The conveyer belt constantly moves, can make the fodder intermittent type nature in the feeder hopper flow out, just so need not the staff and constantly adds the fodder in the feeder hopper, can make the operation more convenient.
The rotating motor drives the longitudinal rotating rod to rotate, the first bevel gear rotates, the second bevel gear rotates along with the first bevel gear, the second bevel gear drives the right belt pulley to rotate through the first rotating rod, the right belt pulley drives the left belt pulley to rotate through the flat belt, the left belt pulley can enable the transverse rotating rod and the left conveying wheel to rotate, and finally the conveying belt can move. The swing baffle can drive dredge rod up-and-down motion through the connecting rod when rotating, and the feed in the feeder hopper can be mixd in the dredge rod up-and-down motion, prevents that the feed in the feeder hopper from caking and blockking up the export of feeder hopper bottom.
When more feed is blocked on the screen plate, a worker can take the hook and the knocking rod down from the fixing ring, and the knocking rod is used for knocking the screen plate, so that the feed blocked on the screen plate can be shaken down. And after the screen plate is dredged, the knocking rod is put back to the original position.
The beneficial effects are that: according to the invention, through arranging the conveying wheel and the conveying belt, the conveying wheel can be rotated by rotating the rotating handle by a worker, so that the conveying belt can move, the feed can be conveyed onto the screen plate by the movement of the conveying belt, and the feed on the screen plate can uniformly fall onto a henhouse to feed chickens. The conveyer belt 10 constantly moves, so that the feed in the feed hopper 4 intermittently flows out, the feed is not required to be continuously added into the feed hopper 4 by a worker, and the operation is more convenient.
When the rotating motor 11 drives the longitudinal rotating rod 12 to rotate, the first bevel gear 25 can be rotated, the second bevel gear 28 rotates along with the first bevel gear, the second bevel gear 28 drives the right belt pulley 30 to rotate through the first rotating rod 29, the right belt pulley 30 drives the left belt pulley 30 to rotate through the flat belt 31, the left belt pulley 30 can enable the transverse rotating rod 8 and the left conveying wheel 9 to rotate, and finally the conveying belt 10 can move. Swing baffle 19 can drive dredging rod 34 up-and-down motion through connecting rod 35 when rotating, and dredging rod 34 up-and-down motion can stir the fodder in feeder hopper 4, prevents that the fodder caking in feeder hopper 4 from blockking up feeder hopper 4 bottom export.
When more feed is blocked on the mesh plate 14, a worker can remove the hook 37 and the knocking rod 38 from the fixing ring 36, and knock the mesh plate 14 by using the knocking rod 38, so that the feed blocked on the mesh plate 14 can be shaken off. After the mesh plate 14 is dredged, the knocking rod 38 is put back to the original position.
