技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料和生物医学领域,具体涉及一种高弹力聚氨酯的制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯用于医用材料,最初用于骨修复材料,之后有成功用于血管外科手术缝合用补充涂层,医用聚氨酯弹性体具有良好的延伸性和抗挠曲性,强度高,耐磨损,生物相容性好,无导致畸变作用,无过敏反应,血液相容性,抗血栓性能好,且不损伤血液成分,同时聚氨酯材料具有优异的物理机械性能和加工性能,使其在医疗领域得到广泛应用。聚氨酯弹性体作为以一种医用材料收受到越来越多的重视,各种医用聚氨酯弹性体迅速被开发出来,上世纪80年代初,用聚氨酯弹性体制作人工心脏移植手术获得巨大的成功,是聚氨酯弹性体材料在生物医学领域得到进一步的发展。目前,应用聚氨酯弹性体开发的医疗产品主要有人工心脏辅助装置、人工血管、各种导管。
目前,使用扩链剂来增加聚氨酯的弹性,但是我们常见到的是使用单一的扩链剂增加其弹性,具有一定的局限性。
中国专利CN 106632954 A公开了一种聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,由多元醇63-81%、二异氰酸酯19-37%在75-85℃反应2-3小时,得到聚氨酯预聚物,使用3,5'二氨基对氯苯甲酸异丁酯或3,5'-二氨基对氯苯甲酸异丁酯和MOCA的混合物作为扩链剂提高聚氨酯的弹性,这种方法仅仅克服了在使用氨类扩链剂做高硬度产品时,由于凝胶时间快而无法操作的弊端 ,若能够使用较多种类的扩链剂,就可以扩大聚氨酯弹性体的应用范围。
中国专利CN 105111404 A提供一种具有优良抗冲击性能和机械加工特性聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,其制造方法:将异氰酸酯与多元醇混合反应,得到预聚物,:将多元醇、催化剂、抗老化剂脱水至按质量百分比水分小于0.05%,降温后,加入扩链剂,得到固化剂,将预聚物和固化剂混合制备聚氨酯弹性体,其中使用的扩链剂为亚甲基二苯胺(MDA)、氯化钠络合物等中的至少一种,这种方法使得操作时间可控,生产效率高和成品率高,但是其扩链剂的使用具有一定的局限性,使用韧性更大的聚脲等扩链剂对聚氨酯的性能及增强弹性方面效果更好。
因此,本发明将采用多种扩链剂来增加聚氨酯的弹性,在其他的专利发明的基础上增加多种扩链剂,使得聚氨酯的弹性更强并扩大聚氨酯弹性体的应用范围。
发明内容
本发明是为提供一种高弹力聚氨酯的制备方法,提供一种,制备的弹性体性能优越,有效改善弹性体的工艺性能,能够应用于高硬度大型制品,扩大弹性体的应用范围。
为使得增强聚氨酯的弹性,本发明采用的技术方案为:含有多种扩链剂的聚氨酯材料,按本发明所述的一种聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将异氰酸酯与多元醇以一定的比例加入到反应釜中,升温至60~80℃,在氮气的环境中混合反应,得到是以氨基甲酸酯(-NH-CO-O-)为基团的聚氨酯预聚物,向得到的聚氨酯预聚物中加入多种扩链剂,将扩链剂和聚氨酯预聚物以一定的比例进行混合反应,进入扩链工序,混合温度为75-85℃,反应时间为1-5h,得到的混合物,浇注到100-120℃的模具中,脱模时间在20-40分钟,在90-100℃后硫化15-20小时,得到聚氨酯弹性体制品。
所述的异氰酸酯与多元醇的摩尔比:n-OH:n-NCO=1:2-30。所述的异氰酸酯包括4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI-100或甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI-80、自脂环族异氰酸酯、脂肪族异氰酸酯中的至少一种。
所述脂肪族异氰酸酯可为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、四亚甲基二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯;脂环族异氰酸酯可为 4,4′ - 亚甲基二 ( 环己基异氰酸酯 )。
所述的多元醇数均分子量在200-3000,包括聚酯二元醇、聚醚二元醇或聚四氢呋喃二元醇、脂族聚碳酸酯二醇。聚酯二元醇包括己二醇与1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇、新戊二醇、1,10- 癸二醇中的一种或多种二元醇形成的酯化产物;己内酯与1,4- 丁二醇、1,6-己二醇、新戊二醇、1,10-癸二醇中的一种或多种二元醇形成的反应产物。
所述的扩链剂为聚醚类、聚脲类物质、胺类扩链剂。
所述的聚醚类物质包括氢醌一二(β一羟乙基)醚(HQEE),所述的聚脲类物质是由异氰酸酯组分与氨基化合物反应生成的一类化合物,聚脲是以-NH-CO-NH-为基团的聚合物所述的胺类扩链剂包括:二乙基甲苯二胺、二甲硫基甲苯二胺、N,N-二烷基甲基二苯胺。其中所述的扩链剂与聚氨酯预聚物的比例为1:2~50之间。

本发明聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,制备的弹性体性能优越、凝胶时间长,适合于高硬度、大产品的使用,有效改善弹性体的工艺性能,延长制品凝胶时间,能够应用于高硬度大型制品,扩大弹性体的应用范围。本发明工艺性能好、物料操作温度低、操作时间可控;生产效率高和成品率高。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1
高弹力聚氨酯材料按重量计,包括以下组分:
1)聚己内酯多元醇
2)4,4’ -二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯
3)氢醌一二(β一羟乙基)醚(HQEE)、二乙基甲苯二胺
50份的聚己内酯多元醇 ,常压下加入70 份的4,4′ - 亚甲基二 ( 环己基异氰酸酯 )加入到反应釜中,在氮气的环境中混合反应,升温至80℃反应3小时,真空(-0.095MPa)脱除气泡,得到聚氨酯预聚物,将20份的氢醌一二(β一羟乙基)醚(HQEE)和30份的二乙基甲苯二胺作为扩链剂和上述制备的聚氨酯预聚物组分80份进行混合反应,进入扩链工序,混合温度为85℃,浇注入模具温度为120℃的模具中,制品固化时间为10min,产品40分钟开模,在100℃环境中后硫化16小时,得到硬度为邵D80的聚氨酯弹性体制品。
实施例2
高弹力聚氨酯材料按重量计,包括以下组分:
1)聚四氢呋喃二元醇
2)4,4′ - 亚甲基二 (环己基异氰酸酯)
3)端氨基聚氧化丙烯醚、二乙基甲苯二胺
50份的聚四氢呋喃二元醇 ,常压下加入80 份的4,4′ - 亚甲基二 ( 环己基异氰酸酯 )加入到反应釜中,在氮气的环境中混合反应,升温至80℃反应3小时,真空(-0.095MPa)脱除气泡,得到聚氨酯预聚物,将30份端氨基聚氧化丙烯醚和30份二乙基甲苯二胺作为扩链剂和上述制备的聚氨酯预聚物组分90份进行混合反应,进入扩链工序,混合温度为85℃,浇注入模具温度为120℃的模具中,制品固化时间为10min,产品40分钟开模,在100℃环境中后硫化16小时,得到硬度为邵D79的聚氨酯弹性体制品。
实施例3
高弹力聚氨酯材料按重量计,包括以下组分:
1)脂族聚碳酸酯二醇
2)异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯
3)氢醌一二(β一羟乙基)醚(HQEE)、4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和3,5-二乙基甲苯二胺
将30份的4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和30份的3,5-二乙基甲苯二胺在油浴40℃反应2h制备生成二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯-二乙基甲苯二胺聚脲聚脲结构,30份的脂族聚碳酸酯二醇 ,常压下加入80份的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入到反应釜中,在氮气的环境中混合反应,升温至80℃反应3小时,真空(-0.095MPa)脱除气泡,得到聚氨酯预聚物,将50份氢醌一二(β一羟乙基)醚(HQEE)和50份上述形成的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯-二乙基甲苯二胺聚脲聚脲作为扩链剂和聚氨酯预聚物组分进行混合反应,混合温度为85℃,浇注入模具温度为120℃的模具中,制品固化时间为10min,产品40分钟开模,在100℃环境中后硫化16小时,得到硬度为邵D82的聚氨酯弹性体制品。

Claims (9)

1.一种聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,其特征在于:
将异氰酸酯与多元醇以一定的比例加入到反应釜中,升温至60~80℃,在氮气的环境中混合反应,得到是以氨基甲酸酯(-NH-CO-O-)为基团的聚氨酯预聚物。再将多种不同的扩链剂和前文所述形成的聚氨酯预聚物以一定的比例进行扩链反应,在反应温度为75-85℃下反应1-5h,得到的相应的产物,将产物浇注入模具温度为120℃的模具中,制品固化时间为10min,产品40分钟开模,在100℃环境中后硫化16小时,得到具有不同邵氏硬度的聚氨酯弹性体制品。
2.如权利要求1所述一种聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的异氰酸酯与多元醇的摩尔比:n-OH:n-NCO=1:2-30。
3.如权利要求1所述一种聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的异氰酸酯包括4,4’ -二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、脂环族异氰酸酯、脂肪族异氰酸酯中的至少一种。
4.如权利要求3所述一种聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述脂肪族异氰酸酯可为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、四亚甲基二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯;脂环族异氰酸酯可为 4,4′ - 亚甲基二 (环己基异氰酸酯)。
5.如权利要求1所述一种聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的多元醇数均分子量在200-3000,包括聚酯二元醇、聚醚二元醇或聚四氢呋喃二元醇、脂族聚碳酸酯二醇。
6.如权利要求5所述一种聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,其特征在于:聚酯二元醇包括己二醇与1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇、新戊二醇、1,10- 癸二醇中的一种或多种二元醇形成的酯化产物;己内酯与1,4- 丁二醇、1,6- 己二醇、新戊二醇、1,10- 癸二醇中的一种或多种二元醇形成的反应产物。
7.如权利要求1所述一种聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的扩链剂为聚醚类、聚脲类物质、胺类扩链剂。
8.如权利要求7所述一种聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的聚醚类物质包括氢醌一二(β一羟乙基)醚(HQEE)、端氨基聚氧化丙烯醚;所述的聚脲类物质是以-NH-CO-NH-为基团的聚合物。所述的胺类扩链剂包括:二乙基甲苯二胺、二甲硫基甲苯二胺、N,N-二烷基甲基二苯胺。
9.如权利要求1所述一种聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的扩链剂与聚氨酯预聚物的比例为1:2~50之间。
