技术领域
本发明涉及人体生理参数监测技术领域,特别涉及一种智能胎儿监测带。
背景技术
孕妇怀孕期间需经常对胎儿状况进行监测,医院内进行的胎动检测所使用的仪器复杂,且只能在产检是进行监测,无法让孕妇带回家随时自测。孕妇主观数胎动,方法简单,但计数出的胎动孕妇主观性较强,且孕检手册上要求,每天需要数三次胎动,每次一小时,这对孕妇来说也是一件耗时耗力的过程。现有的多普勒胎心监护仪,该设备多为手持式的,具有微小的辐射量,每次使用的时间医生建议在2到3分钟,在听胎心的变化时是有效的,但对于需要监测长达1小时的胎动来说,该设备将不再适用。所以,现在需要一种新的胎儿监测设备。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种智能胎儿监测带。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种智能胎儿监测带,包括带子本体及设置于所述带子本体内的传感器;
所述带子本体包括依次设置的外层挡片、内层挡片及底层带体,所述传感器设置在所述底层带体上,所述内层挡片贴压在所述传感器表面两侧,且所述内层挡片的底面开设有用于容纳所述传感器两端的定位槽,所述外层挡片贴压在所述内层挡片上;
所述底层带体的两端分别设置有相互配合连接的粘贴子扣和粘贴母扣。
优选的是,所述底层带体上设置有口袋,所述底层带体上还开始有导线通孔,设置在所述口袋中的采集器的连接导线穿过所述导线通孔与所述传感器连接。

参照图1-3,带子本体1包括依次设置的外层挡片2、内层挡片3及底层带体4,传感器5设置在底层带体4上,内层挡片3贴压在传感器5表面两侧,外层挡片2贴压在内层挡片3上。外层挡片2与内层挡片3之间、内层挡片3与底层带体4之间均通过魔术贴6粘贴连接。传感器5的下表面与底层带体4之间也设有魔术贴6。从而使传感器5、内层挡片3、外层挡片2依次粘贴连接在底层带体4上。
其中,底层带体4的两端分别设置有相互配合连接的粘贴子扣40和粘贴母扣41。粘贴子扣40和粘贴母扣41一上一下设置在底层带体4的两端,方便穿戴固定。
其中,底层带体4上设置有口袋42,底层带体4上还开始有导线通孔43,设置在口袋42中的采集器的连接导线穿过导线通孔43与传感器5连接。口袋42中还放置有电源。孕妇佩戴上该智能胎儿监测带后,传感器5对胎儿进行实时监测,采集器采集并存储传感器5的监测数据,还能对监测数据进行分析,形成监测结果,并通过有线或无线方式对外输出监测结果。

参照图7-9,在一种实施例中,底层带体4包括第一带体45、设置于第一带体45一端的连接块46、可伸缩插设在连接块46上开设的插孔460内的连接插片47及与连接插片47另一端连接的第二带体48。通过第一带体45与第二带体48的可伸缩连接,能实现底层带体4长度的方便调节,以便于不同使用者或同一使用者不同时期的使用。
具体的,其中,连接块46内开设有底部与插孔460连通的安装槽461,安装槽461内设置有锁紧件49,锁紧件49包括与安装槽461的内壁连接的支柱490、旋转连接于支柱490上的横板491、连接于横板491一端表面的压块492、连接于横板491另一端底面的锁紧块493、连接于锁紧块493与安装槽461的内壁之间的弹簧494,连接块46上开设有与安装槽461连通的供压块492上端伸出的开孔495。锁紧块493的底部设置有齿状突起496。插孔460的底部开设有未贯通至外部的滑槽462,连接插片47的伸入插孔460内的一端的底部连接有卡块470。
具体的,在使用过程中需要调节底层带体4长度时,先向下按压压块492,使该端的横板491下压,另一端的横板491则上翘,锁紧块493脱离连接插片47向上运动收入安装槽461内,锁紧块493对连接插片47的锁紧解除,然后将连接插片47左右移动,以缩短或伸长底层带体4的总长度,调节好后,松开压块492,弹簧494的弹力作用将锁紧块493下压,锁紧块493贴压在连接插片47上,对连接插片47进行锁紧。其中,锁紧块493底部设置的齿状突起496能增大锁紧块493与连接插片47之间的摩擦力,使锁紧更加牢固。其中,连接插片47在插孔460中左右移动时,卡块470在滑槽462内左右滑动,且由于滑槽462外端(图中右端)未贯通至外部,使卡块470不会从滑槽462中滑出,从而保证连接插片47不会从插孔460中完全拔出,能防止佩戴时底层带体4从该处断开成两段。
在一种实施例中,进一步的,连接插片47和插孔460的内壁之间还连接有保护绳463,进一步防止连接插片47脱离插孔460。
在一种实施例中,底层带体4和外层挡片2的表面均设置有亲肤涂层,亲肤涂层通过喷涂亲肤涂料后再经干燥得到,亲肤涂料包括以下重量份的原料:
其中,水凝胶水润且柔韧,还具有优异的耐屈挠性和耐蠕变性能;天然乳胶具有高弹性、粘接时成膜性能良好、胶膜富于柔韧性等特点,容易形成胶膜。水凝胶和天然乳胶复配使用,容易在底层带体4和外层挡片2的表面均形成柔韧、性能稳定的亲肤涂层。
其中,竹纤维粉的添加能提高制得的涂料的抑菌防腐性能,且气味清香;白芷粉具有消毒功效,且具有温和不刺激的性能。艾草粉具有净化肌肤和安神定神的功效。珍珠粉能提高制得的亲肤涂层的表面光滑性,使亲肤涂层具有更好的触感。
竹纤维粉、白芷粉、艾草粉、珍珠粉的复配使用能达到协同增强的效果,不仅能提高亲肤涂层的表面触感,使其光滑柔软,还使亲肤涂层具有很好的抗菌效果,保证佩戴者的舒适度和健康。且竹纤维粉、白芷粉、艾草粉、珍珠粉可直接添加,也可先提取其中的有用成分后再添加,如:将竹纤维粉、白芷粉、艾草粉、珍珠粉通过煎煮、过滤、沉淀、浓缩将其制成混合物,从而提取其中的有用成分,再添加到原料中。
其中,芦荟油具有抗菌抗过敏、镇痛、滋润皮肤等功效;桉树精油具有很好的杀菌、抗菌作用,还可以平缓波动的情绪。
其中,纳米氧化锌抗氧化能力强、抗菌抑菌作用强,且能促进各原料均匀混合,提高制得的亲肤涂层的表面光滑性。
其中,粘结剂可选用天然粘结剂,如卡拉胶、黄原胶、瓜尔豆胶、琼脂、明胶、魔芋胶等。上述的粘结剂无毒无害,且具有很好的粘结性能和稳定性。也可以选用其他无毒无害的常用粘结剂。溶剂选用水或医用乙醇。
本发明通过将上述各原料复配使用,使制得的亲肤涂层具有优异的抗菌抑菌和润肤亲肤性能,且柔软舒适,能提高佩戴的舒适度,且能保证健康。
以下还提供一种亲肤涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取竹纤维粉、白芷粉、艾草粉、珍珠粉的混合物投入提取罐中,加入去离子水,在70-100℃下煎煮1-5小时,过滤后将滤液移入沉淀罐,静置后提取上清液,将上清液浓缩得到混合物A;
2)取水凝胶、天然乳胶、纳米氧化锌粉、芦荟油、桉树精油、粘结剂、交联剂、去离子水,加入到反应釜中,加热并进行机械搅拌至混合均匀,得到混合物B;
3)将混合物B和混合物A混合,在40-100℃下搅拌2-7小时,冷却后得到亲肤涂料。
将制得的亲肤涂料喷涂在底层带体4和外层挡片2的表面均,再经干燥后得到亲肤涂层。
以下还提供亲肤涂料的具体实施例,以对本发明做进一步说明。
底层带体4和外层挡片2的表面均设置有亲肤涂层,亲肤涂层通过喷涂亲肤涂料后再经干燥得到,亲肤涂料包括以下重量份的原料:
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。
Claims (10)
1.一种智能胎儿监测带,其特征在于,包括带子本体及设置于所述带子本体内的传感器;
所述带子本体包括依次设置的外层挡片、内层挡片及底层带体,所述传感器设置在所述底层带体上,所述内层挡片贴压在所述传感器表面两侧,且所述内层挡片的底面开设有用于容纳所述传感器两端的定位槽,所述外层挡片贴压在所述内层挡片上;
所述底层带体的两端分别设置有相互配合连接的粘贴子扣和粘贴母扣。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能胎儿监测带,其特征在于,所述底层带体上设置有口袋,所述底层带体上还开始有导线通孔,设置在所述口袋中的采集器的连接导线穿过所述导线通孔与所述传感器连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的智能胎儿监测带,其特征在于,所述内层挡片的底面设置有多个定位块,所述定位块内开始有定位孔,所述底层带体的表面设置有多个用于配合***所述定位孔中的定位柱。
4.根据权利要求3所述的智能胎儿监测带,其特征在于,所述定位孔的内壁上设置有弧形弹片,所述定位柱的外壁上开设有与所述弧形弹片配合的弧形凹槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的智能胎儿监测带,其特征在于,所述底层带体包括第一带体、设置于所述第一带体一端的连接块、可伸缩插设在所述连接块上开设的插孔内的连接插片及与所述连接插片另一端连接的第二带体。
6.根据权利要求5所述的智能胎儿监测带,其特征在于,所述连接块内开设有底部与所述插孔连通的安装槽,所述安装槽内设置有锁紧件,所述锁紧件包括与所述安装槽的内壁连接的支柱、旋转连接于所述支柱上的横板、连接于所述横板一端表面的压块、连接于所述横板另一端底面的锁紧块、连接于所述锁紧块与安装槽的内壁之间的弹簧,所述连接块上开设有与所述安装槽连通的供所述压块上端伸出的开孔。
7.根据权利要求6所述的智能胎儿监测带,其特征在于,所述锁紧块的底部设置有齿状突起。
8.根据权利要求7所述的智能胎儿监测带,其特征在于,所述插孔的底部开设有未贯通至外部的滑槽,所述连接插片的伸入所述插孔内的一端的底部连接有卡块。
9.根据权利要求6所述的智能胎儿监测带,其特征在于,所述连接插片和插孔的内壁之间还连接有保护绳。
10.根据权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的智能胎儿监测带,其特征在于,所述底层带体和外层挡片的表面均设置有亲肤涂层,所述亲肤涂层通过喷涂亲肤涂料后再经干燥得到,所述亲肤涂料包括以下重量份的原料:
