Abstract

本发明公开了一种处理尼龙纤维的硫酸铜组合物及其应用,所述组合物的原料包括硫酸铜、乙酰丙酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、聚乙二醇、硫代硫酸钠、螯合剂、次亚硫酸钠、氢氧化镁,通过上述组合物的处理,可以让尼龙纤维上的硫化铜稳定的附着,使其内部组织更加坚固,韧性更强。本发明的处理方法所需时间短,可以有效减少尼龙纤维间的静电。

一种处理尼龙纤维的硫酸铜组合物及其应用
技术领域
本发明属于材料工程技术领域,特别涉及一种处理尼龙纤维的硫酸铜组合物及其应用。
背景技术
大部分的纤维彼此间,以及纤维与皮肤之间会因摩擦而产生静电,静电不仅对皮肤有影响,而且在生产现场也容易产生安全问题。所以,为了减少纤维的静电,后续工序会对纤维进行消电处理。但目前的各种消电处理的工序都非常繁琐,过程中还会产生很多沉淀物,形成很多有害物质,不仅对环境造成破坏,还会使纤维的硫化铜附着物的稳定性减低,降低纤维组织的坚固性,出现使用周期缩短等问题。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种处理尼龙纤维的硫酸铜组合物及及其应用。通过一定的处理,尼龙纤维表面上的硫化铜稳定的附着,使其内部组织更加坚固,韧性更强。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种可稳定附着于尼龙纤维上的硫酸铜组合物,所述组合物的原料包括硫酸铜、乙酰丙酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、聚乙二醇、硫代硫酸钠、螯合剂、次亚硫酸钠、氢氧化镁,所述各原料的重量份数比为:
进一步的,所述螯合剂为EDTA、EDTA2钠或三磷酸钠中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述硫酸铜为纳米颗粒状。
本发明的另一方面:
一种利用硫酸铜组合物处理尼龙纤维的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
1)对待处理的尼龙纤维进行脱油处理,去除包括油脂在内的附着在尼龙纤维表面的附着物;
2)按照以下比例依次向尼龙纤维中投入硫酸铜10-20%o.w.f、乙酰丙酸2-3%o.w.f、十二烷基硫酸钠0.1-0.5%o.w.f、聚乙二醇0.1-0.3%o.w.f、硫代硫酸钠8-10%o.w.f和螯合剂0.1%-0.3%o.w.f,搅拌10-15min,直至pH值到4-5,温度上升到55℃-65℃,并维持在该条件下反应30min-80min;
3)向上述尼龙纤维中投入次亚硫酸钠0.1%-0.5%o.w.f,维持在55℃-65℃温度条件下还原沉淀10min-30min,当pH值到6-7时,去除反应沉淀;
当次亚硫酸钠添加量不满0.1%o.w.f会造成铜的还原效果差,使纤维表面的铜离子的吸附效果和纤维的韧性降低,而其添加量超过0.5%o.w.f则会造成过多的沉淀物;所述次亚硫酸钠的最优添加量为0.3%o.w.f;
4)再向上述尼龙纤维中投入氢氧化镁0.1%-0.5%o.w.f,35℃-45℃温度条件下处理10min-30min,去除残留;
5)最后对尼龙纤维经脱水、干燥处理,即得到表面稳定附着硫化铜的尼龙纤维。
进一步的,所述步骤1)的脱油处理通过添加脱油剂完成,所述脱油剂的添加量为3-5g/L。
进一步的,脱油处理的条件为:温度55℃-65℃,处理时间30min-50min。
本发明的另一方面:
一种具有保健功能的服饰,所述服饰由上述的尼龙纤维制备得到。
进一步的,所述服饰包括裤袜、内衣、手套、领带、围巾。
本发明相比现有技术的有益效果为:
1、本发明所述利用硫酸铜组合物处理尼龙纤维的方法,相比现有技术更佳快捷,在大约100min的短时间内就可以得到表面稳定附着硫化铜的尼龙纤维,不必担心被吸收在尼龙纤维的硫化铜的表面活力被阻碍,吸附在尼龙纤维上的硫化铜直径为20nm以下,化学吸附是存在表面有结晶差距的中共位置被以原子单位被吸收的力量,颗粒大小为20nm以下因为小驱动力增加,所以能赋予尼龙纤维的吸附性能;
2、本发明所述利用硫酸铜组合物处理尼龙纤维的方法中,使用硫酸铜作为固定尼龙纤维的固定剂,不像使用粘着剂及安定剂之类的成分,而是加大被吸附在尼龙纤维上的硫化铜表面的活化性,使硫化铜的粘附力坚固,从而提高尼龙纤维的品质;
3、本发明所述利用硫酸铜组合物处理尼龙纤维的方法中,选择乙酰丙酸,作为有机酸能够稳定金属盐的pH值,并减少SOX和NOX的产生;
4、本发明所述利用硫酸铜组合物处理尼龙纤维的方法,过程中不会产生大量的沉淀物,硫化氢被安全的附着于尼龙纤维上,大大改善了尼龙纤维的品质。

具体实施方式
通过借助以下实施例将更加详细的说明本发明。需要指出的是,以下实施例仅为说明性的,本发明的保护范围并不受这些实施例的限制。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种利用硫酸铜组合物处理尼龙纤维的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
1)对待处理的尼龙纤维进行脱油处理,去除包括油脂在内的附着在尼龙纤维表面的附着物;
具体操作为:把尼龙纤维投入反应器内,放脱油剂3-5g/L在60℃放40分钟,手洗去除包括油脂在内的附着在尼龙纤维表面的附着物;
2)按照以下比例依次向尼龙纤维中投入硫酸铜10-20%o.w.f、乙酰丙酸2-3%o.w.f、十二烷基硫酸钠0.1-0.5%o.w.f、聚乙二醇0.1-0.3%o.w.f、硫代硫酸钠8-10%o.w.f和螯合剂0.1%-0.3%o.w.f,60℃搅拌10min,直至pH值到4-5,温度上升到60℃,以1℃/min的速度升温为宜,并维持在该条件下反应60min;
所述螯合剂为EDTA;
3)向上述尼龙纤维中投入次亚硫酸钠0.3%o.w.f,维持在60℃温度条件下还原沉淀20min,当pH值到7时,去除反应沉淀;
4)再向上述尼龙纤维中投入氢氧化镁0.3%o.w.f,40℃温度条件下处理20min,去除残留;
5)最后对尼龙纤维惊醒脱水、干燥处理,即得到表面稳定附着硫酸铜的尼龙纤维,经检测,得到的表面稳定附着硫酸铜的尼龙纤维的电阻为102Ωcm。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种利用硫酸铜组合物处理尼龙纤维的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
1)对待处理的尼龙纤维进行脱油处理,去除包括油脂在内的附着在尼龙纤维表面的附着物;
具体操作为:把尼龙纤维投入反应器内,放脱油剂3-5g/L在60℃放40分钟,手洗去除包括油脂在内的附着在尼龙纤维表面的附着物;
2)按照以下比例依次向尼龙纤维中投入硫酸铜10-20%o.w.f、乙酰丙酸2-3%o.w.f、十二烷基硫酸钠0.1-0.5%o.w.f、聚乙二醇0.1-0.3%o.w.f、硫代硫酸钠8-10%o.w.f和螯合剂0.1%-0.3%o.w.f,60℃搅拌10min,直至pH值到4-5,温度上升到60℃,以1℃/min的速度升温为宜,并维持在该条件下反应60min;
所述螯合剂为三磷酸钠;
3)向上述尼龙纤维中投入次亚硫酸钠0.3%o.w.f,维持在60℃温度条件下还原沉淀20min,当pH值到7时,去除反应沉淀;
4)再向上述尼龙纤维中投入氢氧化镁0.3%o.w.f,40℃温度条件下处理20min,去除残留;
5)最后对尼龙纤维惊醒脱水、干燥处理,即得到表面稳定附着硫酸铜的尼龙纤维,经检测,得到的表面稳定附着硫酸铜的尼龙纤维的电阻为102Ωcm。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种保健裤,如图3所示,所述保健裤由上述实施例2制备得到的稳定附着硫化铜的尼龙纤维制成,保健裤腰部及脚踝部位使用处理后的尼龙纤维。该保健裤保暖性能好,不起静电,同时可改善穿戴者的血液循环,具有保健功效。

1.一种处理尼龙纤维的硫酸铜组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物的原料包括硫酸铜、乙酰丙酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、聚乙二醇、硫代硫酸钠、螯合剂、次亚硫酸钠、氢氧化镁,所述各原料的重量份数比为:
2.根据权利要求1所述的硫酸铜组合物,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为EDTA、EDTA2钠或三磷酸钠中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硫酸铜组合物,其特征在于,所述硫酸铜为纳米颗粒状。
4.一种利用权利要求1-3所述硫酸铜组合物处理尼龙纤维的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
1)对待处理的尼龙纤维进行脱油处理,去除包括油脂在内的附着在尼龙纤维表面的附着物;
2)按照以下比例依次向尼龙纤维中投入硫酸铜10-20%o.w.f、乙酰丙酸2-3%o.w.f、十二烷基硫酸钠0.1-0.5%o.w.f、聚乙二醇0.1-0.3%o.w.f、硫代硫酸钠8-10%o.w.f和螯合剂0.1%-0.3%o.w.f,搅拌10-15min,直至pH值到4-5,温度上升到55℃-65℃,并维持在该条件下反应30min-80min;
3)向上述尼龙纤维中投入次亚硫酸钠0.1%-0.5%o.w.f,维持在55℃-65℃温度条件下还原沉淀10min-30min,当pH值到6-7时,去除反应沉淀;
4)再向上述尼龙纤维中投入氢氧化镁0.1%-0.5%o.w.f,35℃-45℃温度条件下处理10min-30min,去除残留;
5)最后对尼龙纤维经脱水、干燥处理,即得到表面稳定附着硫化铜的尼龙纤维。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)的脱油处理通过添加脱油剂完成,所述脱油剂的添加量为3-5g/L。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其特征在于,脱油处理的条件为:温度55℃-65℃,处理时间30min-50min。
7.一种表面稳定附着硫化铜的尼龙纤维,其特征在于,所述尼龙纤维是由权利要求4-6任一项所述的方法制备得到的。
8.一种具有保健功能的服饰,其特征在于,所述服饰由如权利要求7所述的尼龙纤维制备得到。
9.根据权利要求8所述的服饰,其特征在于,所述服饰包括裤袜、内衣、手套、领带、围巾。
