Abstract
一种PU鞋面料的制造方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将PU树脂与石墨烯按2‑6:100‑500的比例搅拌均匀,得到PU树脂与石墨烯的表层混合料;(2)处理模具,在模具上喷模具离型剂,对模具进行处理,(3)将步骤(1)得到的PU树脂与石墨烯的表层混合料灌注到模具上;(4)将灌注混合料的模具放在真空箱内抽真空,去掉PU树脂中的气泡;(5)刮模,(6)清模,进一步将模具上多余的混合料清理干净;(7)将送入步骤(6)中清理后的模具,放入烘箱进行烘烤,直至表层干燥,出烘箱;上述带有混合料的基布裁切成鞋面形状,得到带有PU树脂与石墨烯的透气鞋面。其制备简单,立体效果好、具有透气性良好且表面平整光亮。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及鞋面料的制造方法,尤其涉及一种PU鞋面料的制造方法。
背景技术
在传统的制鞋行业中,通常在运动鞋的鞋面上采用油墨印刷工艺,油墨印刷的图案为平面图案,不具有支撑和保护功能,只能起装饰作用,且图案不具备立体感。
现有的鞋面上的立体图案的加工方法主要有两种:一种是通过热熔粘贴,将制作好的鞋面立体图案通过热熔后粘贴到鞋面面层或者是通过车缝的方式将制作好的图案车缝在鞋面层布料上,此种方法制作工艺比较复杂,生产的效率低并影响到整个鞋面外观的美感,现有的鞋面的透气性不好。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种PU鞋面料的制造方法,其制备简单,立体效果好、具有透气性良好且表面平整光亮。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体方案为:
一种PU鞋面料的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将PU树脂与石墨烯按2-6:100-500的比例搅拌均匀,得到PU树脂与石墨烯的表层混合料;
(2)处理模具,在模具上喷模具离型剂,对模具进行处理,将模具加温到40-60℃;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的PU树脂与石墨烯的表层混合料灌注到模具上;
(4)将灌注混合料的模具放在真空箱内抽真空,去掉PU树脂中的气泡;抽真空的时间为30-35秒 ;
(5)刮模,将模具上多余的混合料清理干净;模具经过烤箱加热,PU 半成品成型,模具经过烤箱的时间为60-65秒,烤箱的温度为120-125℃;
(6)清模,进一步将模具上多余的混合料清理干净;
(7)将送入步骤(6)中清理后的模具,放入烘箱进行烘烤,直至表层干燥,出烘箱;上述带有混合料的基布裁切成鞋面形状,得到带有PU树脂与石墨烯的透气鞋面。
进一步,所述离型剂为玻璃纸。
进一步,在步骤(7)中,将所述PU鞋面料半成品放在烤箱里烘烤2-3h,烤箱的温度为45-60℃。
本发明的有益效果为:
加入石墨烯使得本发明鞋面立体效果非感好,给人们不一样的视觉感受,同时,石墨烯设于鞋面上,透气效果较好,本发明采用特殊工艺手段及方法使得石墨烯与PU树脂层能牢固的结合在一起,不易脱落。

以下通过具体实施例进一步描述本发明,但本发明不仅仅限于以下实施例。在本发明的范围内或者在不脱离本发明的内容、精神和范围内,对本发明进行的变更、组合或替换,对于本领域的技术人员来说是显而易见的,且包含在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1:一种PU鞋面料的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将PU树脂与石墨烯按3:200的比例搅拌均匀,得到PU树脂与石墨烯的表层混合料;
(2)处理模具,在模具上喷模具离型剂,对模具进行处理,将模具加温到40℃;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的PU树脂与石墨烯的表层混合料灌注到模具上;
(4)将灌注混合料的模具放在真空箱内抽真空,去掉PU树脂中的气泡;抽真空的时间为30秒 ;
(5)刮模,将模具上多余的混合料清理干净;模具经过烤箱加热,PU半成品成型,模具经过烤箱的时间为60秒,烤箱的温度为120℃;
(6)清模,进一步将模具上多余的混合料清理干净;
(7)将送入步骤(6)中清理后的模具,放入烘箱进行烘烤,直至表层干燥,出烘箱;上述带有混合料的基布裁切成鞋面形状,得到带有PU树脂与石墨烯的透气鞋面。
所述离型剂为玻璃纸。
在步骤(7)中,将所述PU鞋面料半成品放在烤箱里烘烤2h,烤箱的温度为45℃。
实施例2:一种PU鞋面料的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将PU树脂与石墨烯按5:300的比例搅拌均匀,得到PU树脂与石墨烯的表层混合料;
(2)处理模具,在模具上喷模具离型剂,对模具进行处理,将模具加温到50℃;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的PU树脂与石墨烯的表层混合料灌注到模具上;
(4)将灌注混合料的模具放在真空箱内抽真空,去掉PU树脂中的气泡;抽真空的时间为33秒 ;
(5)刮模,将模具上多余的混合料清理干净;模具经过烤箱加热,PU 半成品成型,模具经过烤箱的时间为63秒,烤箱的温度为123℃;
(6)清模,进一步将模具上多余的混合料清理干净;
(7)将送入步骤(6)中清理后的模具,放入烘箱进行烘烤,直至表层干燥,出烘箱;上述带有混合料的基布裁切成鞋面形状,得到带有PU树脂与石墨烯的透气鞋面。
在步骤(7)中,将所述PU鞋面料半成品放在烤箱里烘烤2.5h,烤箱的温度为50℃。
实施例3:一种PU鞋面料的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将PU树脂与石墨烯按6:500的比例搅拌均匀,得到PU树脂与石墨烯的表层混合料;
(2)处理模具,在模具上喷模具离型剂,对模具进行处理,将模具加温到60℃;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的PU树脂与石墨烯的表层混合料灌注到模具上;
(4)将灌注混合料的模具放在真空箱内抽真空,去掉PU树脂中的气泡;抽真空的时间为35秒 ;
(5)刮模,将模具上多余的混合料清理干净;模具经过烤箱加热,PU半成品成型,模具经过烤箱的时间为65秒,烤箱的温度为125℃;
(6)清模,进一步将模具上多余的混合料清理干净;
(7)将送入步骤(6)中清理后的模具,放入烘箱进行烘烤,直至表层干燥,出烘箱;上述带有混合料的基布裁切成鞋面形状,得到带有PU树脂与石墨烯的透气鞋面。
在步骤(7)中,将所述PU鞋面料半成品放在烤箱里烘烤3h,烤箱的温度为60℃。

Claims (3)
1.一种PU鞋面料的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将PU树脂与石墨烯按2-6:100-500的比例搅拌均匀,得到PU树脂与石墨烯的表层混合料;
(2)处理模具,在模具上喷模具离型剂,对模具进行处理,将模具加温到40-60℃;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的PU树脂与石墨烯的表层混合料灌注到模具上;
(4)将灌注混合料的模具放在真空箱内抽真空,去掉PU树脂中的气泡;抽真空的时间为30-35秒 ;
(5)刮模,将模具上多余的混合料清理干净;模具经过烤箱加热,PU 半成品成型,模具经过烤箱的时间为60-65秒,烤箱的温度为120-125℃;
(6)清模,进一步将模具上多余的混合料清理干净;
(7)将送入步骤(6)中清理后的模具,放入烘箱进行烘烤,直至表层干燥,出烘箱;上述带有混合料的基布裁切成鞋面形状,得到带有PU树脂与石墨烯的透气鞋面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PU鞋面料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述离型剂为玻璃纸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PU鞋面料的制造方法,其特征在于:在步骤(7)中,将所述PU鞋面料半成品放在烤箱里烘烤2-3h,烤箱的温度为45-60℃。
