背景技术
孕妇怀孕期间需经常对胎儿状况进行监测,医院内进行的胎动检测所使用的仪器复杂,且只能在产检是进行监测,无法让孕妇带回家随时自测。孕妇主观数胎动,方法简单,但计数出的胎动孕妇主观性较强,且孕检手册上要求,每天需要数三次胎动,每次一小时,这对孕妇来说也是一件耗时耗力的过程。现有的多普勒胎心监护仪,该设备多为手持式的,具有微小的辐射量,每次使用的时间医生建议在2到3分钟,在听胎心的变化时是有效的,但对于需要监测长达1小时的胎动来说,该设备将不再适用。所以,现在需要一种新的胎儿监测设备。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明的胎动及宫缩监测带可以在孕妇的非产检期间实时监测胎儿的状况,可减轻孕妇人工数胎动的负担,减少了计数误差且其穿戴方便,便于孕妇在各种环境中使用。本发明的胎动及宫缩监测带长度方便调节,使不同使用者或同一使用者不同时期均能方便使用。本发明各个部件布置紧凑,安装方便,佩戴舒适。本发明结构简单,使用方便,具有很好的应用前景。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
应当理解,本文所使用的诸如“具有”、“包含”以及“包括”术语并不排除一个或多个其它元件或其组合的存在或添加。
参照图1-3,本实施例的一种胎动及宫缩监测带,包括带子本体1及设置于带子本体1内的传感器5;带子本体1包括依次设置的外层挡片2、内层挡片3及底层带体4;
其中,参照图1和图10,底层带体4上设置有用于固定安装传感器5的安装块7,安装块7上开设有用于卡设传感器的卡槽70,卡槽70两侧的内壁上设置有第一弧形弹片71,内层挡片3贴压在传感器5表面两侧,外层挡片2贴压在内层挡片3上。
参照图2-6,在一种实施例中,内层挡片3通过魔术贴6与底层带体4表面连接,方便内层挡片3与底层带体4之间的固定连接;内层挡片3的底面开设有用于容纳传感器5两端的定位槽30。内层挡片3的底面设置有多个定位块31,定位块31内开始有定位孔32,底层带体4的表面设置有多个用于配合***定位孔32中的定位柱44;定位孔32为锥形孔,定位柱44为用于配合***定位孔32内的锥形柱体。
安装时,将传感器5卡入底层带体4上的安装块7上的卡槽70内,传感器5挤压卡槽70两侧的内壁上的弧形弹片71,并突破弧形弹片71卡入底部,形弹片71卡在传感器5上方,实现传感器5的固定。然后将两内层挡片3安装在片装的传感器5两端,传感器5两端卡设在内层挡片3底面的定位槽30内;以将传感器5安装在底层带体4上,且使底层带体4表面的定位柱44配合***内层挡片3底面设置的定位块31上的定位孔32内,以保证传感器5安装位置的准确,内层挡片3与底层带体4之间可通过魔术贴粘贴连接;最后将外层挡片2贴附在内层挡片3上,完成安装。外层挡片2与内层挡片3之间也可通过魔术贴粘贴连接。使用时,将胎动及宫缩监测带佩戴在孕妇腰部即可。其中,锥形柱体状的定位柱44与锥形定位孔32配合,便于***和定位。
在一种实施例中,底层带体4的两端分别设置有相互配合连接的粘贴子扣40和粘贴母扣41。粘贴子扣40和粘贴母扣41一上一下设置在底层带体4的两端,方便穿戴固定。
在一种实施例中,底层带体4上设置有口袋42,底层带体4上还开始有导线通孔43,设置在口袋42中的采集器的连接导线穿过导线通孔43与传感器5连接。电源放置于口袋42中。孕妇佩戴上该胎动及宫缩监测带后,传感器5对胎儿进行实时监测,采集器采集并存储传感器5的监测数据,还能对监测数据进行分析,形成监测结果,并通过有线或无线方式对外输出监测结果。
参照图7-9,在一种实施例中,底层带体4包括第一带体45、设置于第一带体45一端的连接块46、可伸缩插设在连接块46上开设的插孔460内的连接插片47及与连接插片47另一端连接的第二带体48。
具体的,其中,连接块46内开设有底部与插孔460连通的安装槽461,安装槽461内设置有锁紧件49,锁紧件49包括与安装槽461的内壁连接的支柱490、旋转连接于支柱490上的横板491、连接于横板491一端表面的压块492、连接于横板491另一端底面的锁紧块493、连接于锁紧块493与安装槽461的内壁之间的第二弧形弹片494,连接块46上开设有与安装槽461连通的供压块492上端伸出的开孔495。锁紧块493的底部设置有锁紧柱496,连接插片上开设有多个供所述锁紧柱496***的锁紧孔471。插孔460的底部开设有未贯通至外部的滑槽462,连接插片47的伸入插孔460内的一端的底部连接有卡块470。
在使用过程中需要调节底层带体4长度时,先向下按压压块492,使该端的横板491下压,另一端的横板491则上翘,挤压第一弧形弹片71494,锁紧块493脱离连接插片47上的锁紧孔471向上运动收入安装槽461内,锁紧块493上的锁紧柱496从锁紧孔471中拔出对连接插片47的锁紧解除,然后将连接插片47左右移动,以缩短或伸长底层带体4的总长度,调节好后,松开压块492,第二弧形弹片494的弹力作用将锁紧块493下压,锁紧块493上的锁紧柱496***连接插片47上的锁紧孔471内,对连接插片47进行锁紧,使调节后的底层带体4长度保持固定。
其中,连接插片47在插孔460中左右移动时,卡块470在滑槽462内左右滑动,且由于滑槽462外端(图中右端)未贯通至外部,使卡块470不会从滑槽462中滑出,从而保证连接插片47不会从插孔460中完全拔出,能防止佩戴时底层带体4从该处断开成两段。更进一步的,在另一种实施例中,连接插片47和插孔460的内壁之间还连接有保护弹簧463,一方面防止连接插片47完全脱离插孔460,另一方面通过提供预紧力还能提高连接插片47与锁紧块493之间的连接稳定性和牢固性。
在一种实施例中,底层带体4和外层挡片2的表面均设置有亲肤涂层,亲肤涂层通过喷涂亲肤涂料后再经干燥得到,亲肤涂料包括以下重量份的原料:

其中,水凝胶水润且柔韧,还具有优异的耐屈挠性和耐蠕变性能;天然乳胶具有高弹性、粘接时成膜性能良好、胶膜富于柔韧性等特点,容易形成胶膜。水凝胶和天然乳胶复配使用,容易在底层带体4和外层挡片2的表面均形成柔韧、性能稳定的亲肤涂层。
其中,竹炭粉具有较好的吸附能力,能消除异味、吸湿防霉、抑菌驱虫。竹炭粉的添加,使亲肤层具有很好的去湿性能,保持干爽。薰衣草粉的添加使亲肤层具有芳香的气味,还具有嫩肤效果。白芷粉具有消毒功效,且具有温和不刺激的性能。艾草粉具有净化肌肤和安神定神的功效。竹炭粉、薰衣草粉、白芷粉和艾草粉相互混合使用,能产生协同效应,使最终制得的亲肤层干爽舒适、气味芳香,且具有很好的消毒安神作用,保证佩戴者的舒适度和健康。且竹炭粉、薰衣草粉、白芷粉和艾草粉可直接添加,也可先提取其中的有用成分后再添加,如:将竹炭粉、薰衣草粉、白芷粉和艾草粉通过煎煮、过滤、沉淀、浓缩将其制成混合物,从而提取其中的有用成分,再添加到原料中。
其中,纳米氧化锌抗氧化能力强、抗菌抑菌作用强,且能促进各原料均匀混合,提高制得的亲肤涂层的表面光滑性。
其中,槐糖脂抗菌活性较强,还具有很好的分散、润滑功效,且对皮肤无刺激;壳聚糖具有很好的抑菌和吸湿性能。橄榄油能促进各个组分的均匀混合;蓖麻油具有很好的抗菌性能、润滑性能和分散性能,蓖麻油的加入使亲肤涂料具有很好的抗菌性,还能促进各个组分的均匀混合;芦荟油具有抗菌抗过敏、镇痛、滋润皮肤等功效;桉树精油具有很好的杀菌、抗菌作用,还可以平缓波动的情绪。槐糖脂、壳聚糖、橄榄油、蓖麻油、芦荟油和桉树精油复配使用能达到协同增强的效果,使制得的亲肤涂层具有很好的抗菌抑菌性能和亲肤性能,且能润滑肌肤,提高该胎动及宫缩监测带佩戴的舒适度。
其中,粘结剂可选用天然粘结剂,如卡拉胶、黄原胶、瓜尔豆胶、琼脂、明胶、魔芋胶等。上述的粘结剂无毒无害,且具有很好的粘结性能和稳定性。也可以选用其他无毒无害的常用粘结剂。溶剂选用水或医用乙醇。
本发明通过将上述各原料复配使用,使制得的亲肤涂层具有优异的抗菌抑菌和润肤亲肤性能,且柔软舒适,能提高佩戴的舒适度,且能保证健康。
以下还提供一种亲肤涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取竹炭粉、薰衣草粉、白芷粉和艾草粉的混合物投入提取罐中,加入去离子水,在70-100℃下煎煮1-5小时,过滤后将滤液移入沉淀罐,静置后提取上清液,将上清液浓缩得到混合物A;
2)取水凝胶、天然乳胶、纳米氧化锌粉、槐糖脂、壳聚糖、橄榄油、蓖麻油、芦荟油和桉树精油、粘结剂、交联剂、去离子水,加入到反应釜中,加热并进行机械搅拌至混合均匀,得到混合物B;
3)将混合物B和混合物A混合,在40-100℃下搅拌2-7小时,冷却后得到亲肤涂料。
将制得的亲肤涂料喷涂在底层带体4和外层挡片2的表面均,再经干燥后得到亲肤涂层。
以下还提供亲肤涂料的具体实施例,以对本发明做进一步说明。
底层带体4和外层挡片2的表面均设置有亲肤涂层,亲肤涂层通过喷涂亲肤涂料后再经干燥得到,亲肤涂料包括以下重量份的原料:
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。
Claims (10)
1.一种胎动及宫缩监测带,其特征在于,包括带子本体及设置于所述带子本体内的传感器;
所述带子本体包括依次设置的外层挡片、内层挡片及底层带体;
其中,所述底层带体上设置有用于固定安装所述传感器的安装块,所述安装块上开设有用于卡设所述传感器的卡槽,所述卡槽两侧的内壁上设置有第一弧形弹片,所述内层挡片贴压在所述传感器表面两侧,所述外层挡片贴压在所述内层挡片上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胎动及宫缩监测带,其特征在于,所述内层挡片通过魔术贴与所述底层带体表面连接,且所述内层挡片的底面中部开设有用于容纳所述传感器两端的定位槽,所述底层带体的两端分别设置有相互配合连接的粘贴子扣和粘贴母扣。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胎动及宫缩监测带,其特征在于,所述底层带体上设置有口袋,所述底层带体上还开始有导线通孔,设置在所述口袋中的采集器的连接导线穿过所述导线通孔与所述传感器连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的胎动及宫缩监测带,其特征在于,所述内层挡片的底面设置有多个定位块,所述定位块内开始有定位孔,所述底层带体的表面设置有多个用于配合***所述定位孔中的定位柱;
所述定位孔为锥形孔,所述定位柱为用于配合***所述定位孔内的锥形柱体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的胎动及宫缩监测带,其特征在于,所述底层带体包括第一带体、设置于所述第一带体一端的连接块、可伸缩插设在所述连接块上开设的插孔内的连接插片及与所述连接插片另一端连接的第二带体。
6.根据权利要求5所述的胎动及宫缩监测带,其特征在于,所述连接块内开设有底部与所述插孔连通的安装槽,所述安装槽内设置有锁紧件,所述锁紧件包括与所述安装槽的内壁连接的支柱、旋转连接于所述支柱上的横板、连接于所述横板一端表面的压块、连接于所述横板另一端底面的锁紧块、连接于所述锁紧块与安装槽的内壁之间的第二弧形弹片,所述连接块上开设有与所述安装槽连通的供所述压块上端伸出的开孔。
7.根据权利要求6所述的胎动及宫缩监测带,其特征在于,所述锁紧块的底部设置锁紧柱,所述连接插片上开设有多个供所述锁紧柱***的锁紧孔。
8.根据权利要求7所述的胎动及宫缩监测带,其特征在于,所述插孔的底部开设有未贯通至外部的滑槽,所述连接插片的伸入所述插孔内的一端的底部连接有卡块。
9.根据权利要求6所述的胎动及宫缩监测带,其特征在于,所述连接插片和插孔的内壁之间还连接有保护弹簧。
10.根据权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的胎动及宫缩监测带,其特征在于,所述底层带体和外层挡片的表面均设置有亲肤涂层,所述亲肤涂层通过喷涂亲肤涂料后再经干燥得到,所述亲肤涂料包括以下重量份的原料:
