Claims (6)
1. A method for inspecting a vehicle harness relay, characterized by comprising the steps of:
acquiring vehicle information of a vehicle to be detected, and automatically acquiring standard wiring harness relay installation information corresponding to the vehicle to be detected according to the acquired vehicle information;
storing the acquired standard wiring harness relay installation information of the vehicle to be detected to a preset database;
when the current vehicle to be detected is confirmed, initiating a vehicle detection instruction based on the vehicle to be detected, and initiating a collection operation based on the installation information of the harness relay of the vehicle to be detected through the vehicle detection instruction so as to collect the harness relay installation information of the vehicle to be detected, wherein the harness relay installation information comprises the installation position and the installation number of the harness relay;
confirming whether the wiring harness relay installation information of the vehicle to be detected is consistent with the corresponding standard wiring harness relay installation information;
when the installation information of the wiring harness relay is confirmed to be consistent with the corresponding installation information of the standard wiring harness relay, the wiring harness relay of the vehicle to be detected is confirmed to be installed without errors;
when the installation information of the wiring harness relay is confirmed to be inconsistent with the corresponding installation information of the standard wiring harness relay, confirming the abnormal installation position of the installation information of the wiring harness relay;
initiating a wiring harness relay installation abnormity prompt according to the confirmed abnormal installation position, and correspondingly initiating different wiring harness relay installation normal display prompts according to different abnormal installation positions, abnormal installation conditions and abnormal installation states;
after the troubleshooting is carried out, a detection instruction is initiated again, the detection content of the detection instruction is analyzed, the target wiring harness relay installation information corresponding to the abnormal installation position is acquired through the detection content correspondingly, the detection wiring harness relay installation information is executed again on the abnormal installation position, and the target wiring harness relay installation information is the abnormal installation position or other installation positions of which the abnormal installation position is associated with the abnormal installation position.
2. The method for inspecting a vehicle harness relay according to claim 1, wherein after the step of initiating a harness relay mounting abnormality prompt based on the confirmed abnormal mounting position, further comprising:
and receiving a detection instruction returned based on the wiring harness relay installation abnormity prompt, and executing the step of collecting wiring harness relay installation information of the vehicle to be detected.
3. The inspection method of a vehicle harness relay according to any one of claims 1 to 2, characterized by further comprising:
monitoring the detection process of the vehicle to be detected, and generating an installation detection record of the vehicle to be detected according to the detected detection process;
and storing the generated installation detection record into a preset database.
4. An inspection device for a vehicle harness relay, characterized by comprising: a harness relay installation information collector, a memory, a processor, and a vehicle harness relay inspection program stored on the memory, the vehicle harness relay inspection program being executable by the processor, and the vehicle harness relay inspection program, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the vehicle harness relay inspection method according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
5. A storage medium characterized in that the storage medium has stored thereon an inspection program of a vehicle harness relay, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the inspection method of the vehicle harness relay according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
6. An inspection system of a vehicle harness relay, characterized by comprising the inspection device of a vehicle harness relay according to claim 4.
