本发明涉及一种冬季养生汤品及其制备方法,属于食品保健技术领域。该冬季养生汤品由以下重量份的原料制成:益智仁15‑30份,覆盆子25‑35份,桑葚8‑16份,当归20‑30份,黄精15‑28份,人参8‑15份,茯苓12‑22份,红枣10‑15份,百合6‑12份,枸杞8‑16份,红茶8‑16份,水适量。该冬季养生汤品的制备方法包括:(1)清洗;(2)干燥;(3)粉碎;(4)熟化混合;(5)包装。本发明具有制备工艺简单,反应条件易控制,可连续生产等优点,本发明冬季养生汤品具有提高人体免疫力,补肾温阳、润肠通便,预防感冒等功效,尤其适合冬季饮用。

本发明涉及一种冬季养生汤品及其制备方法,属于食品保健技术领域。
背景技术
枸杞的性味甘平,中医认为,它能够滋补肝肾、益精明目和养血、增强人们的免疫力。对于现代人来说,枸杞最实用的功效就是抗疲劳和降低血压。此外,枸杞能够保肝、降血糖、软化血管、降低血液中的胆固醇、甘油三酯水平,对脂肪肝和糖尿病患者具有一定的疗效。枸杞子含有丰富的枸杞多糖、β-胡萝卜素、维生素E、硒及黄酮类等抗氧化物质,有较好的抗氧化作用。枸杞子可对抗自由基过氧化,减轻自由基过氧化损伤,从而有助于延缓衰老,延长寿命。常吃枸杞可以美容,枸杞可以提高皮肤吸收氧分的能力,还能起到美白作用。枸杞能提高人体免疫力,在抗肿瘤治疗中能减轻环磷酰胺的毒副作用,促进造血功能恢复,升高周围血的白细胞数,对机体产生保护作用。覆盆子中所含的抗氧化剂,能有效地防止自由基对大脑的损伤,并改善大脑的血液及氧气供应。覆盆子中所含的黄酮类物质,除了具有抗菌消炎、降低血压及抗过敏等作用外,它们在护肤养颜方面也功效显著。这类物质可以改善皮肤血液循环,增强皮肤毛细血管弹性,促进皮肤细胞再生,从而发挥美容养颜的功用。覆盆子中含有一种非常有益于健康的成分一花色素苷,它具有清除自由基、防治癌症发生之功用。覆盆子对于癌症防治具有重要意义。黄精对肾上腺素引起的血糖过高呈显着抑制作用。红茶有舒张血管的作用。
冬天因气温变化,易发生流感病毒引起的感冒,对于老年人和有脑血管病史的人群,寒冷的气候会使人的血管收缩,使血压增高或血压不稳定,心脏负担加重,容易发生心脑血管疾病,因此冬天要特别提防心脑血管疾病。冬天,人体受到冷空气刺激后,胃酸分泌大量增加,胃肠发生痉挛性收缩,抵抗力随之降低,导致胃炎、胃十二指肠溃疡的发病和原有演疡病的复发。此外,冬天吃火锅过多,高脂肪、高热量的食物摄入过多,都能造成胃肠道功能紊乱,严重者还会出现消化道出血。冬季湿寒,容易引起风湿病,因此,研制出一种专门针对冬天气候特点能够补肾温阳,祛风除湿,养胃护胃,预防感冒,降血压,美容养颜,并能长期饮用的养生汤品是本领域技术人员需要解决的问题。

有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种冬季养生汤品及其制备方法,为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明冬季养生汤品,由以下重量份的原料制成:益智仁15-30份,覆盆子25-35份,桑葚8-16份,当归20-30份,黄精15-28份,人参8-15份,茯苓12-22份,红枣10-15份,百合6-12份,枸杞8-16份,红茶8-16份,水适量。
优选地,本发明冬季养生汤品,由以下重量份的原料制成:益智仁20-25份,覆盆子28-32份,桑葚10-13份,当归24-26份,黄精18-20份,人参10-13份,茯苓16-19份,红枣11-13份,百合8-10份,枸杞12-14份,红茶12-14份,水适量。
优选地,本发明冬季养生汤品,由以下重量份的原料制成:益智仁23份,覆盆子29份,桑葚11份,当归25份,黄精19份,人参12份,茯苓17份,红枣12份,百合9份,枸杞13份,红茶13份,水适量。
茯苓,味甘、淡,性平。归心、肺、脾、肾经。利水渗湿,健脾,宁心。
当归,味甘、辛,性温。归肝、心、脾经。用于血虚萎黄,眩晕心悸,***,经闭痛经,虚寒腹痛,风湿痹痛,跌扑损伤,痈疽疮疡,肠燥便秘。
黄精,味甘,性平。归脾、肺、肾经。补气养阴,健脾,润肺,益肾。用于脾胃气虚,体倦乏力,胃阴不足,口干食少,肺虚燥咳,劳嗽咳血,精血不足,腰膝酸软,须发早白,内热消渴。
人参,味甘、微苦,性温、平。归脾、肺经、心经。补气,固脱,生津,安神,益智。
红枣,味甘性温、归脾胃经,有补中益气、养血安神、缓和药性的功能;而现代的药理学则发现,红枣含有蛋白质、糖类、有机酸、维生素A、维生素C、多种微量钙以及氨基酸等丰富的营养成份。
百合,味甘,性寒。归心、肺经。养阴润肺,清心安神。用于阴虚燥咳,劳嗽咳血,虚烦惊悸,失眠多梦,精神恍惚。
红茶,富含胡萝卜素、维生素A、钙、磷、镁、钾、咖啡碱、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、赖氨酸、谷氨酸、丙氨酸、天门冬氨酸等多种营养元素。红茶可以帮助胃肠消化、促进食欲,可利尿、消除水肿,并强壮心脏功能。红茶中“富含的黄酮类化合物能消除自由基,具有抗酸化作用,降低心肌梗塞的发病率。
枸杞的性味甘平,中医认为,它能够滋补肝肾、益精明目和养血、增强人们的免疫力。对于现代人来说,枸杞最实用的功效就是抗疲劳和降低血压。此外,枸杞能够保肝、降血糖、软化血管、降低血液中的胆固醇、甘油三酯水平,对脂肪肝和糖尿病患者具有一定的疗效。
覆盆子中所含的黄酮类物质,除了具有抗菌消炎、降低血压及抗过敏等作用外,它们在护肤养颜方面也身手不凡。这类物质可以改善皮肤血液循环,增强皮肤毛细血管弹性,促进皮肤细胞再生,从而发挥美容养颜的功用。
益智仁含有多种化合物、微量元素及结晶性中性物质等营养成分,对特异性细胞免疫功能也有促进作用,对阳虚怕冷的病人有明显的强壮和治疗作用。
桑葚味甘酸,性微寒,入心、肝、肾经,为滋补强壮、养心益智佳果.具有补血滋阴,生津止渴,润肠燥等功效。
本发明冬季养生汤品各原料组合配制,可以起到补肾温阳,祛风除湿,养胃护胃,降血压,抗病原微生物和抗病毒等作用,提高人体免疫力,对冬季预防感冒的效果明显。本发明冬季养生汤品具有抗疲劳、抗氧化、抗衰老,改善皮肤血液循环,美容养颜,清除自由基,防治癌症的功效,尤其适合寒冷的冬季饮用,且各原料无副作用,可以作为养生汤品长期饮用。
本发明还提供一种冬季养生汤品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清洗:按照权利要求1至3任一项所述冬季养生汤品中的原料配比称取各原料,将益智仁、覆盆子、桑葚、当归、黄精、人参、茯苓、红枣、百合、枸杞、红茶,于常温下用纯净水洗净并除杂,备用;
(2)干燥:将除杂后的原料放入干燥机中干燥,干燥后备用;
(3)粉碎:将干燥后的各原料分别使用粉碎机进行粉碎,过筛,备用;
(4)熟化混合:将过筛后的原料熟化后充分搅拌均匀后得到汤材料;
(5)包装:将汤材料用可渗透材料包装,制得冬季养生汤品。
所述步骤(2)中,干燥温度55-60℃,干燥时间1-1.5小时;
所述步骤(3)中,过筛的目数为60目。
所述步骤(4)中,搅拌时间为30-60min,转速为400-500r/min。
所述步骤(5)中可渗透材料为纸、纤维布、纱网的任一种。
本发明所述冬季养生汤品的制备方法,工艺简单,反应条件易控制,可连续生产,生产成本低,市场前景非常广阔。
本发明先将干燥后的各原料粉碎至60目再进行混合得到汤材料,在煲汤或沏泡时,汤材料中的营养成分更易被释放出来,明显缩短了煲汤或沏泡时间,更适合现在快节奏的生活。

以下的实施例在于详细说明本发明,只是本发明的较佳实施例,并非限制本发明。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
冬季养生汤品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清洗:称取益智仁23克,覆盆子31克,桑葚11克,当归26克,黄精20克,人参12克,茯苓18克,红枣11克,百合8克,枸杞10克,红茶10克,于常温下用纯净水洗净并除杂,备用;
(2)干燥:将除杂后的原料放入干燥机中干燥,干燥温度58℃,干燥时间1.5小时;干燥后备用;
(3)粉碎:将干燥后的各原料分别使用粉碎机进行粉碎,过60目筛,备用;
(4)熟化混合:将过筛后的原料熟化后充分搅拌均匀得到汤材料,搅拌时间为45min,转速为500r/min;
(5)包装:将汤材料用纤维布包装,制得冬季养生汤品。
实施例2
冬季养生汤品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清洗:称取益智仁16克,覆盆子28克,桑葚10克,当归22克,黄精17克,人参9克,茯苓12克,红枣11克,百合8克,枸杞10克,红茶10克,于常温下用纯净水洗净并除杂,备用;
(2)干燥:将除杂后的原料放入干燥机中干燥,干燥温度56℃,干燥时间1小时;干燥后备用;
(3)粉碎:将干燥后的各原料分别使用粉碎机进行粉碎,过60目筛,备用;
(4)熟化混合:将过筛后的原料熟化后充分搅拌均匀后得到汤材料,搅拌时间为35min,转速为400r/min;
(5)包装:将汤材料用纸包装,制得冬季养生汤品。
实施例3
冬季养生汤品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清洗:称取益智仁28克,覆盆子33克,桑葚15克,当归28克,黄精26克,人参13克,茯苓20克,红枣14克,百合11克,枸杞14克,红茶14克,于常温下用纯净水洗净并除杂,备用;
(2)干燥:将除杂后的原料放入干燥机中干燥,干燥温度60℃,干燥时间1小时;干燥后备用;
(3)粉碎:将干燥后的各原料分别使用粉碎机进行粉碎,过60目筛,备用;
(4)熟化混合:将过筛后的原料熟化后充分搅拌均匀得到汤材料,搅拌时间为55min,转速为450r/min;
(5)包装:将汤材料用纱网包装,制得冬季养生汤品。
实施例4
冬季养生汤品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清洗:称取益智仁23克,覆盆子29克,桑葚11克,当归25克,黄精19克,人参12克,茯苓17克,红枣12克,百合9克,枸杞13克,红茶13克,于常温下用纯净水洗净并除杂,备用;
(2)干燥:将除杂后的原料放入干燥机中干燥,干燥温度55℃,干燥时间1小时;干燥后备用;
(3)粉碎:将干燥后的各原料分别使用粉碎机进行粉碎,过60目筛,备用;

对比例1
冬季养生汤品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清洗:称取当归25克,黄精19克,人参12克,茯苓17克,红枣12克,百合9克,枸杞13克,红茶13克,于常温下用纯净水洗净并除杂,备用;
(2)干燥:将除杂后的原料放入干燥机中干燥,干燥温度55℃,干燥时间1小时;干燥后备用;
(3)粉碎:将干燥后的各原料分别使用粉碎机进行粉碎,过60目筛,备用;
(4)熟化混合:将过筛后的原料熟化后充分搅拌均匀到汤材料,搅拌时间为40min,转速为450r/min;
(5)包装:将汤材料用纱网包装,制得冬季养生汤品。
对比例1与实施例4相比较,只有配方中缺少了益智仁、覆盆子、桑葚,制备方法与实施例4完全一样。
性能检测:
将本发明实施例1-4及对比例1所制备的冬季养生汤品以500ml水浸泡5分钟,浸出液取样,分别按国标进行含量检测,检测项目及结果如下表。
试验例1
挑选年龄在18-50岁性别不限地域不限的志愿者600名,分为6组,每组100人。将实施例1-4中的汤材料浸泡5分钟得养生汤品,第1组饮用实施例1,第2组饮用实施例2,第3组饮用实施例3,第4组饮用实施例4,第5组不饮用本发明冬季养生汤品作为空白对照组,第6组饮用对比例1。每天中餐和晚餐均饮用200ml本发明冬季养生汤品,从3月份到5月份连续饮用三个月,其它饮食与平时习惯一致,记录发生感冒情况。根据症状的出现情况,记录感冒出现0次、1次、2次及以上的人数。结果列于表1中。

从测试结果中可以看出,志愿者从11月-第二年1月连续饮用三个月的实施例1-4所得的冬季养生汤品,在极易发生感冒的冬天,饮用实施例1-4的人群明显减少了感冒发生的次数,尤其实施例4得到的冬季养生汤品效果最佳。
从对比例和实施例4的测试结果对比可以看出,对比例预防感冒效果远不如实施例4的效果,缺少其中几种原料导致汤品预防感冒的效果不明显,因此本发明冬季汤品的原料组合是特定的,在本发明配方中是不可缺少的。
试验例2
将本发明实施例1-4和对比例1所制备的冬季养生汤品分别派发给五组志愿者,每组志愿者20人,年龄分布在40-65周岁,平均年龄50周岁,无消化***疾病,无药物过敏史,无不良嗜好,但均患有风湿骨痛,将实施例1-4和对比例1中的汤材料浸泡5分钟得养生汤品,志愿者每天饮用冬季养生汤品3-5杯(500ml/杯),志愿者从11月-第二年1月连续饮用三个月的实施例1-4及对比例1所得的冬季养生汤品,三个月后风湿病症状改善的的分别为18人、19人、19人、19人、13人,说明本发明的冬季养生汤品能在一定程度上具有补肾温阳,祛风除湿的功效。

1.一种冬季养生汤品,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:益智仁15-30份,覆盆子25-35份,桑葚8-16份,当归20-30份,黄精15-28份,人参8-15份,茯苓12-22份,红枣10-15份,百合6-12份,枸杞8-16份,红茶8-16份,水适量。

5.根据权利要求4所述的一种冬季养生汤品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,干燥温度50-66℃,干燥时间1-1.5小时。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种冬季养生汤品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,过筛的目数为60目。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种冬季养生汤品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中,搅拌时间为30-60min,转速为400-500r/min。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种冬季养生汤品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中,所述可渗透材料为纸、纤维布、纱网的任一种。
