Abstract
本发明公开了一种缓解体力疲劳的西洋参饮品制备方法,其特征是以西洋参、人参为原料制成双参液,再加入以山药、灵芝、黄芪、枸杞、百合、莲子、酸枣、龙眼、茶叶、核桃、大麦、榛子、栗子、松子、香菇为原料制得的中药提取液,再加入以桑椹为原料制得的桑椹汁液,再经混和、发酵、过滤、浓缩、脱气、灌装封口、灭菌、包装工艺步骤制成。本发明以中医理论为指导,采用了比传统配方特别的组分,利用西洋参等药食原料确定的配方科学,其组分互为补充、相得益彰,共凑缓解体力疲劳之功效,又共同起到营养搭配与调味作用,所采用的比传统方法特别的制备工艺,制备出一种营养保留完善,效果更好,口感好的具有缓解体力疲劳功效的饮品。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种缓解体力疲劳的西洋参饮品制备方法。
背景技术
疲劳是机体超限而引起的功能降低并出现机体不适的状态,主要表现为疲劳困倦,出现头晕、健忘、睡眠质量下降等伴随症状。疲劳的产生与能源物质消耗、代谢产物堆积、内环境稳定性失调、自由基影响等因素关系密切。对于现代人来说,工作压力以及学习压力的增大,很多人会有疲劳的情况出现,疲劳是现代人紧张生活状态的一个真实反映,可称得上是一种现代文明病,其发病人数在全世界范围内正逐年增加,尤其是工业发达国家的情况更为严重,美国疾控中心称之为21世纪人类健康的主要问题之一。
人体在劳累情况下出现疲劳症状,本身是一种正常的生理性保护反应,也是一种病前信号,提示机体应进入保护性休息状态,以避免进一步伤害身体。然而,很多人在感到疲劳以后,并未引起真正足够重视,特别是一些年轻人、身体素质较好的人,往往认为累一累没关系,挺一挺就过去了。的确是一般性的疲劳挺一下,至多再休息几天也能恢复,偶尔为之,人体自身确实能调节过去,但如果经常超负荷地劳作,久而久之,日积月累,必将逐步地损伤身体,在机体失去代偿后,往往情况就会比较复杂和严重,既可表现出慢性疲劳症状,也可能突然爆发出某一种疾病。现在许多慢性疑难疾病的病因,或多或少与疲劳有一定的关系,因此要引起人们的注意。近年来有关具有抗疲劳保健功效的产品有不少报道,也开发出不少具有缓解体力疲劳功能作用的产品,但是对于以饮品剂型食用方式抗疲劳、增强自身体质、有效缓解体力疲劳的功能性食品还不多见,为了病前调养和病后治疗,以增强免疫力、减少各种疾病的发病率和有效缓解体力疲劳,因此研发缓解体力疲劳的功能性食品很有必要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种缓解体力疲劳的西洋参饮品制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
一种缓解体力疲劳的西洋参饮品制备方法,其特征是以西洋参、人参为原料制成双参液,再加入以山药、灵芝、黄芪、枸杞、百合、莲子、酸枣、龙眼、茶叶、核桃、大麦、榛子、栗子、松子、香菇为原料制得的中药提取液,再加入以桑椹为原料制得的桑椹汁液,再经混和、发酵、过滤、浓缩、脱气、灌装封口、灭菌、包装工艺步骤制成,其组分的重量百分比为:双参液30-50%、中药提取液20-40%、桑椹汁液10-30%。
所述的双参液是以西洋参、人参为原料,经绞碎、磨浆后的浆液放入反应釜中加水5~7倍,加入0.1%~0.5%木质素降解酶,加热至47℃恒温搅拌1小时后再加热至65℃,恒温搅拌2~3小时后升温至90℃灭酶,再采用30目纱布将灭酶后的浆液进行过滤,再经均质工艺制成,各组分的重量百分比为:鲜西洋参45-65%、鲜人参35-55%。
所述的西洋参、人参原料均采以新鲜原料,将其清洗除去泥沙、杂物。
所述的绞碎是用组织捣碎机进行绞碎。
所述的加水磨浆是将绞碎后的西洋参、人参送入胶体磨中,加净化水至原料的2~5倍进行磨浆。
所述的均质是将灭酶的浆液进行均质处理,使其颗粒进一步细微化,通过超高压均质机使浆液在压力为100-120mpa、温度为50-65℃条件下进行均质2次,使其浆液细化到纳米级液体。
所述的中药提取液是以山药、灵芝、黄芪、枸杞、百合、莲子、酸枣、龙眼、茶叶、核桃、大麦、榛子、栗子、松子、香菇为原料,将其清洗后投入到多功能提取罐中,煎煮2次,第一次加4-8倍量水,加热煎煮1-2小时,第二次加3-5倍的水,加热煎煮1-2小时,分次过滤、合并制得,其组分的重量百分比为:山药10-20%、灵芝10-20%、黄芪10-20%、枸杞5-15%、百合5-15%、莲子5-15%、酸枣5-15%、龙眼5-10%、茶叶1-5%、核桃5-15%、大麦5-15%、榛子5-15%、栗子5-10%、松子5-10%、香菇5-10%。
所述的山药、灵芝、黄芪、枸杞、百合、莲子、酸枣、龙眼、茶叶、核桃、大麦、榛子、栗子、松子、香菇原料为采收的成熟的干制药食原料。
所述的清洗是用流动水漂洗,去除赃物杂质。
所述的桑椹汁液是以熟鲜桑椹辅以熟鲜葡萄为原料,经清洗、绞碎、榨汁、过滤除渣制得,其组分的重量百分比为:熟鲜桑椹50-70%、熟鲜葡萄30-50%。
所述的发酵是将混和后的液体送入发酵罐加入浆料重量1-3%的乳酸菌,在37-45℃下发酵4-8小时制成。
所述的浓缩是采用水煮方法浓缩至比重为1.1-1.3。
所述的脱气是将浓缩浆液转入离心脱气真空罐中进行,真空度为70~80千帕,温度为50℃~90℃。

所采用的西洋参属补气类中药材,现代西医学认为里面的有效成分对人体神经活动有兴奋作用,所以就说他有抗疲劳的作用,心气虚,肾气虚等用西洋参都是可以的,故西洋参对心血不足,心阳虚,阳痿都有一定的作用,对抗疲劳是比较有利的,因为它可以帮助提高身体的免疫能力,其中的一些有效成分,可以对人体神经活动有兴奋的作用, 所以很多时候,当你长期的觉得身心疲劳的时候,可以尝试这些滋补保健身体的方法,正确的利用西洋参。
所采用的人参味甘微苦、性平微温,归脾、肺经、心经,具有大补元气、复脉固脱、补脾益肺、生津止渴、安神益智之功。人体实验证明:人参抗疲劳作用的机制可能与其升高血脂和促进蛋白质、RNA合成有关,研究表明人参皂甙Rg1的抗疲劳作用显著,分离出人参皂甙后剩下的亲脂成分,亦能增加小鼠自发运动,显示抗疲劳作用。
所采用的山药具有健脾、除湿、补气、益肺、固肾的功效,其含有的纤维食用后会产生饱胀感,含有的重要营养成分薯蓣皂,是合成女性荷尔蒙的先驱物质,同时含可起到降血脂、调理肠胃、减少皮下组织的堆积的作用。

所采用的龙眼性温味甘,益心脾、补气血,具有良好有滋养补益、益智宁心、安神定志的功效,可用于心脾虚损、气血不足所致的失眠、健忘、惊悸、眩晕等症。
所采用的茶叶就是指用茶树的叶子加工而成,可以用开水直接泡饮的一种饮品,茶叶含儿茶素、胆甾烯酮、咖啡碱、肌醇、叶酸、泛酸等成分,可以增进人体健康。
所采用的核桃仁味甘性温,归肾、肺、大肠经。具有补肾、温肺、润肠之功。常用于腰膝酸软、阳痿遗精、虚寒喘嗽、大便秘结。
所采用的大麦芽性凉、味甘、咸,归脾、胃经;具有益气宽中、消渴除热、并且有回乳的功效;对滋补虚劳、强脉益肤、充实五脏、消化谷食、止泻、宽肠利水、小便淋痛、消化不良、饱闷腹胀有明显疗效。

所采用的松子性平,味甘。具有补肾益气、养血润肠、滑肠通便、润肺止咳等作用。
所采用的香菇“益气不饥,治风破血和益胃助食”。民间用来助减少痘疮、 麻疹的诱发,治头痛、头晕。现代研究证明,香菇多糖可调节人体内有免疫功能的T细胞活性,可降低甲基胆蒽诱发 肿瘤的能力。香菇对 癌细胞有强烈的 抑制作用,对 小白鼠肉瘤180的抑制率为97.5%,对艾氏癌的抑制率为80%。香菇还含有 双链核糖核酸,能诱导产生干扰素,具有抗病毒能力。
所采用的桑椹又名桑果,被称为圣果,既可入食又可入药,中医认为桑葚味甘酸,性微寒,入心、肝、肾经,为滋补强壮、养心益智佳果,具有补血滋阴、生津止渴、润肠燥等功效,主治阴血不足而致的头晕目眩耳鸣、心悸、烦躁失眠、腰膝酸软、须发早白、消渴、口干、大便干结等症。

2、本发明所采用的降解工艺与30目纱布过滤、均质结合的工艺较完善保留了营养成分,且易于人体吸收,所采用的生物发酵技术又增加了产品的保健作用,所制备的口服饮品含有丰富的有益微生物,具有保持胃肠道菌群平衡,提高机体免疫力的功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1
采收鲜人参、鲜西洋参,将其清洗除去泥沙、杂物,备用;
采收成熟干制的山药、紫芝、黄芪、枸杞、百合、莲子、酸枣、龙眼、茶叶、核桃、大麦、榛子、栗子、松子、香菇,备用;
采收熟鲜桑椹、葡萄为原料,备用;
称取上述鲜人参、鲜西洋参,按照鲜西洋参61%、鲜人参49%的组分重量比,用组织捣碎机进行绞碎,再送入胶体磨中加净化水至原料的4倍进行磨浆,再放入反应釜中加水7倍,加入0.2%木质素降解酶,加热至47℃恒温搅拌1小时后再加热至65℃,恒温搅拌3小时后升温至90℃灭酶,再采用30目纱布将灭酶后的浆液进行过滤,再将上述浆液进行均质处理,使其颗粒进一步细微化,通过超高压均质机使浆液在压力为120mpa、温度为50℃条件下进行均质2次,使其浆液细化到纳米级液体的双参液,备用;
称取采收的上述山药、紫芝、黄芪、枸杞、百合、莲子、酸枣、龙眼、茶叶、核桃、大麦、榛子、栗子、松子、香菇,按照山药10-20%、紫芝10-20%、黄芪10-20%、枸杞5-15%、百合5-15%、莲子5-15%、酸枣5-15%、龙眼5-10%、茶叶1-5%、核桃5-15%、大麦5-15%、榛子5-15%、栗子5-10%、松子5-10%、香菇5-10%的组分重量比,用流动水漂洗,去除赃物杂质,将其清洗后投入到多功能提取罐中,煎煮2次,第一次加6倍量水,加热煎煮2小时,第二次加3倍的水,加热煎煮1小时,分次过滤、合并制得中药提取液,备用;

称取上述制成的双参液41公斤,中药提取液35公斤,桑椹汁液24公斤,经混和后送入发酵罐加入浆料重量2%的乳酸菌,在37-45℃下发酵4-8小时,再经过滤后浓缩至比重为1.2,再转入离心脱气真空罐中,在真空度为80千帕,温度为70℃条件下进行脱气,再经灌装封口、灭菌、包装制成本发明西洋参饮品。
实施例2
采收鲜人参、鲜西洋参,将其清洗除去泥沙、杂物,备用;
采收成熟干制的山药、紫芝、黄芪、枸杞、百合、莲子、酸枣、龙眼、茶叶、核桃、大麦、榛子、栗子、松子、香菇,备用;
采收熟鲜桑椹、葡萄为原料,备用;
称取上述鲜人参、鲜西洋参,按照鲜西洋参65%、鲜人参35%的组分重量比,用组织捣碎机进行绞碎,再送入胶体磨中加净化水至原料的4倍进行磨浆,再放入反应釜中加水7倍,加入0.2%木质素降解酶,加热至47℃恒温搅拌1小时后再加热至65℃,恒温搅拌3小时后升温至90℃灭酶,再采用30目纱布将灭酶后的浆液进行过滤,再将上述浆液进行均质处理,使其颗粒进一步细微化,通过超高压均质机使浆液在压力为120mpa、温度为65℃条件下进行均质2次,使其浆液细化到纳米级液体的双参液,备用;
称取采收的上述山药、紫芝、黄芪、枸杞、百合、莲子、酸枣、龙眼、茶叶、核桃、大麦、榛子、栗子、松子、香菇,按照山药10-20%、紫芝10-20%、黄芪10-20%、枸杞5-15%、百合5-15%、莲子5-15%、酸枣5-15%、龙眼5-10%、茶叶1-5%、核桃5-15%、大麦5-15%、榛子5-15%、栗子5-10%、松子5-10%、香菇5-10%的组分重量比,用流动水漂洗,去除赃物杂质,将其清洗后投入到多功能提取罐中,煎煮2次,第一次加6倍量水,加热煎煮2小时,第二次加3倍的水,加热煎煮1小时,分次过滤、合并制得中药提取液,备用;
称取上述的熟鲜桑椹和熟鲜葡萄为原料,按照熟鲜桑椹70%、熟鲜葡萄30%的组分重量比,经清洗、绞碎、榨汁、过滤除渣制得桑椹汁液,备用;
称取上述制成的双参液50公斤,中药提取液30公斤,桑椹汁液20公斤,经混和后送入发酵罐加入浆料重量2%的乳酸菌,在37-45℃下发酵4-8小时,再经过滤后浓缩至比重为1.2,再转入离心脱气真空罐中,在真空度为80千帕,温度为70℃条件下进行脱气,再经灌装封口、灭菌、包装制成本发明西洋参饮品。
实施例3
采收鲜人参、鲜西洋参,将其清洗除去泥沙、杂物,备用;

称取上述的熟鲜桑椹和熟鲜葡萄为原料,按照熟鲜桑椹50-70%、熟鲜葡萄30-50%的组分重量比,经清洗、绞碎、榨汁、过滤除渣制得桑椹汁液,备用;
称取上述制成的双参液81公斤,中药提取液68公斤,桑椹汁液51公斤,经混和后送入发酵罐加入浆料重量2%的乳酸菌,在37-45℃下发酵8小时,再经过滤后浓缩至比重为1.2,再转入离心脱气真空罐中,在真空度为80千帕,温度为70℃条件下进行脱气,再进一步采用真空浓缩、真空干燥等工艺加工成具有缓解体力疲劳的西洋参固体饮品。
Claims (5)
1.一种缓解体力疲劳的西洋参饮品制备方法,其特征是以西洋参、人参为原料制成双参液,再加入以山药、灵芝、黄芪、枸杞、百合、莲子、酸枣、龙眼、茶叶、核桃、大麦、榛子、栗子、松子、香菇为原料制得的中药提取液,再加入以桑椹为原料制得的桑椹汁液,再经混和、发酵、过滤、浓缩、脱气、灌装封口、灭菌、包装工艺步骤制成,其组分的重量百分比为:双参液30-50%、中药提取液20-40%、桑椹汁液10-30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓解体力疲劳的西洋参饮品制备方法,其特征在于所述的双参液是以西洋参、人参为原料,经绞碎、磨浆后的浆液放入反应釜中加水5~7倍,加入0.1%~0.5%木质素降解酶,加热至47℃恒温搅拌1小时后再加热至65℃,恒温搅拌2~3小时后升温至90℃灭酶,再采用30目纱布将灭酶后的浆液进行过滤,再经均质工艺制成,各组分的重量百分比为:鲜西洋参45-65%、鲜人参35-55%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓解体力疲劳的西洋参饮品制备方法,其特征在于所述的均质是将灭酶的浆液进行均质处理,使其颗粒进一步细微化,通过超高压均质机使浆液在压力为100-120mpa、温度为50-65℃条件下进行均质2次,使其浆液细化到纳米级液体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓解体力疲劳的西洋参饮品制备方法,其特征在于所述的中药提取液是以山药、灵芝、黄芪、枸杞、百合、莲子、酸枣、龙眼、茶叶、核桃、大麦、榛子、栗子、松子、香菇为原料,将其清洗后投入到多功能提取罐中,煎煮2次,第一次加4-8倍量水,加热煎煮1-2小时,第二次加3-5倍的水,加热煎煮1-2小时,分次过滤、合并制得,其组分的重量百分比为:山药10-20%、灵芝10-20%、黄芪10-20%、枸杞5-15%、百合5-15%、莲子5-15%、酸枣5-15%、龙眼5-10%、茶叶1-5%、核桃5-15%、大麦5-15%、榛子5-15%、栗子5-10%、松子5-10%、香菇5-10%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓解体力疲劳的西洋参饮品制备方法,其特征在于所述的发酵是将混和后的液体送入发酵罐加入浆料重量1-3%的乳酸菌,在37-45℃下发酵4-8小时。
