本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种具有阻燃防水性能的织物的制备方法。
背景技术
现有技术中阻燃面料通过在后整理加工时,通过含浸、涂层、贴合的加工方式添加具阻燃性的阻燃剂,阻燃面料往往只具备单一功能性,不能同时满足人体在相对恶劣环境中(湿度大、空气不流通,如采矿业、油井作业人员)长期作业,不利于特殊工种(交警、巡警、路面清洁人员)在日常作业过程中因面料可视度不够,无法对人体自身安全产生的保护与防护,不利于在执行特殊情况下(如消防灭火、意外***、燃烧时)面料不具备阻燃性,而面料只具备助燃性从而产生对人体灼烧、烧伤等情况。普通涂层面料的阻燃性一般用于家纺类产品,用于服装类阻燃的较难解决手感偏硬,阻燃效果不够长效的弱点。
随着时代的进步、科技的发展和人类健康安全的重视性越来增强,现行的阻燃工艺已越来越满足不了日益发展的社会需求,开发无烟、无毒、高效的阻燃工艺已成为新时代发展的趋势和研究方向。
鉴于此,确有必要发明一种具有阻燃防水性能的织物的制备方法,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供具有阻燃防水性能的织物的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种具有阻燃防水性能的织物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:在基布上进行滚涂制作阻燃胶点;
步骤2:在涂有阻燃胶点的基布上涂覆一层阻燃膜;
步骤3:待阻燃膜干燥之后,对基布进行防水处理。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,步骤1中,制备的阻燃胶点的直径范围为0.2~1.5mm。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,步骤2中,制备阻燃膜包括如下步骤:
步骤21:将聚四氟乙烯分散树脂与阻燃剂以1:4比例混合均匀,得到聚四氟乙烯糊料;
步骤22:将聚四氟乙烯糊料放入模具中,以200N-250N的压力压坯获得料坯;
步骤23:把料坯放入挤出机,通过挤出机挤出得到挤出棒;
步骤24:将挤出棒置于双辊压延机上压延形成薄膜;
步骤25:对薄膜进行加热并进行拉伸,制成阻燃膜。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,步骤25中,阻燃膜为聚四氟乙烯微孔膜。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,步骤3还包括如下步骤:
步骤31:将涂覆有阻燃膜的基布进行前防水处理;
步骤32:采用防水透湿涂层剂对进行完前防水处理的基布进行底涂处理;
步骤33:对进行完底涂处理的基布进行面涂处理。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,步骤31中,具体为将涂覆有阻燃膜的基布放入5~8/L的防水剂中浸轧,在150~180℃下进行烘干,并定形。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,步骤32具体为:在防水透湿涂层剂中加入2~5%的架桥剂、0.5~2%的酸性触媒以及溶剂,调节防水透湿涂层剂的粘度到20000~30000mPa·s之间,进行烘干处理,烘干温度为150~170℃,烘干时间为30~60s,每刀涂布量的干重为7~10g/m2。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,步骤33中还包括如下步骤:
步骤331:制备石墨烯改性聚氨酯;
步骤332:将石墨烯改性聚氨酯分散到涂层融合剂中,以一定速率刮涂于基布上,在40℃温度下加热至少24h。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,步骤331中,氧化石墨烯改性聚氨酯溶于溶剂中,调节黏度到15000~25 000mPa·s之间,进行烘干处理,烘干温度为150~170℃,烘干时间为30~60s,得到氧化石墨烯改性聚氨酯,每刀涂布量的干重为5~8g/m2。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过阻燃胶点和阻燃膜的复合技术,得到具有阻燃防水性能的织物,不仅能改善织物的外观和风格,还能根据织物的用途不同,按照需求增加织物的功能。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。
本发明提供一种具有阻燃防水性能的织物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:在基布上进行滚涂制作阻燃胶点,其中,制备的阻燃胶点的直径范围为0.2~1.5mm。
步骤2:在涂有阻燃胶点的基布上涂覆一层阻燃膜。
制备阻燃膜包括如下步骤:
步骤21:将聚四氟乙烯分散树脂与阻燃剂以1:4比例混合均匀,得到聚四氟乙烯糊料,更具体的,所述成分配比为:PEA(Polyethyl Acrylate,聚丙烯酸乙脂)占比20%,PDA(butyl acrylate,聚丙烯酸丁酯)占比8%,PBA(butyl acrylate,聚丙烯酸丁酯)占比5%,阻燃剂HY-MPOP占比35%,协效剂占比11%,粘合剂B400占比8%,增稠剂BLJ占比13%。
步骤22:将聚四氟乙烯糊料放入模具中,以200N-250N的压力压坯获得料坯;较佳压力为220N。
步骤23:把料坯放入挤出机,通过挤出机挤出得到挤出棒;其中,挤出机的参数为:机头温度为120±2℃,前节温度为140±2℃,中节温度为170±2℃,挤出速率为:150~170m/min,较佳挤出速率为165m/min。
步骤24:将挤出棒置于双辊压延机上压延形成薄膜;
步骤25:对薄膜进行加热并进行拉伸,制成聚四氟乙烯微孔膜即为阻燃膜。其中,加热温度为120~140℃,最优温度为130℃。
步骤3:待阻燃膜干燥之后,对基布进行防水处理。
步骤3的具体步骤如下:
步骤31:将涂覆有阻燃膜的基布进行前防水处理;将涂覆有阻燃膜的基布放入5~8/L的防水剂中浸轧,在150~180℃下进行烘干,并定形。
步骤32:采用防水透湿涂层剂对进行完前防水处理的基布进行底涂处理;具体为在防水透湿涂层剂中加入2~5%的架桥剂、0.5~2%的酸性触媒以及溶剂(包括丁酮、乙酸乙酯等有机溶剂),调节防水透湿涂层剂的粘度到20000~30000mPa·s之间,进行烘干处理,烘干温度为150~170℃,烘干时间为30~60s,每刀涂布量的干重为7~10g/m2。
步骤33:对进行完底涂处理的基布进行面涂工艺,包括如下步骤:步骤331:制备石墨烯改性聚氨酯,具体为氧化石墨烯水性聚氨酯溶于溶剂(包括丁酮、乙酸乙酯等有机溶剂)中,调节黏度到15000~25 000mPa·s之间,进行烘干处理,烘干温度为150~170℃,烘干时间为30~60s,得到氧化石墨烯改性聚氨酯,每刀涂布量的干重为5~8g/m2。

本发明通过阻燃胶点和阻燃膜的复合技术,得到具有阻燃防水性能的织物。首先阻燃胶点制备过程简单,生产机械常规,容易投入生产,同时,生产条件易于控制,利于产业化;其次,滚涂胶点和阻燃膜结合的制备方法具有污水排放少的优点,减少对环境的污染。
阻燃胶点不仅能改善织物的外观和风格,还能根据织物的用途不同,按照需求增加织物的功能。

步骤2:在涂有阻燃胶点的基布上涂覆一层阻燃膜;
步骤3:待阻燃膜干燥之后,对基布进行防水处理。

步骤31:将涂覆有阻燃膜的基布进行前防水处理;
步骤32:采用防水透湿涂层剂对进行完前防水处理的基布进行底涂处理;
步骤33:对进行完底涂处理的基布进行面涂处理。
6.如权利要求5所述的具有阻燃防水性能的织物的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤31中,具体为将涂覆有阻燃膜的基布放入5~8/L的防水剂中浸轧,在150~180℃下进行烘干,并定形。
7.如权利要求5所述的具有阻燃防水性能的织物的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤32具体为:在防水透湿涂层剂中加入2~5%的架桥剂、0.5~2%的酸性触媒以及溶剂,调节防水透湿涂层剂的粘度到20000~30000mPa·s之间,进行烘干处理,烘干温度为150~170℃,烘干时间为30~60s,每刀基布的涂布量的干重为7~10g/m2。
8.如权利要求7所述的具有阻燃防水性能的织物的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤33中还包括如下步骤:
步骤331:制备石墨烯改性聚氨酯;
步骤332:将石墨烯改性聚氨酯分散到涂层融合剂中,以一定速率刮涂于基布上,在40℃温度下加热至少24h。
9.如权利要求8所述的具有阻燃防水性能的织物的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤331中,氧化石墨烯改性聚氨酯溶于溶剂中,调节黏度到15000~25 000mPa·s之间,进行烘干处理,烘干温度为150~170℃,烘干时间为30~60s,得到氧化石墨烯改性聚氨酯,每刀基布的涂布量的干重为5~8g/m2。
