the bracket comprises a bottom plate 1 and a vertical plate 2 fixedly connected to the left end of the bottom plate 1; the sewage tank 3 is fixedly connected to the right side of the top end of the vertical plate 201 through a first connecting rod 201, the liquid medicine tank 4 is fixedly connected to the right side of the sewage tank 3 through a third connecting rod 304, a medicine supplementing opening 401 is formed in the top of the liquid medicine tank 4, the bottom of the liquid medicine tank 4 is communicated with the middle of the sewage tank 3 through a medicine discharging pipe 402, and a valve is arranged on the medicine discharging pipe 402 and used for adjusting the medicine discharging flow rate;
the piston cavity 5 is arranged below the sewage tank 3, a necking structure with a small upper part and a large lower part is arranged at the top of the piston cavity 5, and the small end is communicated with the sewage tank 3 through a sewer pipe 303; the piston cavity 3 is also provided with a piston plate 501; the top surface of the piston plate 501 is connected with a fourth connecting rod 502, and the fourth connecting rod 502 penetrates through the sewer pipe 303 to extend into the sewage tank 3 and is connected with a plugging end 503;

wherein, the top of the sewage tank 3 is connected with a water inlet pipe 301 for receiving domestic sewage; the sewage tank 3 is also provided with a liquid level alarm 302 for reminding the change of the water level in the sewage tank 3; the piston cavity 5 is fixedly connected with the vertical plate 202 through a second connecting rod 202, so that the stability is improved;
the bottom plate 1 is fixedly connected with the supporting plate 101 corresponding to the first rotating shaft 602, and the first rotating shaft 602 penetrates through and is in transmission connection with the supporting plate 101, so that the rotating stability is ensured;
the blocking end 503 is further connected with a blocking plate 505 through a fifth connecting rod 504, and the blocking plate 505 moves up and down to open or block the outlet of the medicine feeding pipe 402, so that the liquid medicine is delayed to flow into the sewage tank 3, and the frequent liquid supplement is avoided.

the left side of the purification box 8 is also provided with a gear box 7, the right end of a first rotating shaft 602 extends into the gear box 7 and is connected with a first gear 701, the first gear 701 is meshed with a second gear 702, the second gear 702 is connected with a second rotating shaft 703, the second rotating shaft 703 extends into the purification box 8 and is provided with a first bevel gear 704, the first bevel gear 704 is vertically meshed with a second bevel gear 13, the second bevel gear 13 is arranged on a vertical third rotating shaft 10, the third rotating shaft 10 is provided with a shaft sleeve 11, and the shaft sleeve 11 is connected with the inner wall of the purification box 8 through a seventh connecting rod 12; a third bevel gear 14 is arranged at the top end of the third rotating shaft 10, a fourth bevel gear 15 is vertically meshed with the third bevel gear 14, the fourth bevel gear 15 is arranged on a fourth rotating shaft 16, the fourth rotating shaft 16 is positioned below the first filter screen 9, and two ends of the fourth rotating shaft are rotatably connected with the inner wall of the purifying box 8; a cam 17 is arranged on the fourth rotating shaft 16, and the cam 17 impacts the first filter screen 9 along with the rotation of the fourth rotating shaft 16; the bottom end of the third rotating shaft 10 is provided with a fifth bevel gear 19, the fifth bevel gear 19 is vertically meshed with a sixth bevel gear 20, the sixth bevel gear 20 is arranged on a fifth rotating shaft 21, the fifth rotating shaft 21 is positioned above the second filter screen 24, and two ends of the fifth rotating shaft 21 are rotatably connected with the inner wall of the purifying box 8; the cam is installed on the fifth rotating shaft 21, and the cam impacts the second filter screen 24 along with the rotation of the fifth rotating shaft 21, so that the first filter screen 9 and the second filter screen 24 vibrate continuously to avoid blockage, and large-particle impurities to be filtered are moved to the dirt cleaning pipe 28 to be cleaned regularly.
Wherein, the third rotating shaft 10 is also provided with a stirring rod 18 which can fully mix and react the sewage and the liquid medicine and improve the purification effect.
The transmission ratio of the first gear 701 to the second gear 702 is 1:2 or 1: and 3, increasing the stirring speed.
It should be noted that the control method of the above-mentioned electric control element is the prior art, and is explained here in order to avoid redundancy.

Claims (8)

1. A multi-layer filtering type purifying device suitable for treating sewage is characterized by comprising a bracket, a sewage tank (3), a liquid medicine tank (4), a piston cavity (5) and a purifying tank (8);
the support comprises a bottom plate (1) and a vertical plate (2) fixedly connected to the left end of the bottom plate (1); the sewage tank (3) is fixedly connected to the right side of the top end of the vertical plate (2) through a first connecting rod (201), the medicine water tank (4) is fixedly connected to the right side of the sewage tank (3) through a third connecting rod (304), a medicine supplementing opening (401) is formed in the top of the medicine water tank (4), the bottom of the medicine water tank (4) is communicated with the middle of the sewage tank (3) through a medicine discharging pipe (402), and a valve is arranged on the medicine discharging pipe (402);
the piston cavity (5) is arranged below the sewage tank (3), a necking structure with a small upper part and a large lower part is arranged at the top of the piston cavity (5), and the small end is communicated with the sewage tank (3) through a sewer pipe (303); the piston cavity (5) is also provided with a piston plate (501); the top surface of the piston plate (501) is connected with a fourth connecting rod (502), and the fourth connecting rod (502) penetrates through the sewer pipe (303) to extend into the sewage tank (3) and is connected with a plugging end head (503);
the left end of the bottom plate (1) is connected with a servo motor (6) through a motor base (601), the output end of the servo motor (6) extends rightwards and is connected with a first rotating shaft (602), a crank (603) is arranged on the first rotating shaft (602), a sleeve (604) is sleeved on the crank (603), the sleeve (604) is upwards connected with a sixth connecting rod (605), and the sixth connecting rod (605) extends into the piston cavity (5) and is hinged with the piston plate (501);
the purification box (8) is arranged at the right end of the bottom plate (1), and the top of the piston cavity (5) is communicated with the top of the purification box (8) through a liquid guide pipe (506); a first filter screen (9) is arranged at the upper part of the purification box (8), and a second filter screen (24) is arranged at the lower part of the purification box; the bottom of the purification box (8) is connected with a liquid discharge pipe (26), and a valve is arranged on the liquid discharge pipe (26);
the crank throw (603) rotates, the piston plate (501) is driven to move up and down through the six-number connecting rod (605), the plugging end head (503) is driven to move up and down through the four-number connecting rod (502), and an inlet of the downcomer (303) is opened or plugged;
the blocking end head (503) is further connected with a blocking plate (505) through a fifth connecting rod (504), and the blocking plate (505) moves up and down to open or block the outlet of the medicine feeding pipe (402).

The multi-layer filtering type purifying apparatus for treating sewage according to claim 1, wherein the top of the sewage tank (3) is connected with a water inlet pipe (301); the sewage tank (3) is also provided with a liquid level alarm (302); the piston cavity (5) is fixedly connected with the vertical plate (2) through a second connecting rod (202).

The multi-layer filtering type purifying equipment for treating sewage according to claim 2, wherein the bottom plate (1) is provided with a support plate (101) corresponding to the first rotating shaft (602), and the first rotating shaft (602) penetrates through and is in transmission connection with the support plate (101).

The multi-layer filtering type purifying apparatus for treating sewage according to claim 3, wherein the outer diameter of the four-number connecting rod (502) is smaller than the inner diameter of the downcomer (303); the plugging end head (503) is made of elastic materials, and the outer diameter of the plugging end head is 0.2 mm-0.5 mm larger than the inner diameter of the downcomer (303).

The multi-layer filtering type purifying equipment suitable for treating sewage as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first filter screen (9) and the second filter screen (24) are hinged at the left side wall of the purifying box (8) at the left end and are inclined downwards at the right end; the first filter screen (9) is connected with the top of the purifying box (8) through a pull rope (27), and a spring (23) is arranged between the second filter screen (24) and the bottom plate (1) of the purifying box (8); the right side of the purifying box (8) corresponds to the first filter screen (9) and the second filter screen (24) and is further connected with a sewage cleaning pipe (28), and a cover body (29) is arranged at the outer end of the sewage cleaning pipe (28).

The multi-layer filtering type purification equipment suitable for sewage treatment according to claim 5, wherein a gear box (7) is further arranged on the left side of the purification box (8), the right end of a first rotating shaft (602) extends into the gear box (7) and is connected with a first gear (701), the first gear (701) is meshed with a second gear (702), the second gear (702) is connected with a second rotating shaft (703), the second rotating shaft (703) extends into the purification box (8) and is provided with a first bevel gear (704), the first bevel gear (704) is vertically meshed with a second bevel gear (13), the second bevel gear (13) is arranged on a vertical third rotating shaft (10), a shaft sleeve (11) is arranged on the third rotating shaft (10), and the shaft sleeve (11) is connected with the inner wall of the purification box (8) through a seventh connecting rod (12); a third bevel gear (14) is arranged at the top end of the third rotating shaft (10), a fourth bevel gear (15) is vertically meshed with the third bevel gear (14), the fourth bevel gear (15) is arranged on the fourth rotating shaft (16), the fourth rotating shaft (16) is positioned below the first filter screen (9), and two ends of the fourth rotating shaft are rotatably connected with the inner wall of the purifying box (8); a cam (17) is arranged on the fourth rotating shaft (16), and the cam (17) impacts the first filter screen (9) along with the rotation of the fourth rotating shaft (16); a fifth bevel gear (19) is arranged at the bottom end of the third rotating shaft (10), a sixth bevel gear (20) is vertically meshed with the fifth bevel gear (19), the sixth bevel gear (20) is arranged on a fifth rotating shaft (21), the fifth rotating shaft (21) is positioned above the second filter screen (24), and two ends of the fifth rotating shaft are rotatably connected with the inner wall of the purifying box (8); and a cam (17) is arranged on the fifth rotating shaft (21), and the cam (17) impacts the second filter screen (24) along with the rotation of the fifth rotating shaft (21).
7. The multi-layer filtering type purifying equipment for treating sewage as claimed in claim 6, wherein the third rotating shaft (10) is further provided with a stirring rod (18).
8. The multi-layer filtering type purifying apparatus for treating sewage according to claim 7, wherein the gear ratio of the first gear (701) and the second gear (702) is 1:2 or 1: 3.
