Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种日常用吸收用品,尤其涉及一种具有复合结构的吸收芯体,该吸收芯体可应用于各种一次性吸收用品中,例如一次性尿布、妇女卫生巾、床垫、医用褥垫等。
背景技术
吸收芯体是一次性吸收用品中最为关键和重要的部分。一次性吸收用品的性能,例如吸水性、保持性等的优劣很大程度上由吸收芯体所决定。
在现有技术中,吸收芯体一般包括表层、底层和设置于表层和底层之间的中间层,并通过粘接等方式把吸收性材料固定在中间层的表面上。当吸收芯体接触到水等液体时,液体通过表层到达中间层,被固定在中间层上的吸收性材料所吸收和保持,起到吸收液体的作用。因此,吸收芯体可吸收液体的量是由吸收性材料的多少决定的。然而在这种结构中,一是由于吸收性材料通常仅分布在表层与中间层之间以及底层与中间层之间;二是,为了使表层材料或底层材料与中间层材料有较好的粘合度,吸水性材料不能太多,以上两点都对吸收性材料的分布量受到较大的限制,这是不足之一。不足之二是在吸收性材料吸附了大量的液体之后,往往造成表层或底层与中间层之间分离,而且大量的吸收性材料会从吸收芯体的侧边逸出。不足之三是,当吸收性材料吸附了大量的液体之后,会在表面堆积所吸收液体,形成一层阻隔,造成内部的吸收材料无法与液体接触,无法充分利用吸收材料吸收液体。造成吸收效率低,吸收时间长。
在另一个现有技术中(例如,中国实用新型专利CN200920194714.5),为了解决吸收性材料的分布量的问题,其中间层采用诸如纤维热风无纺布等多孔材料,使吸收性材料嵌入到多孔材料的孔中,以增加吸收性材料的分布量。但是,由于多孔材料上的孔是自然形成的,孔的形状和大小不规则分布状态,吸收性材料要嵌入到这些孔中,实非易事。大量的吸收性材料仍然分布在中间层的表面上。因此,吸收性材料分布量的增加有限,而且,也没有解决表层或底层与中间层分离以及吸收性材料从侧边逸出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合吸收芯体,克服了传统技术中存在的问题,能有效地提升液体的吸收量,缩短液体的吸收时间,充分利用吸收材料,提高吸收效率。同时本发明使得复合吸收芯体的结构更加简单。
根据上述目的,本发明提供一种复合吸收芯体,包括底层和吸收层,所述吸收层由具有渗液功能的材料制成,其特征在于,所述吸收层上开设有盲孔,开设有所述盲孔的表面与所述底层密封贴合,在所述盲孔中填充有高分子吸水树脂。
在上述的复合吸收芯体中,所述盲孔均匀地分布在所述吸收层上。
在上述的复合吸收芯体中,所述密封贴合为热复合、胶粘合或超声波复合。
在上述的复合吸收芯体中,所述盲孔横截面呈圆形、椭圆形、长方形或菱形。
在上述的复合吸收芯体中,所述具有渗液功能的材料为蓬松无纺布、聚氨酯软发泡橡胶或蓬松纤维纸。
在上述的复合吸收芯体中,所述底层由亲水无纺布、无尘纸、拒水无纺布、流延膜或透气膜制成。
在上述的复合吸收芯体中,所述盲孔横截面呈圆形,所述具有渗液功能的材料为蓬松无纺布,所述底层采用拒水无纺布的材料,所述盲孔圆柱体底面的半径范围是0.1-4.0mm;所述吸收层的厚度的范围是0.2-12mm;所述盲孔的数量为1-120个/cm2;所述高分子吸水树脂的质量为40-600/m2。
在上述的复合吸收芯体中,所述盲孔的半径范围是0.3-1.2mm;所述吸收层的厚度的范围是1-4mm;所述盲孔的数量为8-32个/cm2。
如上所述,本发明的复合吸收芯体由于在吸收层上开设盲孔,并将高分子吸水树脂填充其中,提高了高分子吸水树脂的填充量,增加了复合吸收芯体的吸液量。同时,设立的盲孔增大了高分子吸水树脂与液体的接触面积,缩短了液体吸收时间。

具体实施方式
请参见图1,图1示出了本发明复合吸收芯体的结构示意图。如图1所示,复合吸收芯体包括吸收层1和底层2。吸收层1表面开设有盲孔3,开设有盲孔3的表面101与底层2密封贴合。所述盲孔3内填充有高分子吸水树脂12。为图示清楚起见,在图1中,示出了沿着A-A方向的剖面,以便在剖面处示出盲孔3的结构。具体的剖面图请参见图2。在图1中未示出高分子吸水树脂12。本发明使得复合吸收芯体的结构更加简单。
吸收层1采用具有渗液功能的材料,例如渗水无尘纸或渗水无纺布。底层2可以根据需要采用渗液或不渗液的材料。当需要液体通过本复合芯体时,底层2采用渗液的材料,例如亲水无纺布、无尘纸。当不需要液体通过本复合芯体时,底层2采用不渗液的材料,例如拒水无纺布、流延膜或透气膜。
本发明的复合吸收芯体由于在吸收层1上开设盲孔3,高分子吸水树脂12可填充于这些盲孔3内,高分子吸水树脂12的填充量得到很大程度的提高。同时这种结构设计也有利于提高液体与高分子吸水树脂12的接触面积,缩短液体吸收时间。具体吸收过程请参见图3,从表层进入的液体不光在与复合吸收芯体横截面垂直方向上与高分子吸水树脂12接触,而且可以在整个盲孔的表面与高分子吸水树脂12接触。这种结构与现有技术相比的优点包括:增加了高分子吸水树脂12的含量,盲孔内部会有更多的空间以添加高分子吸水树脂12;避免了高分子吸水树脂12在吸收液体后形成的阻隔,不同于现有技术的只在垂直于吸收芯体的方向上吸收液体,而是在盲孔3表面的各个法线方向上吸收液体;增大了高分子吸水树脂12与液体的接触面积,缩短了液体吸收时间。
此外,由于高分子吸水树脂12被填充到吸收层1的内部。当高分子吸水树脂12吸收液体产生膨胀时,也存在于吸收层1的内部,从而避免了现有技术中高分子吸水树脂吸水后产生膨胀,使得芯体侧边逸出的问题。同时,密封贴合方式可以选取热复合或超声波复合,防止当高分子遇液体时将底层和透水层分开。图4示出了本发明的复合吸收芯体中的高分子吸水树脂12开始吸收液体时的状态。从图4中可以看出,在横向上,由于盲孔3之间有一定间隙,当盲孔3中的高分子吸水树脂12吸收液体后,在横向上膨胀,占据了盲孔3间隙的空间。而在芯体纵向上,由于吸收层1并没有完全打穿,当高分子吸水树脂12吸收液体后,向上膨胀,占据上侧透水性材料的空间。这种结构设置,在横向和纵向上都避免了高分子侧边逸出的问题。当吸收液体较多时,高分子吸水树脂12膨胀后会通过盲孔侧壁进入到吸收层1内部,吸收层1的材料纤维会随着高分子吸水树脂12的膨胀而拉长、拉直,并将高分子吸水树脂12固定在吸收芯体内部。
盲孔3在吸收层1上的分布方式,可以根据需要而定,通常以均匀分布为佳,以使吸收层1具有均匀的吸液能力。图5A和图5B示出了盲孔3在吸收层1上的分布方式。在图5A的实施例中,盲孔3以行(或列)的方式分布成一个矩阵。每行(或每列)盲孔3的间距相等。在图5B的实施例中,盲孔3以行(或列)的方式分布。每行(或每列)盲孔3的间距相等,相邻行之间错开。盲孔3横截面可以如图5A和图5B中所示呈圆形,但形状并不限于此,也可以呈椭圆形、长方形或菱形等。
此外,本发明还需要说明的是,在实际情况下,要精确地控制将吸水树脂全部填充到盲孔中是较困难的。而且,从效果上来看,也没有必要作这样的精确控制。因此,请参见图6,本发明另一种实施例,亦可允许在开设有所述盲孔的表面101上散布少量的吸水树脂,这种少量的散布不会产生传统技术中存在的缺陷。这种情形应被视为包括在本发明的保护范围之内。
下面是将本发明与现有技术中的吸收芯体作对比实验的结果:
在实验中,取3款现有技术中的吸收芯体,用于对比试验。本发明芯体取吸水层的材料为蓬松无纺布,蓬松无纺布的密度为68g/m2,底层材料为18克亲水无纺布。高分子吸水材料密度为224g/m2,取相同尺寸的各实验芯体,都为长100mm、宽95mm。用含盐0.9%的生理盐水,每次30ml,每次间隔3分钟,进行3次共90ml加注试验。实验结果如下表所示:

从实验中可以看到,现有技术芯体二、现有技术芯体三中,最后的30ml液体根本没法吸收完全。同时,本发明芯体厚度比对比的现有技术吸收芯体平均降低了40%以上,每平方米重量降低了23%~40%,凸显了本发明芯体的轻薄优势。吸收时间方面,第1次注水的吸收时间平均降低了40%,第2次注水的吸收时间平均降低了50%,而第3次,有两款现有技术芯体无法完全吸收液体。从上述结果中可以看出,相比于传统的吸收芯体,本发明的吸收芯体在吸入量和吸入时间都有较大的优势。
盲孔3的尺寸数值,通常可以综合考虑吸收层1所使用的材料、厚度等因素进行选择。在一较佳的实施例中,吸收层1采用蓬松无纺布,其厚度为2.0mm,盲孔3采用圆柱孔,该圆柱孔的横截面半径为0.6mm,高度为1.8mm。每平方厘米无纺布上分布的圆孔数为22个。

Claims (9)
1.一种复合吸收芯体,包括底层和吸收层,所述吸收层由具有渗液功能的材料制成,其特征在于,所述吸收层上开设有盲孔,开设有所述盲孔的表面与所述底层密封贴合,在所述盲孔中填充有高分子吸水树脂。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合吸收芯体,其特征在于,所述盲孔均匀地分布在所述吸收层上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的复合吸收芯体,其特征在于,所述密封贴合为热复合、胶粘合或超声波复合。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的复合吸收芯体,其特征在于,所述盲孔横截面呈圆形、椭圆形、长方形或菱形。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的复合吸收芯体,其特征在于,所述具有渗液功能的材料为蓬松无纺布、聚氨酯软发泡橡胶或蓬松纤维纸。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的复合吸收芯体,其特征在于,所述底层由亲水无纺布、无尘纸、拒水无纺布、流延膜或透气膜制成。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的复合吸收芯体,其特征在于,在所述开设有所述盲孔的表面上散布有所述高分子吸水树脂。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的复合吸收芯体,其特征在于,所述盲孔横截面呈圆形,所述具有渗液功能的材料为蓬松无纺布,所述底层采用拒水无纺布的材料,所述盲孔圆柱体底面的半径范围是0.1-4mm;所述吸收层的厚度的范围是0.2-12mm;所述盲孔的数量为1-120个/cm2;所述高分子吸水树脂的质量为40-600g/m2。
9.如权利要求8所述的复合吸收芯体,其特征在于,所述盲孔的半径范围是0.3-1.2mm;所述吸收层的厚度的范围是1-4mm;所述盲孔的数量为8-32个/cm2。
