Abstract
The invention provides a mineral salt-containing disinfection spray which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-5 parts of guanidine disinfectant, 0.5-5 parts of auxiliary bactericide and 0.01-2 parts of mineral salt. The disinfection spray is colorless and tasteless, has no stimulation, can be matched with essence to form a product with required smell, effectively kills pathogenic bacteria such as escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and the like, achieves the disinfection technical specification level, and has high repeatability. The disinfection spray does not contain ethanol, does not cause object damage and secondary pollution due to dissolving of some substances dissolved in organic liquid on the surface of an object, and does not cause damage to skin.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of daily chemical articles, in particular to a mineral salt-containing disinfection spray.
Background
With the decrease of modern air quality, the air contains more bacteria, such as pathogenic bacteria like escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and the like, and people live in unhealthy environments for a long time, so that a lot of adverse effects are generated, and various diseases are caused. Air is generally sterilized by a sterile spray.
Most of the existing cleaning agents or disinfectants in the market at present are synthesized by chemical agents, so that certain harm is caused to human bodies after long-time use, but the problems cannot be solved fundamentally by common cleaning agents, the problems can be relieved only by means of smell covering, and the disinfectants generally have pungent smell and are not beneficial to human health. The current commercially available disinfection sprays for the surfaces of common objects have sterilization performance which does not reach or cannot always reach the disinfection level required by the disinfection specification, and contain ethanol, which may cause certain damage or injury to the surfaces of the objects or the skin surfaces. Therefore, the search for a healthy non-irritating disinfecting spray is an urgent problem to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a mineral salt-containing disinfection spray, which is a water-based spray formula and adopts non-toxic raw materials without ethanol. Can be applied to the surface of common objects, and also can be applied to human skin (excluding mucosa, wound, etc.) such as hand sterilization and cleaning for children.
In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a mineral salt-containing disinfection spray comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-5 parts of guanidine disinfectant, 0.5-5 parts of auxiliary bactericide and 0.01-2 parts of mineral salt.
Preferably, the guanidine disinfectant is polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride or polyaminopropyl biguanide.
More preferably, the guanidine disinfectant is polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride.
Preferably, the auxiliary bactericide is one or any combination of phenoxyethanol, cetylpyridinium chloride, cetrimide and lauroyl arginine ethyl ester.
More preferably, the auxiliary bactericide is a combination of cetylpyridinium chloride and phenoxyethanol.
Preferably, the mineral salt is one or any combination of deep well salt, sea salt, lake salt and rock salt.
More preferably, the mineral salt is a deep well salt.
Preferably, the disinfection spray comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5 parts of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, 0.5 part of cetylpyridinium chloride, 3 parts of phenoxyethanol, 1 part of cetrimide, 0.5 part of lauroyl arginine ethyl ester and 2 parts of deep well salt.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the mineral salt adopted by the invention has the advantages of low cost, cleaning and disinfecting, anti-inflammation and bacteriostasis effects, skin care effect, certain treatment and improvement effects on common dermatitis, and daily chemical products containing the mineral salt are more and more favored by consumers.
Detailed Description
In order to more concisely and clearly demonstrate technical solutions, objects and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to specific embodiments.
Table 1: EXAMPLES 1-10 Disinfection spray formulations
The sprays of examples 1 to 10 were evaluated for efficacy, and the bactericidal effect was examined, according to the regulations of GB 15979-; the results are shown in Table 2, wherein a certain brand of disinfecting spray sold in China is used as a comparative example, and deionized water is used as a blank example. The standard specifies that the killing log value of the blank case is 0, so the blank case is not described in the table.
Table 2: EXAMPLES 1 to 10 Disinfection spray Sterilization Effect
As can be seen from Table 2, examples 1-10 all had a strong bactericidal effect, a strong inhibitory effect against the pathogenic bacteria Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, and a better bactericidal effect than the comparative examples. In examples 1-5, the guanidine disinfectant in examples 2-5 is polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, which has better bactericidal effect than the polyaminopropyl biguanide in example 1, and examples 4 and 5 have better bactericidal effect than examples 1-3, because the mineral salts selected in examples 4 and 5 are deep well salts; the sterilization effects of the examples 1 to 5 are not as good as those of the examples 6 to 10, because the auxiliary bactericides are all single bactericides, and the examples 6 to 10 all adopt composite auxiliary bactericides, wherein the combination of cetylpyridinium chloride and phenoxyethanol has the best sterilization effect; therefore, the best combination obtained by the invention is polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, cetylpyridinium chloride, phenoxyethanol and deep well salt, and simultaneously cetroronium chloride and lauroyl arginine ethyl ester are added, the sterilization effect is the best like the formula of the embodiment 10, so the embodiment 10 is the best embodiment of the invention.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
