本发明涉及高分子材料领域,公开了一种水性无机富锌底漆,包括如下质量份数组分:水性环氧树脂15‑20份;填颜料10‑20份;锌粉50‑70份;闪锈抑制剂0.5‑1份;pH调节剂0.5‑1份;润湿分散剂0.1‑0.5份;去离子水40‑60份;附着力促进剂0.1‑0.5份;成膜助剂5‑10份;固化剂5‑10份。该重防腐漆具有良好的施工性能,对金属粘接力强,刺激性极低,无VOC排放,对环境友好。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料领域,具体涉及一种水性无机富锌底漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
水性无机富锌底漆以硅酸盐为重要成膜反应物,与锌物质反应形成硅酸锌网状结构,因此也可称其为无机硅酸锌涂料,是一种绿色环保型涂料,不仅对钢铁表面形成很强的保护网,还可以抵抗水、海水、有机物、氯化物等物质的侵蚀。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种水性无机富锌底漆,克服上述缺陷。
本发明所要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种水性无机富锌底漆,所述的水性无机富锌底漆由以下重量份数原料组成:
水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂15-20份;
水玻璃硅酸钠40-60份;
填颜料10-20份;
锌粉50-70份;
闪锈抑制剂0.5-1份;
润湿分散剂0.1-0.5份;
去离子水40-60份;
附着力促进剂0.1-0.5份;
成膜助剂5-10份;
固化剂5-10份。
进一步的,所述的填颜料包括纳米片状氧化铝、纳米级滑石粉的至少一种。
进一步的,所述的闪锈抑制剂为2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮-5-磺酸。
进一步的,所述的成膜助剂包括丙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯的至少一种。
进一步的,所述的附着力促进剂为有机硅烷。
进一步的,所述的润湿分散剂为二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠。
进一步的,所述的固化剂为非离子型水性聚酰胺树脂。
进一步的,所述的水玻璃硅酸钠的模数为3.5。
一种水性无机富锌底漆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a.将水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂与水玻璃硅酸钠混合以500转/分钟搅拌20-30分钟得到混合物;
b.将润湿分散剂加入到混合物中,在800转/分钟的条件下,分散10-15分钟;
c.将填颜料、锌粉、闪锈抑制剂、去离子水、附着力促进剂、成膜助剂、固化剂加入混合物中搅拌均匀;
d.将混合物过滤包装得到成品。
有益效果:
该无机富锌底漆不含voc,对环境人体友好,且固化时间快,附着力强,并具有优秀的力学性能和耐候性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细的说明,实施例仅是本发明的优选实施方式,不是对本发明的限定。
所用的水性环氧树脂,其环氧当量为400~800,固含量为50±3%,有机硅烷为道康宁Z6040,其余原料为常规市售产品。
实施例1
一种水性无机富锌底漆,所述的水性无机富锌底漆由以下重量份数原料组成:
水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂15份;
3.5模数水玻璃硅酸钠60份;
纳米片状氧化铝20份;
锌粉50份;
闪锈抑制剂1份;
二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠0.5份;
去离子水60份;
有机硅烷0.5份;
丙二醇丁醚5份;
非离子型水性聚酰胺树脂10份。
实施例2
一种水性无机富锌底漆,所述的水性无机富锌底漆由以下重量份数原料组成:
水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂20份;
3.5模数水玻璃硅酸钠50份;
纳米片状氧化铝5份、纳米级滑石粉5份;
锌粉70份;
2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮-5-磺酸0.5份;
二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠0.1份;
去离子水40份;
有机硅烷0.1份;
丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯5份;
非离子型水性聚酰胺树脂5份。
实施例3
一种水性无机富锌底漆,所述的水性无机富锌底漆由以下重量份数原料组成:
水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂18份;
3.5模数水玻璃硅酸钠40份;
纳米片状氧化铝15份、纳米级滑石粉5份;
锌粉57份;
2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮-5-磺酸0.3份;
二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠0.4份;
去离子水50份;
有机硅烷0.3份;
丙二醇丁醚3份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4份;
非离子型水性聚酰胺树脂6份。
实施例1-3的制备方法如下:
水性无机富锌底漆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a.将水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂与水玻璃硅酸钠混合以500转/分钟搅拌20-30分钟得到混合物;
b.将润湿分散剂加入到混合物中,在800转/分钟的条件下,分散10-15分钟;
c.将填颜料、锌粉、闪锈抑制剂、去离子水、附着力促进剂、成膜助剂、固化剂加入混合物中搅拌均匀;
d.将混合物过滤包装得到成品。
为了进一步说明本发明所公开的水性无机富锌底漆,本发明还对实施例1、2、3的固化漆膜进行了相应测试,测试项目如下:
流挂性能:按国标《GB9264-88》测定相对流挂性能。
干燥速度:按国标《GB/T 1728–1979》吹棉球法进行测试。
硬度:按《GB6739—86涂膜硬度铅笔测定法》进行测试。
盐雾试验:2500小时中性盐雾试验。
附着力:按国标《GB9286-1988》通过对涂膜表面进行百格法测试。
柔韧性:按《GB T 1731-1993》漆膜柔韧性测定法测试。
抗冲击:按《GB/T 1732-93》漆膜耐冲击测定法进行测试。
耐候性:按《GBT 1767-1979》漆膜耐候性测定法。
测试结果如下表:

Claims (9)

1.一种水性无机富锌底漆,其特征在于,所述的水性无机富锌底漆包括如下重量份数组分:
水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂15-20份;
水玻璃硅酸钠40-60份;
填颜料10-20份;
锌粉50-70份;
闪锈抑制剂0.5-1份;
润湿分散剂0.1-0.5份;
去离子水40-60份;
附着力促进剂0.1-0.5份;
成膜助剂5-10份;
固化剂5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性无机富锌底漆,其特征在于,所述的填颜料包括纳米片状氧化铝、纳米级滑石粉的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性无机富锌底漆,其特征在于,所述的闪锈抑制剂为2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮-5-磺酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性无机富锌底漆,其特征在于,所述的成膜助剂包括丙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性无机富锌底漆,其特征在于,所述的附着力促进剂为有机硅烷。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水性无机富锌底漆,其特征在于,所述的润湿分散剂为二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水性无机富锌底漆,其特征在于,所述的固化剂为非离子型水性聚酰胺树脂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的水性无机富锌底漆,其特征在于,所述的水玻璃硅酸钠的模数为3.5。
9.一种权利要求1-8任意一项所述的水性无机富锌底漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a.将水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂与水玻璃硅酸钠混合以500转/分钟搅拌20-30分钟得到混合物;
b.将润湿分散剂加入到混合物中,在800转/分钟的条件下,分散10-15分钟;
c.将填颜料、锌粉、闪锈抑制剂、去离子水、附着力促进剂、成膜助剂、固化剂加入混合物中搅拌均匀;
d.将混合物过滤包装得到成品。
