本发明公开了一种绿色环保柔软剂及其制备方法;绿色环保柔软剂包括以下重量份数的原料:氨基硅油18‑22份、菜油酸甲酯10‑14份、月桂酰肌氨酸钠6‑10份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯4‑8份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺4‑6份、椰油胺聚氧乙烯醚2‑4份;本发明使用氨基硅油、菜油酸甲酯、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、乙撑双硬脂酰胺和椰油胺聚氧乙烯醚为原料,是一种绿色环保的柔软剂,在水体中易降解,可以赋予织物更柔软、滑爽的手感,穿上时更加舒适,而且还可以提高织物的抗静电性、抗菌性和亲水性;制备工艺简单,易于实现工业化生产,值得推广。

本发明涉及一种柔软剂,具体是一种绿色环保柔软剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着科技发展与生活水平提高,人们对衣服要求不断提高,因此纺织助剂不断发展,柔软剂是一类能改变纤维的静、动摩擦系数的纺织助剂,当改变静摩擦系数时,手感触摸有平滑感,易于在纤维或织物上移动;当改变动摩擦系数时,纤维与纤维之间的微细结构易于相互移动,也就是纤维或者织物易于变形,使衣服更加柔软舒适。
目前随着环保意识的提高,各行各业均朝着绿色环保方向前进,纺织行业作为主要污染行业之一,厂家为实现绿色生产纷纷开始寻找和使用绿色环保的助剂,为消费者需要提供安全有效的产品,因此提供一种绿色环保的柔软剂是纺织制品企业要实现绿色生产的必要途径之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种绿色环保柔软剂及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种绿色环保柔软剂,包括以下重量份数的原料:氨基硅油18-22份、菜油酸甲酯10-14份、月桂酰肌氨酸钠6-10份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯4-8份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺4-6份、椰油胺聚氧乙烯醚2-4份;
所述氨基硅油的氨值为0.4-0.6。
作为本发明进一步的方案:包括以下重量份数的原料:氨基硅油19-21份、菜油酸甲酯11-13份、月桂酰肌氨酸钠7-9份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯5-7份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺4.5-5.5份、椰油胺聚氧乙烯醚2.5-3.5份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:包括以下重量份数的原料:氨基硅油20份、菜油酸甲酯12份、月桂酰肌氨酸钠8份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯6份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺5份、椰油胺聚氧乙烯醚3份。
一种绿色环保柔软剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取氨基硅油加入搅拌釜,搅拌速度200-300rpm,加热至150-160℃,加入乙撑双硬脂酰胺,保温搅拌1-2h;
(2)将步骤(1)所得物降温至73-77℃,加入三乙醇胺硼酸酯和椰油胺聚氧乙烯醚,在400-600rpm搅拌速度下保温40-60min;
(3)向菜油酸甲酯加入其重量0.4-0.6倍去离子水中,加热至65-75℃,加入月桂酰肌氨酸钠,在350-450rpm搅拌速度下保温20-40min;
(4)将步骤(3)所得物加入步骤(2)中,保温搅拌10-20min,静置冷却后得柔软剂。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤(1)中搅拌速度为250rpm,搅拌温度为155℃,搅拌1.5h。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤(2)中降温至75℃,在500rpm搅拌速度下保温50min。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤(3)中加入菜油酸甲酯重量0.5倍的去离子水,加热至70℃,加入月桂酰肌氨酸钠,在400rpm搅拌速度下保温30min。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤(4)中保温搅拌15min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:使用氨基硅油、菜油酸甲酯、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、乙撑双硬脂酰胺和椰油胺聚氧乙烯醚为原料,是一种绿色环保的柔软剂,在水体中易降解,可以赋予织物更柔软、滑爽的手感,穿上时更加舒适,而且还可以提高织物的抗静电性、抗菌性和亲水性;制备工艺简单,易于实现工业化生产,值得推广。

所述氨基硅油的氨值为0.4。
一种绿色环保柔软剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取氨基硅油加入搅拌釜,搅拌速度200rpm,加热至150℃,加入乙撑双硬脂酰胺,保温搅拌1h;
(2)将步骤(1)所得物降温至73℃,加入三乙醇胺硼酸酯和椰油胺聚氧乙烯醚,在400rpm搅拌速度下保温40min;
(3)向菜油酸甲酯加入其重量0.4倍去离子水中,加热至65℃,加入月桂酰肌氨酸钠,在350rpm搅拌速度下保温20min;
(4)将步骤(3)所得物加入步骤(2)中,保温搅拌10min,静置冷却后得柔软剂。

所述氨基硅油的氨值为0.5。
一种绿色环保柔软剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取氨基硅油加入搅拌釜,搅拌速度220rpm,加热至152℃,加入乙撑双硬脂酰胺,保温搅拌1.2h;
(2)将步骤(1)所得物降温至74℃,加入三乙醇胺硼酸酯和椰油胺聚氧乙烯醚,在450rpm搅拌速度下保温45min;
(3)向菜油酸甲酯加入其重量0.5倍去离子水中,加热至67℃,加入月桂酰肌氨酸钠,在370rpm搅拌速度下保温25min;
(4)将步骤(3)所得物加入步骤(2)中,保温搅拌12min,静置冷却后得柔软剂。
实施例3
一种绿色环保柔软剂,包括以下重量份数的原料:氨基硅油20份、菜油酸甲酯12份、月桂酰肌氨酸钠8份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯6份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺5份、椰油胺聚氧乙烯醚3份;
所述氨基硅油的氨值为0.5。

(1)称取氨基硅油加入搅拌釜,搅拌速度250rpm,加热至155℃,加入乙撑双硬脂酰胺,保温搅拌1.5h;

所述氨基硅油的氨值为0.5。
一种绿色环保柔软剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取氨基硅油加入搅拌釜,搅拌速度270rpm,加热至157℃,加入乙撑双硬脂酰胺,保温搅拌1.7h;
(2)将步骤(1)所得物降温至76℃,加入三乙醇胺硼酸酯和椰油胺聚氧乙烯醚,在550rpm搅拌速度下保温55min;
(3)向菜油酸甲酯加入其重量0.5倍去离子水中,加热至72℃,加入月桂酰肌氨酸钠,在420rpm搅拌速度下保温35min;
(4)将步骤(3)所得物加入步骤(2)中,保温搅拌17min,静置冷却后得柔软剂。
实施例5
一种绿色环保柔软剂,包括以下重量份数的原料:氨基硅油22份、菜油酸甲酯14份、月桂酰肌氨酸钠10份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯8份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺6份、椰油胺聚氧乙烯醚4份;
所述氨基硅油的氨值为0.6。
一种绿色环保柔软剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取氨基硅油加入搅拌釜,搅拌速度300rpm,加热至160℃,加入乙撑双硬脂酰胺,保温搅拌2h;
(2)将步骤(1)所得物降温至77℃,加入三乙醇胺硼酸酯和椰油胺聚氧乙烯醚,在600rpm搅拌速度下保温60min;
(3)向菜油酸甲酯加入其重量0.6倍去离子水中,加热至75℃,加入月桂酰肌氨酸钠,在450rpm搅拌速度下保温40min;
(4)将步骤(3)所得物加入步骤(2)中,保温搅拌20min,静置冷却后得柔软剂。

除原料中不含有菜油酸甲酯外,其他制备工艺与实施例3一致。

除原料中不含有椰油胺聚氧乙烯醚外,其他制备工艺与实施例3一致。

原料与实施例3一致,制备时将所有原料依次加入氨基硅油,在450rpm搅拌速度下75℃保温搅拌2h,静置冷却后的柔软剂。

以传化TF-445软片为对比例5。
实验例1
对实施例1-5和对比例1-5制备的柔软剂分别处理同款棉质毛巾,分别通过10名专业人员进行触摸测试,1分为柔软度最差,10分为柔软度最好,根据打分结果取平均值,测试结果见表1。

(2)将步骤(1)所得物降温至73-77℃,加入三乙醇胺硼酸酯和椰油胺聚氧乙烯醚,在400-600rpm搅拌速度下保温40-60min;
