Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the power source includes: the air pump, the drive assembly 8 includes: a guide post 82 and a driving air bag 81; the air pump and the guide post 82 are both arranged on the main support 3, the massage component 4 is sleeved on the guide post 82, the driving air bag 81 is sleeved on the guide post 82 and is positioned between the main support 3 and the massage component 4, and an air nozzle of the driving air bag 81 is communicated with the air pump through an air pipe; one end of the guide post 82 far away from the driving air bag 81 is provided with a convex part 83 protruding radially, a resetting piece 84 is sleeved on the guide post 82, one end of the resetting piece 84 is abutted on the massage component 4, and the other end is abutted on the convex part 83. In other embodiments, the air pump may be located outside the outer airbag 1.
When the massage assembly 4 is required to perform a massage function, the air pump supplies air into the driving air bag 81, so that the driving air bag 81 is inflated, and the driving air bag 81 is inflated and simultaneously pushes the massage assembly 4 to ascend along the axial direction of the guide post 82, thereby extending out of the accommodating cavity. When the massage assembly 4 is not needed to play a massage role, the air pump deflates the driving air bag 81, and the restoring element 84 moves the massage assembly 4 along the axis of the guide post 82 to a direction close to the main bracket 3, so that the massage assembly 4 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the restoring member 84 is a spring, one end of the spring abuts against the protrusion 83, and the other end of the spring abuts against the massage assembly 4, and when the massage assembly 4 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity, the spring is in a relaxed state, and when the massage assembly 4 extends out of the accommodating cavity, the spring is in a compressed state. In other embodiments, the reset element 84 is also used to drive the air bag 81 and is connected to an air pump.
Specifically, a tray 9 is sleeved on the guide post 82 between the driving air bag 81 and the massage component 4, and a limiting member 7 for limiting the rotation of the tray 9 around the guide post 82 is arranged between the tray 9 and the guide post 82. Wherein, the tray 9 is used for separating the driving air bag 81 from the massage component 4 and is used for avoiding the massage component 4 from wearing the driving air bag 81 in the massage process, and the limiting component 7 is used for limiting the rotation of the tray 9, thereby reducing the friction force between the tray 9 and the air bag and protecting the air bag.
More specifically: in the present embodiment, the limiting member 7 includes: a chassis 71 fixed on the main support 3 by screws, a hollow column 72 provided on the chassis 71 for the tray 9 to be sleeved, a plurality of protrusions 73 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the hollow column 72 and having the same extension direction as the axis of the hollow column 72, and a plurality of slide grooves 74 provided on the tray 9 for sliding assembly with the protrusions 73; the guide post 82 is coaxially arranged with the hollow post 72, and the driving air bag 81 is sleeved on the hollow post 72.
When the protrusions 73 are slidably assembled with the slide grooves 74, the tray 9 can only move along the extension direction of the hollow column 72, but cannot rotate around the hollow column 72, so that the tray 9 and the airbag are relatively stationary in diameter to reduce the friction between the tray 9 and the airbag. Moreover, the tray 9 has the advantage of convenient installation by adopting the assembly mode of the bulge 73 and the sliding groove 74.
In other embodiments, the projections 73 are provided on the tray 9 and the runners 74 are provided on the hollow posts 72.
Specifically, a ring groove 91 is arranged on the tray 9, a plurality of balls 92 partially protruding out of the surface of the tray 9 are arranged in the ring groove 91, and the massage component 4 is in rolling contact with the plurality of balls 92. The balls 92 serve to reduce friction between the massage assembly 4 and the tray 9 for better massage by the massage assembly 4.
In the present embodiment, the massage assembly 4 comprises: a massage bracket 41, a plurality of central shafts 42 arranged on the massage bracket 41, and a massage head 43 arranged on the central shafts 42 and capable of rotating around the central shafts 42.
More specifically, in the present embodiment, the massage bracket 41 is cylindrical, the massage bracket 41 is sleeved with the hollow column 72, the massage bracket 41 is sleeved with the guide column 82, two central shafts 42 are provided, each central shaft 42 is provided with one massage head 43, and the massage heads 43 are symmetrically arranged with respect to the axis of the massage bracket 41. In other embodiments, 3 or 4 massage heads 43 may be provided.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, four balls 92 are provided, a disk is provided on the massage bracket 41, four recesses 411 for respectively receiving a part of the balls 92 are provided on the disk, and the four recesses 411 are symmetrically provided with respect to the axis of the guide post 82. The function of the recess 411 is to make the tray 9 stably roll in abutment with the balls 92. In this embodiment, the circular plate includes two semicircular plates, and two notches 411 are formed on one semicircular plate. In the present embodiment, the balls 92 are steel balls.
In other embodiments, the driving assembly 8 may use a screw structure of the screw principle to drive the massage assembly 4 to move up and down.
In this embodiment, the power source on the main stand 1 includes: the motor and the gear reduction group, the last gear of the gear reduction group's pivot and guide pillar 82 fixed connection to make guide pillar 82 rotate and set up on main support 1, also adopt protruding 73 and the assembly mode of spout 74 to make massage subassembly 4 and guide pillar 82 rotate with the step-by-step between massage support 41 and guide pillar 82, thereby make massage subassembly 4 can also rotate at the lift in-process, so that massage the human neck more effectively.
The embodiment also provides a manufacturing method of the multifunctional nursing equipment, which comprises the following steps: acquiring an outer air bag 1, and forming a first opening on one side of the outer air bag 1; acquiring an inner air bag 2, and forming a second opening on the inner air bag 2; placing the inner air bag 2 in the outer air bag 1, and sealing and assembling at the first opening and the second opening; obtaining an air bag connecting piece 5, and hermetically assembling the air bag connecting piece 5 with the outer air bag 1 and the inner air bag 2 at the first opening and the second opening; obtaining a main support 3 provided with a power source, a massage component 4, a driving component 8 and a mounting support 6, putting the main support 3 into the inner air bag 2 and detachably connecting the mounting support 6 with the air bag connecting piece 5.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the outer airbag 1 and the inner airbag 2 are sealed by thermocompression bonding at the first opening and the second opening, and in other embodiments, the outer airbag and the inner airbag may be sealed by gluing or by gluing and thermocompression bonding.
More specifically, after the outer gas bag 1 and the inner gas bag 2 are thermally pressed, the gas bag connecting piece 5 is fixed at the joint of the first opening and the second opening in an adhesive manner, and the gas bag connecting piece 5 has sealing and protecting effects on the joint of the first opening and the second opening.
Through the manufacturing method, the multifunctional nursing equipment has the advantages of simple assembly process, convenience in maintenance and high production efficiency.

Claims (10)

1. A multi-purpose care device, comprising:
the massage device comprises an outer air bag (1) which is U-shaped as a whole and can be inflated and deflated, a power source, a main support (3) and a plurality of massage components (4) arranged on the main support (3);
a first opening is arranged at the inner side of the outer air bag (1);
an inner air bag (2) with a second opening is arranged in the outer air bag (1);
the inner air bag (2) and the outer air bag (1) are hermetically assembled at the first opening and the second opening;
the main bracket (3) is arranged in the inner air bag (2);
the main support (3) is also provided with a driving component (8) for driving the massage component (4) to be arranged in the inner air bag (2) or outside the inner air bag (2).
2. A multi-functional care apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein: the outer air bag (1) and the inner air bag (2) are hermetically assembled at the first opening and the second opening through an air bag connecting piece (5).
3. A multi-functional care apparatus as defined in claim 2, characterized in that: the main support (3) also comprises a plurality of mounting supports (6) which are detachably connected with the air bag connecting pieces (5).
4. A multi-functional care apparatus as recited in claim 3, wherein: the axis cross-section of installing support (6) is the U type, the holding chamber has on installing support (6), drive assembly (8) with massage assembly (4) all can be acceptd the holding intracavity.

The multifunctional nursing device as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the power source includes: an air pump; the drive assembly (8) comprises: a guide post (82) and a driving air bag (81); the guide posts (82) are arranged on the main support (3), the massage assembly (4) is sleeved on the guide posts (82), the driving air bag (81) is sleeved on the guide posts (82) and is positioned between the main support (3) and the massage assembly (4), and an air nozzle of the driving air bag (81) is communicated with the air pump through an air pipe; one end of the guide post (82) far away from the driving air bag (81) is provided with a convex part (83) protruding outwards in the radial direction, a resetting piece (84) is sleeved on the guide post (82), one end of the resetting piece (84) is abutted to the massage component (4), and the other end of the resetting piece (84) is abutted to the convex part (83).

The multifunctional nursing device as claimed in claim 5, wherein: a tray (9) is sleeved on the guide post (82) between the driving air bag (81) and the massage component (4), and a limiting piece (7) for limiting the tray (9) to rotate around the guide post (82) is arranged between the tray (9) and the guide post (82).

obtaining an air bag connecting piece (5), and hermetically assembling the air bag connecting piece (5) with the outer air bag (1) and the inner air bag (2) at the first opening and the second opening;
the method comprises the steps of obtaining a main support (3) provided with a power source, a massage component (4), a driving component (8) and a mounting support (6), putting the main support (3) into an inner air bag (2) and enabling the mounting support (6) to be detachably connected with an air bag connecting piece (5).
10. The manufacturing method according to claim 9, characterized in that: the outer air bag (1) and the inner air bag (2) are hermetically assembled at the first opening and the second opening in a hot pressing and/or gluing mode.
