本发明属于除草大粒剂技术领域,尤其本发明公开了一种水田除草大粒剂及其制备方法,包括以下重量份的原料:乙草胺3‑15份、硼砂3‑5份、吡嘧磺隆3‑5份、黄芪发酵液1‑2份、烷基酰胺聚氧乙烯醚1‑2份、嗪草酮1‑2份、苯基酚聚氧乙烯醚1‑3份、苯甲酸钠3‑5份、氯化钠5‑10份、三氯醋酸5‑11份、甘油酯3‑5份、崩解剂1‑1.2份、稳定剂1‑1.2份、填料50‑60份,将混合物A倒入双螺旋锥形混合机,混合10‑30min;控制压力挤压造粒。本发明设计合理,成分合理,除草效果好,适合推广使用。

一种水田除草大粒剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及除草大粒剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种水田除草大粒剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会对农药用药安全和环境保护的日益重视,乳油等对环境污染大的农药剂型逐渐被淘汰,颗粒剂、水分散粒剂等高效、低毒、环保的新剂型农药逐渐得到推广。日本从20世纪80年代后期开始进行主要针对水田省力化除草技术的研究,到90年代成功推出了水田除草大粒剂(JUMBO剂)。在国内,中国农业科学院植物保护研究所研制出了5%杀虫双大粒剂,使用方便,省工省时,可提高工效16倍以上。大粒剂综合了乳油优良的分散性、可湿性粉剂贮运方便和干悬浮剂使用方便的优点,具有很明显的应用价值和发展前景。但是,水田大粒剂对制剂的分散性能要求很高,早期的水田大粒剂没有使用漂浮性材料,比重比水重,施药后药剂的扩散性能差,药剂主要集中在落点附件,导致落点区域的药剂浓度往往高于水田其他区域,因而可能会对农作物产生药害。
为此,本发明提出一种水田除草大粒剂及其制备方法。

本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种水田除草大粒剂及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种水田除草大粒剂,包括以下重量份的原料:乙草胺3-15份、硼砂3-5份、吡嘧磺隆3-5份、黄芪发酵液1-2份、烷基酰胺聚氧乙烯醚1-2份、嗪草酮1-2份、苯基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-3份、苯甲酸钠3-5份、氯化钠5-10份、三氯醋酸5-11份、甘油酯3-5份、崩解剂1-1.2份、稳定剂1-1.2份、填料50-60份。
优选的,包括以下重量份的原料:乙草胺4-13份、硼砂3.5-4.5份、吡嘧磺隆3.5-4.5份、黄芪发酵液1-2份、烷基酰胺聚氧乙烯醚1-2份、嗪草酮1-2份、苯基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-3份、苯甲酸钠3.5-4.5份、氯化钠5-10份、三氯醋酸5-11份、甘油酯3.5-4.5份、崩解剂1.05-1.15份、稳定剂1.05-1.15份、填料53-57份。
优选的,包括以下重量份的原料:乙草胺9份、硼砂4份、吡嘧磺隆4份、黄芪发酵液1.5份、烷基酰胺聚氧乙烯醚1.5份、嗪草酮1.5份、苯基酚聚氧乙烯醚2份、苯甲酸钠4份、氯化钠7.5份、三氯醋酸8份、甘油酯4份、崩解剂1.1份、稳定剂1.1份、填料55份。

一种水田除草大粒剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
S1,将乙草胺、硼砂、吡嘧磺隆、黄芪发酵液、烷基酰胺聚氧乙烯醚、嗪草酮、苯基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯甲酸钠、氯化钠、三氯醋酸、甘油酯、崩解剂、稳定剂、填料放入混合罐中混合,搅拌速度为100-200r/min,搅拌时间为50-60min,得到混合物A;
S2,将混合物A倒入双螺旋锥形混合机,混合10-30min;控制压力挤压造粒;
S3,干燥、用10-15目筛过滤即得大粒剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过苯基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-3份、苯甲酸钠3-5份、氯化钠5-10份、三氯醋酸5-11份、甘油酯3-5份、崩解剂1-1.2份,崩解剂的加入,可以使悬浮的颗粒迅速扩散开来,从而可以除草剂的药效扩散,避免混合不均匀,通过乙草胺、硼砂、吡嘧磺隆、黄芪发酵液、烷基酰胺聚氧乙烯醚、嗪草酮、苯基酚聚氧乙烯醚的设计,除草效果好,本发明设计合理,成分合理,除草效果好,适合推广使用。

S1,将乙草胺、硼砂、吡嘧磺隆、黄芪发酵液、烷基酰胺聚氧乙烯醚、嗪草酮、苯基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯甲酸钠、氯化钠、三氯醋酸、甘油酯、崩解剂、稳定剂、填料放入混合罐中混合,搅拌速度为150r/min,搅拌时间为55min,得到混合物A;
S2,将混合物A倒入双螺旋锥形混合机,混合20min;控制压力挤压造粒;
S3,干燥、用13目筛过滤即得大粒剂。
实施例二
本发明提出的一种水田除草大粒剂,包括以下重量份的原料:乙草胺3份、硼砂3份、吡嘧磺隆3份、黄芪发酵液1份、烷基酰胺聚氧乙烯醚1份、嗪草酮1份、苯基酚聚氧乙烯醚1份、苯甲酸钠3份、氯化钠5份、三氯醋酸5份、甘油酯3份、崩解剂1份、稳定剂1份、填料50份。
本发明提出的一种水田除草大粒剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
S1,将乙草胺、硼砂、吡嘧磺隆、黄芪发酵液、烷基酰胺聚氧乙烯醚、嗪草酮、苯基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯甲酸钠、氯化钠、三氯醋酸、甘油酯、崩解剂、稳定剂、填料放入混合罐中混合,搅拌速度为100r/min,搅拌时间为50min,得到混合物A;
S2,将混合物A倒入双螺旋锥形混合机,混合10min;控制压力挤压造粒;
S3,干燥、用10目筛过滤即得大粒剂。

S1,将乙草胺、硼砂、吡嘧磺隆、黄芪发酵液、烷基酰胺聚氧乙烯醚、嗪草酮、苯基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯甲酸钠、氯化钠、三氯醋酸、甘油酯、崩解剂、稳定剂、填料放入混合罐中混合,搅拌速度为200r/min,搅拌时间为60min,得到混合物A;
S2,将混合物A倒入双螺旋锥形混合机,混合30min;控制压力挤压造粒;
S3,干燥、用15目筛过滤即得大粒剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过苯基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-3份、苯甲酸钠3-5份、氯化钠5-10份、三氯醋酸5-11份、甘油酯3-5份、崩解剂1-1.2份,崩解剂的加入,可以使悬浮的颗粒迅速扩散开来,从而可以除草剂的药效扩散,避免混合不均匀,通过乙草胺、硼砂、吡嘧磺隆、黄芪发酵液、烷基酰胺聚氧乙烯醚、嗪草酮、苯基酚聚氧乙烯醚的设计,除草效果好,本发明设计合理,成分合理,除草效果好,适合推广使用。
