本发明涉及汽车软包复合材料。
背景技术
当前汽车内饰的软包装潢,通常采用海绵材料,但海绵材料的生产存在环保问题,海绵材料使用过程中会氧化发黄,且在氧化过程中海绵材料会释放毒害物质,并且随着时间推移,软包的回弹效果越来越差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车软包复合材料,其环保无毒不氧化,软包寿命更长久,回弹效果更好更舒适。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种汽车软包复合材料,其为三维经编间隔织物,材质为100%涤纶,上下层采用密实结构,中间支撑层采用双组单丝支撑。
优选的,所述三维经编间隔织物的厚度为3~4mm。
优选的,所述三维经编间隔织物,其上下表面的网孔形状为等边三角形、菱形、矩形、正六边形中的一种。
