背景技术
专利文献1、2等公开的呼吸联动式带电动风扇的呼吸装置的特征在于,具备覆盖脸的一部分或全部的面罩、安装于面罩的吸气阀和排气阀、经由吸气阀向前述面罩内供给外气的电动风扇、将被电动风扇抽吸的外气过滤的过滤器、具有根据面罩内压的变动变形的膜部件和检测膜部件的变形的传感器的呼吸监视装置、基于呼吸监视装置的检测信号配合呼吸控制电动风扇的工作的控制装置,控制装置在吸气时与电动风扇通电,将电动风扇旋转驱动,将面罩内压维持成既定的目标正压值,在呼气时停止向电动风扇的通电,使电动风扇停止。
在专利文献1、2等呼吸装置中,有如下优点:呼气时电动风扇停止,所以节省电动风扇的消耗电力,另一方面,吸气时电动风扇工作来将面罩内压维持成正压,所以吸气变得轻松且防止外部环境污染空气向面罩内侵入。

图1表示,将专利文献2所公开的以往的呼吸联动式带电动风扇的呼吸装置装配于呼吸模拟装置来使电动风扇与呼吸联动地工作并进行测定的面罩内压和电动风扇消耗电流随时间变化的图表。
从图1可知,在专利文献2所公开的以往的呼吸联动式带电动风扇的呼吸装置中,在呼吸监视装置检测的面罩内压高于既定值的状态下,控制装置判断成呼吸处于呼气状态,停止向电动风扇的通电。在面罩内压从峰值下降至既定值的时刻,控制装置判断成开始吸气,为将面罩内压维持成既定的目标正压值,开始向电动风扇通电。控制装置基于呼吸监视装置检测的面罩内压值以既定时间周期对向电动风扇的通电进行反馈控制,在吸气时将面罩内压维持成既定的目标正压值。
吸气时向电动风扇的通电开始时,将停止的电动风扇克服最大静摩擦力地一下增速至既定的目标转速附近,所以从图1可知,电动风扇中流过大电流。在电动风扇的马达绕组中重复流过大电流是电动风扇马达随时间劣化的原因。
使停止的电动风扇启动时,由最大静摩擦力的影响,电动风扇相对于输入电流的应答延迟。虽然开始吸气,电动风扇转速的上升延迟,由此如图1所示,发生吸气时向电动风扇的通电刚开始后面罩内压较大地低于既定的目标正压值的情况。从节省消耗电力的观点出发,前述目标正压值希望设定成在适当范围内尽可能低。但是,若考虑发生吸气时向电动风扇的通电刚开始后面罩内压较大地低于既定的目标正压值的情况,则为了防止产生负压不得不较高地设定目标正压值,难以实现节省消耗电力的实际效果。
发明内容
本发明是鉴于上述问题作出的,其目的在于提供一种呼吸装置,前述呼吸装置是呼吸联动式带电动风扇的呼吸装置,其特征在于,具备覆盖脸的一部分或全部的面罩、安装于面罩的吸气阀和排气阀、经由吸气阀向前述面罩内供给外气的电动风扇、将被电动风扇抽吸的外气过滤的过滤器、具有根据面罩内压的变动变形的膜部件和检测膜部件的变形的传感器的呼吸监视装置、基于呼吸监视装置的检测信号配合呼吸控制电动风扇的工作的控制装置,控制装置在吸气时向电动风扇通电,将电动风扇旋转驱动,将面罩内压维持成既定的目标正压值,在呼气时停止向电动风扇的通电,使电动风扇停止,在为了将吸气时的面罩内压维持成既定的目标正压值而开始向电动风扇通电时,在电动风扇中不会流过大电流,并且在为了将吸气时的面罩内压维持成既定的目标正压值而向电动风扇的通电刚开始后,不会发生面罩内压较大地低于既定的目标正压值的情况。
为了解决上述问题,在本发明中,提供一种呼吸联动式带电动风扇的呼吸装置,其特征在于,具备面罩、吸气阀和排气阀、电动风扇、过滤器、呼吸监视装置、控制装置,前述面罩覆盖脸的一部分或全部,前述吸气阀和排气阀安装于面罩,前述电动风扇经由吸气阀向前述面罩内供给外气,前述过滤器将被电动风扇抽吸的外气过滤,前述呼吸监视装置具有膜部件和传感器,前述膜部件与面罩内压的变动对应地变形,前述传感器检测膜部件的变形,前述控制装置基于呼吸监视装置的检测信号,与呼吸配合地控制电动风扇的工作,控制装置在吸气时向电动风扇通电,将电动风扇旋转驱动,将面罩内压维持成既定的目标正压值,在呼气时停止向电动风扇的通电,使电动风扇停止,并且在从呼气的途中至吸气之间,将微小电流通向电动风扇,使电动风扇以微小转速旋转。
与使停止的电动风扇克服最大静摩擦力地一下增速至既定的目标转速附近的情况不同,将已经以微小转速旋转的电动风扇一下增速至既定的目标转速附近的情况下,在动摩擦力下增速即可,所以在电动风扇中不会流过大电流。因此,为了将吸气时的面罩内压维持成既定的目标正压值而开始通电时,在电动风扇中不会流过大电流。在呼气的途中将电动风扇起动时,仅将转速提升至微小转速,所以在电动风扇中不会流过大电流。此外,与使停止的电动风扇克服最大静摩擦力来启动的情况不同,使已经以微小转速旋转的电动风扇增速时,在动摩擦力下增速即可,所以电动风扇相对于输入电流的应答延迟较少。因此,不会发生为了将吸气时的面罩内压维持成既定的目标正压值而通电刚开始后面罩内压较大地低于既定的目标正压值的情况。

如图2所示,呼吸联动式带电动风扇的呼吸装置A具备覆盖使用者的脸的鼻部和口部的半面形的碗状的面罩1、安装于面罩1的先导阀形式的吸气阀2和排气阀3、关于吸气流配设于吸气阀2的上游侧而经由吸气阀2向面罩1内供给外气的电动风扇4、关于吸气流配设于电动风扇4的上游侧而将被电动风扇4抽吸的外气过滤的过滤器5、传声器6。
传声器6具有筒体6a、罩6c、振动膜6e、框体6f,前述筒体6a具有小径部、中径部、大径部,小径部从面罩内侧与形成于面罩1的开口嵌合,前述罩6c从面罩外侧与向筒体6a小径部的面罩外侧突出的端部螺纹接合,与筒体6a的小径部和中径部之间的环状台阶部6b协同工作,将前述开口周围的面罩1夹持,由此将筒体6a固定于面罩1,前述罩6c是碗状的,前述振动膜6e的外周边缘部从面罩内侧抵接于筒体6a的中径部和大径部之间的环状台阶部6d,前述振动膜6e是圆形的,前述框体6f与筒体6a的大径部螺纹接合,与环状台阶部6d协同工作,将振动膜6e的外周边缘部夹持,由此将振动膜6e固定于筒体6a,前述框体6f是圆环状的。在罩6c形成有多个开口6c’,框体6f具有穿过圆环的中心将圆环上的正对的两点连结的腕部6f’。

对呼吸装置A的工作进行说明。
在不使用呼吸装置A时,面罩1的内压(表压)为零,施加于振动膜6e的内外压平衡。在以下的说明中,面罩1的内压全为表压。此时,振动膜6e处于大致平板状地延伸的初始状态,磁铁7a和霍尔元件7b之间的距离为初始值,霍尔元件7b检测的磁铁7a的磁通量密度也为初始值。

排气时面罩1的内压变高,振动膜6e向面罩1外侧的变形量增加,磁铁7a和霍尔元件7b的距离增加,霍尔元件7b检测的磁铁7a的磁通量密度减少。若前述距离从初始值增加的增加量超过既定值,霍尔元件7b检测的磁铁7a的磁通量密度从初始值减少的减少量超过既定值,即若面罩1的内压超过既定值,则控制装置识别成呼吸处于呼气状态,停止向电动风扇4的通电,使电动风扇停止。结果,节约消耗电力,抑制电池的消耗,并且抑制过滤器5的堵塞。呼气时吸气阀2关闭,排气阀3打开。呼气穿过排气阀3被从面罩1向外部环境排出。
另外,若呼吸装置A的使用者发出声音,则传声器6的振动膜6e振动,但该振动引起的振动膜6e向面罩内外方向的变形量与振动膜6e随着使用者的呼吸向面罩内外方向的变形量相比是微小的,所以不妨碍与呼吸联动的电动风扇4的工作。
吸气时面罩1的内压变低,振动膜6e向面罩1外侧的变形量减少,磁铁7a和霍尔元件7b的距离减少,霍尔元件7b检测的磁铁7a的磁通量密度增加。若前述距离从初始值增加的增加量为既定值以下,霍尔元件7b检测的磁铁7a的磁通量密度从初始值减少的减少量为既定值以下,即若面罩1的内压为既定值以下,则控制装置识别成呼吸处于吸气状态,向电动风扇4通电,将电动风扇旋转驱动,将面罩内压维持成既定的目标正压值。吸气时吸气阀2打开,排气阀3关闭。外气穿过过滤器5被除去灰尘,接着,被电动风扇4抽吸,穿过吸气阀2向面罩1内流入。通过电动风扇4的旋转,空气向面罩1内流入,面罩1的内压被保持成既定的正压值,所以呼吸装置使用者能够轻松地呼吸,还防止发生外部环境的污染空气侵入面罩的情况。
若呼吸装置A被从使用者的头部卸下,则施加至振动膜6e的内外压平衡,振动膜6e恢复成初始状态,磁铁7a和霍尔元件7b之间的距离恢复成初始值,霍尔元件7b检测的磁铁7a的磁通量密度恢复成初始值。若从霍尔元件7b接收的磁通量密度恢复成初始值的状态持续既定时间继续,则控制装置8识别成呼吸装置A被从使用者的头部卸下,使电动风扇4停止。
在呼吸装置A处,控制装置8如前所述地在吸气时向电动风扇4通电,将电动风扇4旋转驱动,将面罩内压维持成既定的目标正压值,在呼气时停止向电动风扇4的通电,使电动风扇4停止,但是,进而,在从呼气的途中至吸气之间,将微小电流通向电动风扇4来使电动风扇4以微小转速旋转。
在图3中,表示将呼吸装置A装配于呼吸模拟装置来将电动风扇4与呼吸联动地使其工作并且进行测定的面罩内压和电动风扇消耗电流随时间变化的图表。
像以往的呼吸联动式带电动风扇的呼吸装置那样,与使停止的电动风扇4克服最大静摩擦力地一下增速至既定的目标转速附近的情况不同,在呼吸装置A处,将已经以微小转速旋转的电动风扇4在动摩擦力下一下增速至既定的目标转速附近,所以在电动风扇4中不会流过大电流。因此,从图3可知,在为了将面罩内压维持成既定的目标正压值而开始通电时,电动风扇中不会流过大电流。
在呼气的途中将电动风扇4起动时,仅将转速提升至微小转速,所以在电动风扇4中不会流过大电流。
此外,与使停止的电动风扇4克服最大静摩擦力地启动的情况不同,在使已经以微小转速旋转的电动风扇4增速时,在动摩擦力下增速即可,所以电动风扇4相对于输入电流的应答延迟较少。因此,从图3可知,不会发生为了将面罩内压维持成既定的目标正压值而通电刚开始后面罩内压较大地低于既定的目标正压值的情况。因此,能够将前述目标正压值在适当范围内设定成比以往低,能够节省消耗电力。
从呼气的途中至吸气之间通向电动风扇4的微小电流带来的消耗电力的增加,与没有在为了将面罩内压维持成既定的目标正压值而通电开始时在电动风扇中流过大电流的情况带来的消耗电力减少相抵,所以前述微小电流的通电不会导致消耗电力的增加。
也可以取代使用磁铁7a和霍尔元件7b检测振动膜6e的位移,而使用反射体、由发光元件和受光元件构成的光传感器检测振动膜6e的位移。
面罩1也可以是覆盖使用者的脸整体的全面形的面罩。
也可以取代利用传声器6的振动膜6e形成呼吸监视装置7,而使用除了传声器6的振动膜6e之外的膜部件形成呼吸监视装置。
产业上的可利用性
本发明能够广泛利用于呼吸联动式带电动风扇的呼吸装置。

Claims (1)

1.一种呼吸联动式带电动风扇的呼吸装置,其特征在于,
具备面罩、吸气阀和排气阀、电动风扇、过滤器、呼吸监视装置、控制装置,
前述面罩覆盖脸的一部分或全部,
前述吸气阀和排气阀安装于面罩,
前述电动风扇经由吸气阀向前述面罩内供给外气,
前述过滤器将被电动风扇抽吸的外气过滤,
前述呼吸监视装置具有膜部件和传感器,前述膜部件与面罩内压的变动对应地变形,前述传感器检测膜部件的变形,
前述控制装置基于呼吸监视装置的检测信号,与呼吸配合地控制电动风扇的工作,
控制装置在吸气时向电动风扇通电,将电动风扇旋转驱动,将面罩内压维持成既定的目标正压值,在呼气时停止向电动风扇的通电,使电动风扇停止,并且在从呼气的途中至吸气之间,将微小电流通向电动风扇,使电动风扇以微小转速旋转。
