位后容易聚集到一起结块成坨成堆,进而导致吸水效果差的技术问题。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种吸收性物品芯体,包括由上至下依序连接的上层亲水无纺布(1)、下层拒水无纺布(5)和设置于所述上层亲水无纺布(1)与下层拒水无纺布(5)之间的多个吸水树脂材料颗粒(4),其特征是,在所述上层亲水无纺布(1)与下层拒水无纺布(5)之间还设置有中间导水层无纺布(2),所述中间导水层无纺布(2)上设置有多个孔槽(3),所述吸水树脂材料颗粒(4)设置于所述孔槽(3)内。
所述上层亲水无纺布(1)与中间导水层无纺布(2)之间通过胶水形成的上层胶水固定层(7)粘接。
所述下层拒水无纺布(5)与中间导水层无纺布(2)之间通过胶水形成的下层胶水固定层(6)粘接。
所述上层亲水无纺布(1)的上表面上设置有导流压槽(8)。
所述导流压槽(8)为一字形。
所述一字形导流压槽(8)左右两端还分别向外呈“〉”和“〈”延伸。
所述上层胶水固定层(7)和下层胶水固定层(6)由纤维化的胶水形成。
在采用了上述技术方案后,由于在所述上层亲水无纺布(1)与下层拒水无纺布(5)之间还设置有中间导水层无纺布(2),所述中间导水层无纺布(2)上设置有多个孔槽(3),所述吸水树脂材料颗粒(4)设置于所述孔槽(3)内。吸水树脂材料颗粒(4)在所述孔槽(3)内被固定,形成一个上中下三层无纺布均与吸水树脂接触且吸水树脂处于单层多点多区域平面撒布的一个结构,有效利于被吸收液体的被充分均匀扩散渗透同时节约吸水树脂材料的用量,具有非常好的稳定性;即使在外界压力而脱离胶水,也被限制在孔槽(3)内而无法产生聚集结块,解决了现有吸收性物品芯体中吸水树脂材料颗粒容易因外界压力而脱离胶水的固定,在吸水树脂材料颗粒脱离胶水移位后容易聚集到一起结块成坨成堆,进而导致吸水效果差的技术问题。同时上层胶水固定层(7)和下层胶水固定层(6)由纤维化的胶水形成,遇到液体具有亲水导水的优点,而传统胶水是阻水的,非常不利于液体的疏导扩散,上层胶水固定层(7)和下层胶水固定层(6)不但具有亲水导水的作用,更加具有随着吸水树脂吸收液体后体积数倍膨胀而伸缩不断的性能,从而保证在产品吸收液体变大后但吸水树脂不会移位脱离孔位。

图中各标记的含义为:
1-上层亲水无纺布,2-中间导水层无纺布,3-导水层上在线或离线加工出来的孔槽,4-吸水树脂材料颗粒或称吸水助剂SAP,5-下层拒水无纺布,6-下层拒水无纺布与导水层之间的下层胶水固定层(亲水导水功能),7-上层亲水无纺布与导水层之间的上层胶水固定层(亲水导水功能),8-是导流压槽。
具体实施方式
实施例一
如图1、2、3、4所示,一种吸收性物品芯体,包括由上至下依序连接的上层亲水无纺布1、下层拒水无纺布5和设置于上层亲水无纺布1与下层拒水无纺布5之间的多个吸水树脂材料颗粒4,吸水树脂材料颗粒4或称吸水助剂SAP,在上层亲水无纺布1与下层拒水无纺布5之间还设置有中间导水层无纺布2,中间导水层无纺布2上设置有多个孔槽3,吸水树脂材料颗粒4设置于孔槽3内,孔槽3为圆孔或方孔或不规则孔,孔槽3径大小3-5mm,孔槽3相互之间边距1-4mm,上层亲水无纺布1与中间导水层无纺布2之间通过胶水形成的上层胶水固定层7粘接,下层拒水无纺布5与中间导水层无纺布2之间通过胶水形成的下层胶水固定层6粘接,下层胶水固定层6和上层胶水固定层7具有亲水导水功能,上层亲水无纺布1的上表面上设置有导流压槽8,导流压槽8为一字形,导流压槽宽10-20mm,长度约100-150mm,吸水树脂材料颗粒4的分布有方向性,总体中间多二端少;二端吸水树脂材料颗粒4的分布也存在不同,其中一端比另外一端略多,略多的一端是后部,处于穿着时的屁股位置,作用是避免后部容易遗漏尿液,因为婴儿绝大多数时间是睡躺状态,如图2所示,整个吸收性物品芯体的两侧向中间弯曲。并且由3D打印制作完成。由于在上层亲水无纺布1与下层拒水无纺布5之间还设置有中间导水层无纺布2,中间导水层无纺布2上设置有多个孔槽3,吸水树脂材料颗粒4设置于孔槽3内,上层胶水固定层7和下层胶水固定层6由纤维化的胶水形成。吸水树脂材料颗粒4在孔槽3内被固定,形成一个上中下三层无纺布均与吸水树脂接触且吸水树脂处于单层多点多区域平面撒布的一个结构,有效利于被吸收液体的被充分均匀扩散渗透同时节约吸水树脂材料的用量,具有非常好的稳定性;即使在外界压力而脱离胶水,也被限制在孔槽3内而无法产生聚集结块,解决了现有吸收性物品芯体中吸水树脂材料颗粒容易因外界压力而脱离胶水的固定,在吸水树脂材料颗粒脱离胶水移位后容易聚集到一起结块成坨成堆,进而导致吸水效果差的技术问题。同时上层胶水固定层7和下层胶水固定层6由纤维化的胶水形成,遇到液体具有亲水导水的优点,上层胶水固定层7和下层胶水固定层6不但具有亲水导水的作用,更加具有随着吸水树脂吸收液体后体积数倍膨胀而伸缩不断的性能,从而保证在产品吸收液体变大后但吸水树脂不会移位脱离孔,而传统胶水是阻水的,非常不利于液体的疏导扩散,而且传统胶水会因体积膨胀而胶丝断裂,从而无法固定住吸湿膨胀的吸水树脂。和现有吸收性物品芯体因多层材料复合且每层吸水树脂撒布形成立体彼此不相连通的结构而导致的上层吸水树脂吸收液体后膨胀堵塞下渗空隙,从而第二次第三次会产生较差或严重影响下层吸水树脂吸收功能,并导致液体测漏现象。
实施例二
如图5所示,吸收性物品芯体结构除了一字形导流压槽8左右两端还分别向外呈“〉”和“〈”延伸外,其余与实施例一相同。

Claims (7)

1.一种吸收性物品芯体,包括由上至下依序连接的上层亲水无纺布(1)、下层拒水无纺布(5)和设置于所述上层亲水无纺布(1)与下层拒水无纺布(5)之间的多个吸水树脂材料颗粒(4),其特征是,在所述上层亲水无纺布(1)与下层拒水无纺布(5)之间还设置有中间导水层无纺布(2),所述中间导水层无纺布(2)上设置有多个孔槽(3),所述吸水树脂材料颗粒(4)设置于所述孔槽(3)内。
2.如权利要求1所述的吸收性物品芯体,其特征是,所述上层亲水无纺布(1)与中间导水层无纺布(2)之间通过胶水形成的上层胶水固定层(7)粘接。
3.如权利要求2所述的吸收性物品芯体,其特征是,所述下层拒水无纺布(5)与中间导水层无纺布(2)之间通过胶水形成的下层胶水固定层(6)粘接。
4.如权利要求3所述的吸收性物品芯体,其特征是,所述上层亲水无纺布(1)的上表面上设置有导流压槽(8)。
5.如权利要求4所述的吸收性物品芯体,其特征是,所述导流压槽(8)为一字形。
6.如权利要求5所述的吸收性物品芯体,其特征是,所述一字形导流压槽(8)左右两端还分别向外呈“〉”和“〈”延伸。
7.如权利要求3所述的吸收性物品芯体,其特征是,所述上层胶水固定层(7)和下层胶水固定层(6)由纤维化的胶水形成。
