本发明公开了一种PEEK材料退火方法,其步骤为:将PEEK材料挤出成棒状或管状,然后置于金属管内退火。本发明将PEEK棒或PEEK管置于金属管内退火,可以有效提高退火后PEEK棒或PEEK管的性能,金属管升温及降温速度快,易于控制,且能节约能源。

PEEK材料退火方法
技术领域
本发明涉及PEEK材料退火方法,属于复合材料技术领域。
背景技术
PEEK制品在薄厚的交接部位,厚的部位降温慢,薄的部位降温快,则连接处会发生不均匀收缩,导致应力集中。在有金属镶件的四周,这种现象更明显。如不进行退火处理,过段时间,在应力集中部位会产生裂纹,甚至开裂或者变形。因此PEEK制品在制备过程中需要进行退火处理,以消除内应力,提高制件的结晶度,从而提高其强度和耐化学性,最终获得最佳的尺寸稳定性。退火方法一般是把制品浸在热水中,或在热风循环中,但是置于热风中退火温度分布不够均匀,置于热水中退火升温或降温所需的热量过大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种PEEK材料退火方法,可以有效提高退火后PEEK材料的性能。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种PEEK材料退火方法,其步骤为:将PEEK材料挤出成棒状或管状,然后置于金属管内退火。
优选的,所述金属管的长度大于或等于PEEK棒或PEEK管的长度,使得PEEK棒或PEEK管可以完全处于金属管内,所述金属管的内径略大于PEEK棒或PEEK管的外径,以便于将PEEK棒或PEEK管放进或取出。
优选的,所述PEEK材料为PEEK单体材料或PEEK复合材料。
优选的,所述金属管为无缝钢管。
优选的,所述退火步骤为将金属管及管内的PEEK棒或PEEK管升温至180~260℃,升温速率8~30℃/h;恒温保温;然后降至150℃~室温后取出,降温速率2~12℃/h。
优选的,恒温保温时间为按产品的壁厚每毫米保温0.5~2h。
本发明将PEEK棒或PEEK管置于金属管内退火,处于一个均匀的退火氛围中,退火效果更佳,可以有效提高退火后PEEK棒或PEEK管的性能。金属管升温及降温速度快,易于控制,且只需要保证金属管的小范围内温度统一,可以有效节约能源。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种PEEK材料退火方法,其步骤为:将PEEK材料挤出成棒状或者管状,然后置于金属管内退火,金属管首选无缝钢管,制作成本低,不易变形,可反复使用,也可使用其他金属管,例如无缝铝管、铜管等。所述金属管的长度大于或等于PEEK棒或PEEK管的长度,所述金属管的内径略大于PEEK棒或PEEK管的外径,退火步骤为将金属管及管内的PEEK棒或PEEK管升温至180~260℃,升温速率8~30℃/h;恒温保温,时间为按产品的壁厚每毫米保温0.5~2h;然后降至150℃~室温后取出,降温速率2~12℃/h。
对制得的PEEK材料进行性能测试,测试结果见表1。其中表1中的PEEK棒直径为12mm,管内退火和普通退火各升温、保温、降温条件均相同,升温速率为10℃/h,升温至220℃,保温12h,降温速率为10℃/h,降至室温取出。

1.一种PEEK材料退火方法,其步骤为:将PEEK材料挤出成棒状或管状,然后置于金属管内退火。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PEEK材料退火方法,其特征在于:所述金属管的长度大于或等于PEEK棒或PEEK管的长度,所述金属管的内径略大于PEEK棒或PEEK管的外径。
3.根据权利要求2所述的PEEK材料退火方法,其特征在于:所述PEEK材料为PEEK单体材料或PEEK复合材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的PEEK材料退火方法,其特征在于:所述金属管为无缝钢管。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的PEEK材料退火方法,其特征在于:所述退火步骤为将金属管及管内的PEEK棒或PEEK管升温至180~260℃,升温速率8~30℃/h;恒温保温;然后降至150℃~室温后取出,降温速率2~12℃/h。
6.根据权利要求5所述的PEEK材料退火方法,其特征在于:恒温保温时间为按产品的壁厚每毫米保温0.5~2h。
