Abstract
本发明公开了一种厨房电器专用清洗剂,包括以下原料及重量分数:去离子水50‑60份、防锈缓蚀剂8‑10份、植酸3‑5份、表面活性剂8‑10份、助洗剂3‑5份、防腐剂1‑2.5份、杀菌剂2‑5份、pH调节剂2‑5份、香精1‑2.5份、柠檬酸酯1‑2.5份、抗泡沫剂3‑5份、增稠剂5‑10份。本发明通过加入的直链烷基苯磺酸钠具有良好的去污和乳化力,耐硬水和发泡力好,生物降解性极佳,是绿色表面活性剂,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠是阴离子表面活性剂,易溶于水,有优良的去污、乳化、发泡性能和抗硬水性能,温和的洗涤性质不会损伤皮肤,去污能力强,通过加入的防锈缓蚀剂,用于清洗金属表面,对金属无腐蚀无损伤,清洗后金属表面洁净光亮并具有一定的缓蚀防锈作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用化工清洗剂生产技术领域,具体为一种厨房电器专用清洗剂。
背景技术
在我们的日常生活中,由于烹饪方式和传统生活习惯等方面的原因,厨房油烟给厨房环境及器具如墙壁瓷砖、抽油烟机、换气扇、燃气灶台等硬表面上造成很重的油垢,这些油垢,既影响厨房清洁卫生,又不利于健康,厨房油污清洗难度大,分析其成分主要可能有:一是通过空气沉降和物理吸附等作用,附着在器具表面上的尘埃以及其它沉积物;二是烹饪过程中高温气化形成的油烟,这部分油垢可以通过物理或者化学作用的方式结合到硬表面上;三是高温烹饪过程中由不饱和油脂氧化、聚合形成的油性聚合物,并在硬表面上形成牢固的聚合油膜;四是器具本身产生的污染物,即器具在存放和使用过程中因锈蚀、老化等产生的锈迹、脱落物等等。
目前国内市场上销售的油烟机清洗剂均以强碱性为主,长时间使用容易引起使用者手部不适或者对器具表面产生损伤,具有一定的危险性,且气味较重,去污力较差,配方复杂,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种厨房电器专用清洗剂,以解决上述背景技术中提出的目前国内市场上销售的油烟机清洗剂均以强碱性为主,长时间使用容易引起使用者手部不适或者对器具表面产生损伤,具有一定的危险性,且气味较重,去污力较差,配方复杂,成本较高的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种厨房电器专用清洗剂,包括以下原料及重量分数:去离子水50-60份、防锈缓蚀剂8-10份、植酸3-5份、表面活性剂8-10份、助洗剂3-5份、防腐剂1-2.5份、杀菌剂2-5份、pH调节剂2-5份、香精1-2.5份、柠檬酸酯1-2.5份、抗泡沫剂3-5份、增稠剂5-10份。
优选地,所述去离子水60份、防锈缓蚀剂10份、植酸5份、表面活性剂8份、助洗剂3份、防腐剂2份、杀菌剂4份、pH调节剂4份、香精1份、柠檬酸酯2份、抗泡沫剂4份、增稠剂9份。
优选地,所述去离子水60份、防锈缓蚀剂8份、植酸3份、表面活性剂10份、助洗剂5份、防腐剂2份、杀菌剂4份、pH调节剂4份、香精1份、柠檬酸酯2份、抗泡沫剂4份、增稠剂9份。
优选地,所述助洗剂为硅酸盐和多聚磷酸盐的混合物,所述PH调节剂为磷酸钠和磷酸的混合物,所述抗泡沫剂为甲基硅油和丙烯酸酪与醚共聚物,所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素和羧乙基纤维素的混合物,所述防腐剂为羟基苯甲酸甲酯和苯氧异丙醇的混合物。
优选地,所述表面活性剂为直链烷基苯磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠的混合物,混合比例为1:1,所述防锈缓蚀剂为磷酸三钠、硅酸钠、苯甲酸钠和苯乙醇胺的混合物,混合比例为1:1:1:1。
优选地,所述包括以下制备步骤:
步骤一:按照重量分数称取选取原料;
步骤二:将磷酸三钠、硅酸钠、苯甲酸钠和苯乙醇胺按照比例混合并搅拌并加入植酸混合得到溶液;
步骤三:将直链烷基苯磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠按照比例混合并搅拌得到溶液;
步骤四:先将步骤二中所得的溶液加入装有去离子水的容器内搅拌混合,再将步骤三中所得的溶液加入容器内搅拌混合;
步骤五:依次向容器内加入抗泡沫剂和增稠剂,并加入pH调节剂搅拌混合至pH值为7-8;
步骤六:最后向容器内加入防腐剂并加热搅拌混合后,冷却后装罐入库;
步骤七:使用时先加水再加清洗剂并搅拌混合后,擦拭厨房电器即可。
优选地,所述步骤六中加热至40-50℃,搅拌15-20min,步骤一至步骤四均在常温下搅拌5-10min。
优选地,所述步骤七中水与清洗剂的混合比例为80:1。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过加入的直链烷基苯磺酸钠具有良好的去污和乳化力,耐硬水和发泡力好,生物降解性极佳,是绿色表面活性剂,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠是阴离子表面活性剂,易溶于水,有优良的去污、乳化、发泡性能和抗硬水性能,温和的洗涤性质不会损伤皮肤,去污能力强,通过加入的防锈缓蚀剂,用于清洗金属表面,对金属无腐蚀无损伤,清洗后金属表面洁净光亮并具有一定的缓蚀防锈作用,通过加入的植酸可以和金属形成稳定致密的单分子层螯合膜,能络合水中的钙镁离子,保护金属表面的同时提高清洗效果,通过加入的香精和柠檬酸酯,使得清洗剂具有香味,通过加入的pH调节剂,将清洗剂的pH值调制成中性,避免对电器造成损伤,过增加的增稠剂,使得原料不会分散,提高原料的融合效果,清洗剂配方简单,生产成本较低。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
本发明提供的一种厨房电器专用清洗剂,包括以下原料及重量分数:去离子水50-60份、防锈缓蚀剂8-10份、植酸3-5份、表面活性剂8-10份、助洗剂3-5份、防腐剂1-2.5份、杀菌剂2-5份、pH调节剂2-5份、香精1-2.5份、柠檬酸酯1-2.5份、抗泡沫剂3-5份、增稠剂5-10份。
在本实施例中:通过加入的表面活性剂增强对油污和固体污垢的润湿、分散、乳化作用,耐硬水和发泡力好,生物降解性极佳,温和的洗涤性质不会损伤皮肤,去污能力强,通过加入的防锈缓蚀剂,用于清洗金属表面,对金属无腐蚀无损伤,清洗后金属表面洁净光亮并具有一定的缓蚀防锈作用,通过加入的植酸可以和金属形成稳定致密的单分子层螯合膜,能络合水中的钙镁离子,保护金属表面的同时提高清洗效果,通过加入的香精和柠檬酸酯,使得清洗剂具有香味。
实施例2
去离子水60份、防锈缓蚀剂10份、植酸5份、表面活性剂8份、助洗剂3份、防腐剂2份、杀菌剂4份、pH调节剂4份、香精1份、柠檬酸酯2份、抗泡沫剂4份、增稠剂9份。
在本实施例中:对于使用年数较长的电器,通过增加防锈缓蚀剂和植酸的重量分数,提高清洗剂的缓蚀防锈作用,使得清洗后的电器表面洁净光亮,且不会对电器造成损伤。
实施例3
去离子水60份、防锈缓蚀剂8份、植酸3份、表面活性剂10份、助洗剂5份、防腐剂2份、杀菌剂4份、pH调节剂4份、香精1份、柠檬酸酯2份、抗泡沫剂4份、增稠剂9份。
在本实施例中:对于油污、蛋白质、糖类污垢较多的情况下,通过增加表面活性剂和助洗剂的重量分数,增强对油污和固体污垢的润湿、分散、乳化作用,提高清洁剂的去除油污的能力。
实施例4
助洗剂为硅酸盐和多聚磷酸盐的混合物,所述pH调节剂为磷酸钠和磷酸的混合物,所述抗泡沫剂为甲基硅油和丙烯酸酪与醚共聚物,所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素和羧乙基纤维素的混合物,所述防腐剂为羟基苯甲酸甲酯和苯氧异丙醇的混合物。
在本实施例中:硅酸盐的加入能增强清洗摩擦力,优先吸附于玻璃瓶表面、以减少污垢的二次污染,多聚磷酸盐等助洗剂,能与自来水中的钙镁等重金属离子发生络合作用,软化清洗用水,增强洗涤效果,通过加入的PH调节剂,将清洗剂的pH值调制成中性,避免对电器造成损伤,通过增加的增稠剂,使得原料不会分散,提高原料的融合效果,通过加入的防腐剂,提高清洗剂的使用寿命,减小更换成本,通过加入的抗泡沫剂,使得清洗剂生产无泡,使用安全。
实施例5
表面活性剂为直链烷基苯磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠的混合物,混合比例为1:1,所述防锈缓蚀剂为磷酸三钠、硅酸钠、苯甲酸钠和苯乙醇胺的混合物,混合比例为1:1:1:1。
在本实施例中:通过加入的表面活性剂协同作用,增强对油污和固体污垢的润湿、分散、乳化作用,通过加入的防锈缓蚀剂,用于清洗金属表面,对金属无腐蚀无损伤,清洗后金属表面洁净光亮并具有一定的缓蚀防锈作用。
实施例6
本发明提供的一种厨房电器专用清洗剂,包括以下制备步骤:
步骤一:按照重量分数称取选取原料;
步骤二:将磷酸三钠、硅酸钠、苯甲酸钠和苯乙醇胺按照比例混合并搅拌并加入植酸混合得到溶液;
步骤三:将直链烷基苯磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠按照比例混合并搅拌得到溶液;
步骤四:先将步骤二中所得的溶液加入装有去离子水的容器内搅拌混合,再将步骤三中所得的溶液加入容器内搅拌混合;
步骤五:依次向容器内加入抗泡沫剂和增稠剂,并加入pH调节剂搅拌混合至PH值为7-8;
步骤六:最后向容器内加入防腐剂并加热搅拌混合后,冷却后装罐入库;
步骤七:使用时先加水再加清洗剂并搅拌混合后,擦拭厨房电器即可。
在本实施例中:通过分开制备使得原料的混合更加有效,同时使得原料组合的性能得到最大的发挥,提高了清洗剂的清洗、除垢,防锈等性能,使得生产出来的清洗剂的质量得到了提高。
实施例7
步骤六中加热至40-50℃,搅拌15-20min,步骤一至步骤四均在常温下搅拌5-10min。
在本实施例中:采用加热至40-50℃,通过搅拌大大缩短了各介质成份的混合溶解时间,提高了生产效率,使得原料组合的性能得到最大的发挥,常温下5-10min的搅拌时间,使得成分混合的更佳均匀,避免造成一种物料的堆积,提高了产品的质量。
实施例8
步骤七中水与清洗剂的混合比例为80:1。
在本实施例中:在此混合比例下能,可以使清洗剂的清洗效果达到最佳,提高对厨房电器的清洗效果,一次混合可清洗较多的电器。

1.一种厨房电器专用清洗剂,其特征在于:包括以下原料及重量分数:去离子水50-60份、防锈缓蚀剂8-10份、植酸3-5份、表面活性剂8-10份、助洗剂3-5份、防腐剂1-2.5份、杀菌剂2-5份、pH调节剂2-5份、香精1-2.5份、柠檬酸酯1-2.5份、抗泡沫剂3-5份、增稠剂5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨房电器专用清洗剂,其特征在于:所述去离子水60份、防锈缓蚀剂10份、植酸5份、表面活性剂8份、助洗剂3份、防腐剂2份、杀菌剂4份、pH调节剂4份、香精1份、柠檬酸酯2份、抗泡沫剂4份、增稠剂9份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨房电器专用清洗剂,其特征在于:所述去离子水60份、防锈缓蚀剂8份、植酸3份、表面活性剂10份、助洗剂5份、防腐剂2份、杀菌剂4份、pH调节剂4份、香精1份、柠檬酸酯2份、抗泡沫剂4份、增稠剂9份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨房电器专用清洗剂,其特征在于:所述助洗剂为硅酸盐和多聚磷酸盐的混合物,所述pH调节剂为磷酸钠和磷酸的混合物,所述抗泡沫剂为甲基硅油和丙烯酸酪与醚共聚物,所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素和羧乙基纤维素的混合物,所述防腐剂为羟基苯甲酸甲酯和苯氧异丙醇的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨房电器专用清洗剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为直链烷基苯磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠的混合物,混合比例为1:1,所述防锈缓蚀剂为磷酸三钠、硅酸钠、苯甲酸钠和苯乙醇胺的混合物,混合比例为1:1:1:1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨房电器专用清洗剂,其特征在于:包括以下制备步骤:
步骤一:按照重量分数称取选取原料;
步骤二:将磷酸三钠、硅酸钠、苯甲酸钠和苯乙醇胺按照比例混合并搅拌并加入植酸混合得到溶液;
步骤三:将直链烷基苯磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠按照比例混合并搅拌得到溶液;
步骤四:先将步骤二中所得的溶液加入装有去离子水的容器内搅拌混合,再将步骤三中所得的溶液加入容器内搅拌混合;
步骤五:依次向容器内加入抗泡沫剂和增稠剂,并加入PH调节剂搅拌混合至PH值为7-8;
步骤六:最后向容器内加入防腐剂并加热搅拌混合后,冷却后装罐入库;
步骤七:使用时先加水再加清洗剂并搅拌混合后,擦拭厨房电器即可。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种厨房电器专用清洗剂,其特征在于:所述步骤六中加热至40-50℃,搅拌15-20min,步骤一至步骤四均在常温下搅拌5-10min。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种厨房电器专用清洗剂,其特征在于:所述步骤七中水与清洗剂的混合比例为80:1。
