本发明涉及一种防水涂料领域,尤其是一种成型非固化橡胶沥青防水卷材,底层为隔离膜,在隔离膜上方由下至上依次铺设有非固化涂料层、自粘沥青层和面膜;所述自粘沥青层中部设置有夹心层,夹心层上方的自粘沥青层和面膜粘接附着,夹心层下方的自粘沥青层和非固化涂料层粘接附着;所述夹心层采用交叉层压膜;所述隔离膜采用PE隔离膜;所述面膜采用铝箔。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水涂料领域,尤其是一种成型非固化橡胶沥青防水卷材。
背景技术
防水卷材和防水涂料是建筑工程中的一项重要屏障,对于建筑防水起到至关重要的作用。
目前,针对非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料的施工方式是热熔后采用刮涂或者喷涂方式进行施工的。在现有施工过程中,非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料的厚度是由人工根据经验进行控制的,因此,其施工工艺不但效率较低,也极易出现薄厚不均的误差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构合理,可采用冷施工方式,直接进行粘接的一种成型非固化橡胶沥青防水卷材。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种成型非固化橡胶沥青防水卷材,其特征在于:底层为隔离膜,在隔离膜上方由下至上依次铺设有非固化涂料层、自粘沥青层和面膜。
而且,所述自粘沥青层中部设置有夹心层,夹心层上方的自粘沥青层和面膜粘接附着,夹心层下方的自粘沥青层和非固化涂料层粘接附着。
而且,所述夹心层采用交叉层压膜。
而且,所述隔离膜采用PE隔离膜。
而且,所述面膜采用铝箔。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
本发明中,隔离膜在施工过程中可去除,从而使得卷材与基面直接满粘,其上方铺设的非固化涂料层用于取代现有技术中刮涂和喷涂的方式,有效提高施工的速度,交叉压膜层作为夹心层粘结在两层自粘沥青层之间,实现了在卷材两面自粘的稳定性,由此保证了对防水施工的适应性,同时因其采用双面自粘设计,具有优良的物理粘接性能,面层采用铝箔用于反射阳光,可有效避免阳光直射対自粘沥青层造成的影响,延长使用寿命。

下面结合实施例,对本发明进一步说明,下述实施例是说明性的,不是限定性的,不能以下述实施例来限定本发明的保护范围。
一种成型非固化橡胶沥青防水卷材,本发明的创新在于,底层为隔离膜5,在隔离膜上方由下至上依次铺设有非固化涂料层4、自粘沥青层和面膜1。
本实施例中,所述自粘沥青层中部设置有夹心层3,夹心层上方的自粘沥青层2和面膜粘接附着,夹心层下方的自粘沥青层和非固化涂料层粘接附着。
本实施例中,所述夹心层采用交叉层压膜。
本实施例中,所述隔离膜采用PE隔离膜。
本实施例中,所述面膜采用铝箔。
本发明的使用过程:
本发明使用时,操作人员只需将隔离膜去除,将非固话橡胶沥青防水层和建筑的基面直接接触满粘即可完成铺设。

1.一种成型非固化橡胶沥青防水卷材,其特征在于:底层为隔离膜,在隔离膜上方由下至上依次铺设有非固化涂料层、自粘沥青层和面膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种成型非固化橡胶沥青防水卷材,其特征在于:所述自粘沥青层中部设置有夹心层,夹心层上方的自粘沥青层和面膜粘接附着,夹心层下方的自粘沥青层和非固化涂料层粘接附着。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种成型非固化橡胶沥青防水卷材,其特征在于:所述夹心层采用交叉层压膜。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种成型非固化橡胶沥青防水卷材,其特征在于:所述隔离膜采用PE隔离膜。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种成型非固化橡胶沥青防水卷材,其特征在于:所述面膜采用铝箔。
