In a further embodiment, in order to improve the accuracy of fingerprint identification and further improve the safety and convenience of the blind user in withdrawing money, the money withdrawing control device further comprises a preprocessing module.
The preprocessing module is used for preprocessing the user fingerprint information, and the preprocessing comprises one or more of segmentation, drying and filtering.
Fig. 6 shows a structure of an acquisition module 501 in a withdrawal control apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and for convenience of description, only the parts related to the embodiment of the present invention are shown, and detailed descriptions are as follows:

In this embodiment of the present invention, the obtaining module 501 includes a first determining unit 601 and an obtaining unit 602.
The first determining unit 601 is configured to determine, from the identity information database, user identity information corresponding to the user fingerprint information when the user fingerprint information passes authentication with fingerprint information in the fingerprint information database.
The obtaining unit 602 is configured to obtain preset withdrawal information of the user according to the user identity information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the user fingerprint information passes authentication with the fingerprint information in the fingerprint information database, the first determining unit 601 determines the user identity information corresponding to the user fingerprint information from the identity information database, and the obtaining unit 602 obtains the preset withdrawal information of the user according to the user identity information, thereby further improving the safety and convenience of withdrawal for blind users.

The establishing and storing module 701 is configured to establish and store an association relationship between fingerprint information retained by a user and preset withdrawal information. The embodiment of the invention can improve the efficiency of rapid withdrawal.
In a further embodiment, in order to further improve the security and convenience of the blind user for withdrawing money, as shown in fig. 7, the obtaining module 502 includes a second determining unit 702 and a third determining unit 703.
The second determining unit 702 is configured to determine fingerprint information retained by the user, which is consistent with the user fingerprint information.
The third determining unit 703 is configured to determine preset withdrawal information corresponding to the fingerprint information retained by the user according to the association relationship.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the second determining unit 702 determines the fingerprint information retained by the user and consistent with the fingerprint information of the user, and the third determining unit 703 determines the preset withdrawal information corresponding to the fingerprint information retained by the user according to the association relationship, so that the efficiency of fast withdrawing money can be improved, and the safety and convenience of withdrawing money for blind users can be further improved.
In a further embodiment, in order to further improve the flexibility and safety of the blind user in withdrawing money, the withdrawal control device further comprises a first modification module and/or a second modification module.
The first modification module is used for modifying the preset withdrawal information according to a modification instruction.
And the second modification module is used for modifying the fingerprint information retained by the user according to the modification instruction.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first modification module modifies the preset withdrawal information according to the modification instruction, and/or the second modification module modifies the fingerprint information retained by the user according to the modification instruction, so that the flexibility, the safety and the convenience of withdrawal of the blind user are further improved.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the withdrawal control apparatus further includes a first prompting module 801 and/or a second prompting module 802.
The first prompting module 801 outputs first prompting information through voice when the user is detected through the image device, wherein the first prompting information is used for prompting the user to carefully perform fingerprint identification.
The second prompt module 802 outputs a second prompt message through voice when the user is detected by the image device, and the second prompt message is used for prompting the direction of the fingerprint collection module.
In a further embodiment, in order to further improve the safety and convenience of the blind user for withdrawing money, as shown in fig. 8, the withdrawal control apparatus further includes a third prompting module 801 and/or a fourth prompting module 802.
The third prompt module 803 is configured to output a third prompt message through voice, where the third prompt message is used to prompt the user to check the withdrawal after a first preset time interval.
The fourth prompting module 804 is configured to output fourth prompting information through voice, where the fourth prompting information is used to prompt a user to listen to an account balance after a second preset time interval.
The withdrawal control apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention may include one of the first prompting module 801 to the fourth prompting module 804, or may include a plurality of modules or all of the first prompting module 801 to the fourth prompting module 804, which may specifically refer to the description of the above embodiment and will not be described in detail here.

An abort problem code for which identity information acquisition fails; or
The user finger leaves the suspension problem code of the fingerprint acquisition module; or
An unauthorized abort problem code; or
A suspension problem code with insufficient balance; or
And the stop problem code when the withdrawal amount of the current day exceeds the withdrawal amount of the preset day.
In a further embodiment, in order to further improve the safety and convenience of the blind user in withdrawing money, the money withdrawing control device further comprises a fifth prompting module.
And the fifth prompt module is used for outputting fifth prompt information through voice according to the termination problem code, and the fifth prompt information is used for prompting the user to terminate the withdrawal process.
In the embodiment of the invention, the withdrawal stopping module stops the current withdrawal process according to the stopping problem code, the fifth prompting module outputs fifth prompting information through voice according to the stopping problem code, and the fifth prompting information is used for prompting a user to stop the withdrawal process, so that the safety and the convenience of the withdrawal of the blind user can be further improved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides computer equipment which comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the withdrawal control method is realized when the processor executes the computer program.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program for executing the withdrawal control method is stored in the computer-readable storage medium.
In summary, in the embodiments of the present invention, the fingerprint acquisition module acquires the user fingerprint information, and acquires the preset withdrawal information of the user according to the user fingerprint information, where the preset withdrawal information includes a preset bank account and a preset withdrawal amount, and the cardless withdrawal service is controlled to be completed according to the preset withdrawal information. 1. A withdrawal control method, comprising:
collecting user fingerprint information through a fingerprint collecting module;
acquiring preset withdrawal information of a user according to the fingerprint information of the user, wherein the preset withdrawal information comprises a preset bank account and a preset withdrawal amount; presetting withdrawal amount as the preset withdrawal amount in a bank system;
and controlling to finish the card-free withdrawal business according to the preset withdrawal information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the preset withdrawal information of the user according to the user fingerprint information comprises:
when the user fingerprint information passes the authentication with the fingerprint information in the fingerprint information database, determining user identity information corresponding to the user fingerprint information from the identity information database;
and acquiring preset withdrawal information of the user according to the identity information of the user.
3. The method of claim 1, before obtaining the preset withdrawal information of the user according to the fingerprint information of the user, further comprising:
and establishing and storing an association relation between the fingerprint information retained by the user and the preset withdrawal information.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the obtaining the preset withdrawal information of the user according to the user fingerprint information comprises:
determining fingerprint information kept by the user and consistent with the fingerprint information of the user;
and determining preset withdrawal information corresponding to the fingerprint information retained by the user according to the association relation.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein before collecting the user fingerprint information via the fingerprint collection module, further comprising:
outputting first prompt information through voice when a user is detected through the image equipment, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting the user to take caution to carry out fingerprint identification; and/or
And outputting second prompt information through voice when the user is detected through the image equipment, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting the direction of the fingerprint acquisition module.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
ending the current withdrawal process according to an abort question code, the abort question code comprising any of:
a suspension problem code for which fingerprint information authentication fails; or
An abort problem code for which identity information acquisition fails; or
The user finger leaves the suspension problem code of the fingerprint acquisition module; or
An unauthorized abort problem code; or
A suspension problem code with insufficient balance; or
And the stop problem code when the withdrawal amount of the current day exceeds the withdrawal amount of the preset day.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after acquiring the preset withdrawal information of the user according to the user fingerprint information:
outputting third prompt information through voice, wherein the third prompt information is used for prompting a user to check withdrawal after a first preset time interval; and/or
After completing the card-free withdrawal service according to the preset withdrawal information, the method further comprises the following steps:
and outputting fourth prompt information through voice, wherein the fourth prompt information is used for prompting the user to listen to the account balance after a second preset time interval.
8. A withdrawal control apparatus, comprising:
the fingerprint acquisition module is used for acquiring user fingerprint information;
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring preset withdrawal information of a user according to user fingerprint information, and the preset withdrawal information comprises a preset bank account and a preset withdrawal amount; presetting withdrawal amount as the preset withdrawal amount in a bank system;
