现有的耦合桥结构,其为纯电动结构,对于混合动力结构,现有的耦合桥不能适用。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种基于单行星排的单变速箱混合动力耦合桥,其使得混合动力的总成布置方便,扩展了混合动力产品的种类,且其传动链短、可调速比、效率高。
一种基于单行星排的单变速箱混合动力耦合桥,其特征在于:其包括发动机、第一电机、变速箱、差速器、第二电机、行星排齿结构,所述变速箱和所述差速器集成为一体桥,所述行星排齿结构具体包括太阳轮、行星轮架、齿圈,所述行星轮架的中心轴贯穿所述太阳轮的中心输入空心轴后直接或间接连接所述发动机的输出端,所述第一电机的输出轴即为所述中心输入空心轴,所述行星轮架上环布有若干行星轮,所述行星轮的径向内侧啮合连接所述太阳轮,所述行星轮的径向外侧啮合连接所述齿圈的内齿圈,所述齿圈的输出轴通过齿轮结构啮合连接所述差速器的主减齿轮,所述第二电机的输出轴连接变速箱的输入端,所述变速箱的输出端通过齿轮结构啮合连接所述差速器的主减齿轮,所述差速器的两输出轴分别通过半轴连接对应侧的轮子,所述述齿圈的输出轴、变速箱的输出端分别独立啮合连接所述差速器的主减齿轮。

采用上述技术方案后,发动机连接行星轮架,第一电机连接太阳轮,太阳轮和行星轮架上的行星轮共同作用,使得齿圈的可调速比增大,齿圈传动给差速器的主减齿轮,第二电机通过变速箱连接差速器的主减齿轮,两动力最后在主减齿轮上耦合,该***使得发动机可以独立的工作在高效区,同时带变速的纯电部分,有效增加了输出扭矩范围,增强了工况适应性,降低了电机成本;其同时使得混合动力的总成布置方便,扩展了混合动力产品的种类,且其传动链短、可调速比、效率高。

其有益效果如下:其扩展了桥的使用功能,将行星排齿轮结构与传动桥耦合,使得总成的布置方便,从差速器的主减齿轮的两端输入,一端齿圈的输出轴输入、另一端变速箱的输出齿轮输入,其扩展了混合动力产品的构型;传动部件集中在一体桥上,增加了车辆可用空间;传动链短,可调速比、效率高;车辆行驶时平顺,无动力中断;可有效降低电机成本;爬坡加速等工况适应更强。

Claims (4)

1.一种基于单行星排的单变速箱混合动力耦合桥,其特征在于:其包括发动机、第一电机、变速箱、差速器、第二电机、行星排齿结构,所述变速箱和所述差速器集成为一体桥,所述行星排齿结构具体包括太阳轮、行星轮架、齿圈,所述行星轮架的中心轴贯穿所述太阳轮的中心输入空心轴后直接或间接连接所述发动机的输出端,所述第一电机的输出轴即为所述中心输入空心轴,所述行星轮架上环布有若干行星轮,所述行星轮的径向内侧啮合连接所述太阳轮,所述行星轮的径向外侧啮合连接所述齿圈的内齿圈,所述齿圈的输出轴通过齿轮结构啮合连接所述差速器的主减齿轮,所述第二电机的输出轴连接变速箱的输入端,所述变速箱的输出端通过齿轮结构啮合连接所述差速器的主减齿轮,所述差速器的两输出轴分别通过半轴连接对应侧的轮子,所述述齿圈的输出轴、变速箱的输出端分别独立啮合连接所述差速器的主减齿轮。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种基于单行星排的单变速箱混合动力耦合桥,其特征在于:所述发动机的输出轴、第一电机的中心输入空心轴、齿圈的输出轴对应于同一中心轴布置,所述发动机的输出轴和所述行星轮架的中心轴同轴设置,所述行星齿排结构位于所述一体桥的外侧布置,所述齿圈的输出轴通过第一锥齿轮啮合连接所述差速器的主减锥齿轮,所述变速箱位于靠近所述第二电机的一体桥的一侧布置,所述变速箱的输出轴通过第二锥齿轮啮合连接所述差速器的主减锥齿轮,所述第一电机、第二电机分别布置于所述一体桥的同一水平面的两侧布置,所述第一电机、第二电机的电机轴在同一轴线的延长线上设置。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种基于单行星排的单变速箱混合动力耦合桥,其特征在于:所述发动机的输出轴平行于半轴布置,所述发动机的输出端通过第一传动齿轮啮合连接第二传动齿轮,所述第二传动齿轮的中心轴即为所述行星轮架的中心轴,所述第一电机的电机轴即为所述中心输入空心轴,所述齿圈的输出轴通过第三传动齿轮啮合连接所述差速器的主减齿轮,所述行星齿排结构位于所述一体桥的内腔设置,所述变速箱的输出轴通过第四传动齿轮啮合连接所述差速器的主减齿轮,所述发动机的输出轴、中心输入空心轴平行间隔布置,所述第一电机、第二电机的电机轴平行间隔布置,其使得整个耦合桥的长度小,便于布置。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种基于单行星排的单变速箱混合动力耦合桥,其特征在于:所述一体桥的对应于一个轮子的一侧对应位置分别固接有对应的第一电机的机壳、第二电机的机壳。
