随着新能源汽车快速发展,纯电动车得到了广泛投放使用。由于纯电动车在长距离、大载重以及充电便捷性方面与实际客户需求还是有很大差距,如何开发出节油率更高、环保性能更友好以及成本可靠性更优异的混合动力装置成为目前研究热点之一。目前,市面上大都采用发动机+ISG(Integrated Starter and Generator,汽车起动发电一体机)电机+离合器+驱动电机,发动机+离合器+电机+多档变速箱等方案,前者存在电机重量体积大、***损耗大、成本高以及离合器容易损耗等问题,后者存在节油率低、***成本高等问题。上述两种方案都存在发动机单独驱动时,***内集成的电机均跟随发动机转动,导致***转动惯量增大、振动噪音大、损耗增大以及电机寿命急剧下降,同时,电机轴需要承受非常大的发动机曲轴驱动的冲击转矩,另外,电机一旦损坏必须将整个混合动力装置从底盘上拆卸下来进行维修更换,维修和保养费用高昂。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种转动惯量小、低振动噪音和低损耗、输出动力强劲的共太阳轮式双行星排混合动力装置及其驱动方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种共太阳轮式双行星排混合动力装置,包括发动机、主电机和副电机,发动机、主电机和副电机单独或合力地驱动输出轴,所述发动机、主电机和/或副电机与输出轴之间连接至少两组行星排,两组行星排相互同轴地安装。

副行星排由副太阳轮8、副行星轮7、副齿圈6和副转臂5组成。副太阳轮8与副行星轮7外啮合,副齿圈6的内外圆周上同时加工有内齿圈和外齿轮,副行星轮7与副齿圈6的内齿圈内啮合,副行星轮7安装在副转臂5上,副转臂5连接输入轴4。

当中间制动器、副电机制动器和主电机制动器全部释放时,即副太阳轮、主太阳轮、副齿圈和主齿圈全部处于自由转动状态,此时,发动机处于工作模式、副电机和主电机全部处于驱动电机模式;发动机将动力由曲轴经弹性减震器传递给输入轴,输入轴将动力传递给副转臂,副转臂将动力经副行星轮传递给副太阳轮;副电机从车载电源处获得电能并转换成动力由副齿轮传递给副齿圈,副齿圈将动力经副行星轮传递给副太阳轮,副太阳轮将来自发动机和副电机的动力叠加后由中间轴传递给主太阳轮,主太阳轮将动力传递给主行星轮;主电机从车载电源处获得电能并转换成动力后由主齿轮传递给主齿圈,主齿圈将动力传递给主行星轮,主行星轮将来自主太阳轮和主齿圈的动力叠加后传递给主转臂,主转臂将动力传递给输出轴,实现发动机、副电机和主电机联合驱动模式。
共太阳轮式双行星排混合动力装置具有六种驱动模式:
1、发动机单独驱动模式。当整车需求发动机1单独驱动时,整车控制器向中间轴制动器21释放、副电机制动器13和主电机制动器15闭合指令,此时,中间轴制动盘20处于自由转动状态、副电机制动盘12和主电机制动盘14处于锁止状态,进而,副太阳轮8和主太阳轮22处于自由转动状态、副齿圈6和主齿圈24处于锁止状态,此时,发动机1处于工作状态、副电机10和主电机18关闭;发动机1将动力由曲轴2经弹性减震器3传递给输入轴4,输入轴4将动力传递给副转臂5,副转臂5将动力经副行星轮7传递给副太阳轮8,副太阳轮8将动力经中间轴19传递给主太阳轮22,主太阳轮22将动力经主行星轮23传递给主转臂25,主转臂25将动力传递给输出轴26,实现发动机1单独驱动模式。该模式下发动机1与输出轴26满足下列转速关系式:
其中:Z1表示副太阳轮(8)的齿数;Z2表示副齿圈(6)的内齿圈齿数;Z3表示副齿圈(6)的外齿轮齿数;Z4表示副齿轮(9)的齿数;Z5表示主太阳轮(22)的齿数;Z6表示主齿圈(24)的内齿圈齿数;Z7表示主齿圈(24)的外齿轮齿数;Z8表示主齿轮(16)的齿数;n1表示副电机轴(11)的转速;ne表示发动机(1)的转速;n2表示主电机轴(17)的转速;n3表示输出轴(26)的转速。
2、ISG驱动模式。当整车车载电量不足且需求纯电动行驶时,整车控制器向中间轴制动器21闭合、副电机制动器13和主电机制动器15释放时,中间轴制动盘20处于锁止状态、副电机制动盘12和主电机制动盘14处于自由转动状态,进而,副太阳轮8和主太阳轮22处于锁止状态、副齿圈6和主齿圈24处于自由转动状态;此时,发动机1处于工作状态、副电机10处于发电机模式、主电机18处于驱动电机模式,发动机1将动力由曲轴2经弹性减震器3传递给输入轴4,输入轴4将动力传递给副转臂5,副转臂5将动力经副行星轮7传递给副齿圈6,副齿圈6将动力经副齿轮9传递给副电机10,副电机10将动力转换为电能存储到车载电源中;同时,主电机18从车载电源处获得电能并转换成动力经主齿轮16传递给主齿圈24,主齿圈24将动力经主行星轮23传递给主转臂25,主转臂25将动力传递给输出轴26,实现ISG驱动模式。该模式下发动机1与副电机轴11、主电机轴17与输出轴26满足下列转速关系式:
3、主电机单独驱动模式。当整车电量充足且需要纯电动行驶时,整车控制器向中间轴制动器21闭合、副电机制动器13和主电机制动器15释放发出指令,中间轴制动盘20处于锁止状态、副电机制动盘12和主电机制动盘14处于自由转动状态,进而,副太阳轮8和主太阳轮22处于锁止状态、副齿圈6和主齿圈24处于自由转动状态,此时,发动机1和副电机10处于关闭状态;主电机18从车载电源处获得电能并转换成动力后传递给主齿轮16,主齿轮16将动力传递给主齿圈24,主齿圈24将动力经主行星轮23传递给主转臂25,主转臂25将动力传递给输出轴26,实现主电机单独驱动模式。
4、发动机和主电机联合驱动模式。当整车需求较大功率行驶时,整车控制器发出中间轴制动器21和主电机制动器15释放、副电机制动器13闭合指令,中间轴制动盘20和主电机制动盘14处于自由转动状态、副电机制动盘12处于锁止状态,进而,副太阳轮8、主太阳轮22和主齿圈24处于自由转动状态,副齿圈6处于锁止状态,此时,发动机1处于工作模式、主电机18处于驱动电机模式、副电机10处于关闭状态;发动机1将动力由曲轴2经弹性减震器3传递给输入轴4,输入轴4将动力传递给副转臂5,副转臂5将动力经副行星轮7传递给副太阳轮8,副太阳轮8将动力经中间轴19传递给主太阳轮22,主太阳轮22将动力传递给主行星轮23;主电机18从车载电源处获得电能并转换为动力传递给主齿轮16,主齿轮16将动力传递给主齿圈24,主齿圈24将动力传递给主行星轮23;主行星轮23将来自发动机1和主电机18的动力叠加后传递给主转臂25,主转臂25将动力传递给输出轴26,实现发动机与主电机联合驱动模式。该模式下发动机1、主电机18与输出轴26满足下列转速关系式:
5、发动机、副电机和主电机联合驱动模式。当整车需求大功率行驶且车载电量充足时,整车控制器发出中间制动器21、副电机制动器13和主电机制动器15全部释放指令,即副太阳轮8、主太阳轮22、副齿圈6和主齿圈24全部处于自由转动状态,此时,发动机1处于工作模式、副电机10和主电机18全部处于驱动电机模式;发动机1将动力由曲轴2经弹性减震器3传递给输入轴4,输入轴4将动力传递给副转臂5,副转臂5将动力经副行星轮7传递给副太阳轮8;副电机10从车载电源处获得电能并转换成动力由副齿轮9传递给副齿圈6,副齿圈6将动力经副行星轮7传递给副太阳轮8,副太阳轮8将来自发动机1和副电机10的动力叠加后由中间轴19传递给主太阳轮22,主太阳轮22将动力传递给主行星轮23;主电机18从车载电源处获得电能并转换成动力后由主齿轮16传递给主齿圈24,主齿圈24将动力传递给主行星轮23,主行星轮23将来自主太阳轮22和主齿圈24的动力叠加后传递给主转臂25,主转臂25将动力传递给输出轴26,实现发动机1、副电机10和主电机18联合驱动模式。该模式下发动机1、主电机18与输出轴26满足下列转速关系式:
6、驻车高效发电模式。当整车停车状态且车载电量不足时,整车控制器向中间轴制动器21和主电机制动器15闭合、副电机制动器13释放时,中间轴制动盘20和主电机制动盘14处于锁止状态、副电机制动盘12处于自由转动状态,进而,副太阳轮8和主太阳轮22、主齿圈24同时处于锁止状态,副齿圈6处于自由转动状态,此时,发动机1处于工作状态,副电机10处于发电机模式,主电机18处于关闭状态;发动机1将动力由曲轴2经弹性减震器3传递给输入轴4,输入轴4将动力传递给副转臂5,副转臂5将动力经副行星轮7传递给副齿圈6,副齿圈6将动力经副齿轮9传递给副电机10,副电机10将动力转换成电能并储存到车载电源中,实现驻车高效发电模式。

Claims (6)

1.一种共太阳轮式双行星排混合动力装置,包括发动机、主电机和副电机,发动机、主电机和副电机单独或合力地驱动输出轴,其特征在于:所述发动机、主电机和/或副电机与输出轴之间连接至少两组行星排,两组行星排相互同轴地安装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的共太阳轮式双行星排混合动力装置,其特征在于,所述行星排包括太阳轮、行星轮、齿圈和转臂,太阳轮外啮合传动行星轮,行星轮内啮合传动齿圈,转臂安装于行星轮;所述两组行星排的太阳轮相互同轴地安装;所述发动机驱动连接其中一转臂,主电机和副电机分别驱动连接齿圈;所述另一转臂传动连接输出轴。
3.根据权利要求2所述的共太阳轮式双行星排混合动力装置,其特征在于,所述齿圈具有内齿圈和外齿轮;所述行星轮内啮合传动齿圈的内齿圈;所述主电机和副电机分别驱动连接齿圈的外齿轮。
4.一种共太阳轮式双行星排混合动力驱动方法,其特征在于:首先,启动发动机和主电机的同时制动共同太阳轮;然后,发动机驱动副转臂转动,副转臂将动力传递给副行星轮,副行星轮传动副齿圈,副齿圈反向传递给副电机产生电能并存储,同时,主电机驱动主齿圈转动,主齿圈将动力传递给主行星轮,主行星轮传动主转臂,主转臂将动力传递给输出轴,实现ISG驱动模式。
5.一种共太阳轮式双行星排混合动力驱动方法,其特征在于:首先,启动发动机和主电机的同时关闭副电机;接着,发动机驱动副转臂转动,副转臂将动力传递给副行星轮,副行星轮传动共同太阳轮,共同太阳轮传动主行星轮,同时,主电机驱动主齿圈转动,主齿圈将动力传递给主行星轮;最后主行星轮将动力传递给输出轴,实现发动机与主电机联合驱动模式。
6.一种共太阳轮式双行星排混合动力驱动方法,其特征在于:首先,启动发动机、副电机和主电机;接着,发动机驱动副转臂转动,副转臂将动力传递给副行星轮,副行星轮传动共同太阳轮,同时,副电机驱动副行星轮,副行星轮将动力传递给共同太阳轮,共同太阳轮将动力传递给主行星轮,同时,主电机驱动主齿圈转动,主齿圈将动力传递给主行星轮;最后,主行星轮将叠加动力传递给主转臂,主转臂将动力传递给输出轴,实现发动机、副电机和主电机联合驱动模式。
