本发明公开一种解酒茶。解酒效果明显快速,而且迅速解除口中酒味,止渴除困乏,有保肝胃护脾,降血压等保健功能。本发明其组份为:红茶、葛花、葛根、扁豆皮、绿豆粉、人参、苏叶、陈皮、干姜、食用有机酸、单糖、薄荷、氨基酸。工艺过程为:干燥;炒制;粉碎;喷食用有机酸;与单糖和氨基酸混合;包装灭菌处理。

一种解酒茶
本发明属于一种具有特种功能的固体饮料,可以作为液体饮料或其它保健品之中的特种食品添加剂,属于饮食品技术领域。
酒是人们生活中的一种经常饮用的饮品,但由于酒中的乙醇对于不同体质的人反映不同,特别是当饮用过量时,出现一些不良反应,直至酒精中毒。而由此产生各种解酒产品。以往的解酒产品多数是饮料类,是以食用有机酸为主,如柠檬酸等来分解乙醇,只是单纯的解酒止渴。而且解酒过程不能在短时间内产生效果。而最终效果也不明显。饮酒者嘴中长时间仍有酒味,而且对于饮酒造成肝脾损害,无补救作用。
本发明的目的在于公开一种解酒茶及其制作方法。解酒效果明显快速,而且迅速解除口中酒味,止渴除困乏,有保肝胃护脾,降血压等保健功能。本产品为固体状,便于保存、运输和携带。
本发明其组份为:红茶15份,葛花10-25份、葛根10-30份、扁豆皮3-10份、绿豆粉3-10份、人参2-10份、苏叶3-10份、陈皮2-7份、干姜2-10份、食用有机酸1-5份、单糖5-20份、薄荷0.5-7份、氨基酸3-15份。
本发明中的葛花可以用绿豆花代替。
本发明工艺过程为:
A.将红茶、葛花或绿豆花、葛根、扁豆皮、绿豆粉、人参、苏叶、陈皮、干姜等中草药植物干燥处理。
B.将绿豆粉、人参温火炒熟;
C.将上述植物和中草药粉碎。
D.将含有C1~C5人食用有机酸喷到上述粉状原料中。
E.按比例将上述粉状原料与单糖和氨基酸在混合机中进行混合。
F.包装后,作灭菌处理。
本发明服用10分钟后即有明显解酒效果,2小时后无头痛、恶心、呕吐等身体不适之感,并能迅速消除口中酒味。
本发明采取双向解酒原理,通过食用有机酸与乙醇反应,生成酸脂,另外通过中药解酒,消除饮酒过量,起到保健作用。

Claims (2)

1.一种解酒茶,其特征在于它是由下述重量配比的原料制成的:红茶15份、葛花10~25份、葛根10~30份、扁豆皮3~10份、绿豆粉3~10份、人参2~10份、苏叶3~10份、陈皮2~7份、干姜2~10份、食用有机酸1~5份、单糖5~20份、薄荷0.5~7份、氨基酸3~15份。
2.如权利要求1所述的解酒茶,其中葛花可以用绿豆花代替。
