防伪织构标记
本发明涉及识别标签,诸如含有商标、销售商名称、制造商名称或其他类似内容的、应用于衣类等上的织构标记。
到目前为止,为了防止诸如服装制品被仿冒,已有技术采用了特殊的编织结构、特别的颜色和/或特别式样或字体的字母。
虽然到目前为止识别标记诸如商标已制成有织构的标记、印刷的名称或标签,但是仿冒者只要拿到一个样品,所有这些都可以很容易地被仿制,能很容易地制造仿冒商品,而对这些商品一时不很容易区分出真假来。
如果其上加有伪造商标或类似物的制品被发现是质量低劣的,在某些情况中,销售商或制造商将不得不接受退货从而严重损害了销售商或制造商的信誉。
为此,在过去的习惯作法是利用特别的编织结构、特别的色彩和/或特别式样的字母来制造标记诸如商标以防止伪冒。然而,通过分析结构和/或组成成分仍不难弄清制造方法,因此,这种标记可很容易地被仿制而且很难辨别真伪。
因此,本发明旨在提供一种防伪识别标签,这种标签包括一由特殊材料制成的织构标记,尽管仿制品外形上类同,这种材料仍能检测出任何仿制的膺品。
为实现该目的,本发明提供一种防伪织构标记,其内编织有由字母、图案或其它标志构成的识别记号,所述记号由其上施加有无机荧光材料的线制成,所述荧光材料在可见光下呈现出至少一种特殊色彩,而当用波长在300nm和400nm之间的紫外线光照射时,发射出与所述荧光材料在所述可见光下所呈现的所述至少一种特殊色彩不同的、具有所述无机荧光的至少一种色彩特征的光,其特点是,所述荧光材料选自钇、铕及其盐。这里的术语“织构标记”是指一种完全(识别标记和本底)由线编织或针织成的标记。而且在识别标记或本底用的线上或者在这两者的线上涂敷无机荧光材料。也就是说,荧光识别标志可以编织或针织入识别标记或本底中,或者这两者之中。
本发明的防伪识别标签在可见光下可以是白色或其他特定色彩,但由于涂敷有无机荧光材料的线制成的标记诸如商标被编织入标记之中,和/或标记的本底之中,在波长约300nm至400nm(具体波长、视周围照明环境而定)之间的紫外线的照射下,将立即使仅仅具有标志的那部分标记发射出一种固有地属于无机荧光材料的特殊颜色的光线来,因此只要看一眼就足以辨别出任何仅仅模仿真品外形制成的仿制品,因为仿制品在受到紫外线照射时不会发出任何荧光来。
以下结合图对一较佳实施例进行描述,通过这种描述,本发明的结构和特征将变得更为清楚,其中:

请参阅图1。图中示出了本发明的识别标签和织构标记的一实施例。这种在图中由编号1总体地表示的标记包括一识别标记2,诸如字母、图案和/或其他表示商标、销售商名称、制造商名称或其他类似名称的标记。这种标记1由具有其上施加有无机荧光材料的线制成并被编织或针织成标记1。
为实现本发明的目的,可以单独或结合地使用具有红、绿、蓝、紫或其他任何合适的色彩的荧光材料,只要它们受到波长在约300nm和400nm之间的紫外线照射时会发射出具有该材料特征色彩的荧光就可以。
在本发明中有用的无机荧光材料包括钇和铕或它们的盐。在一较佳实施例中,将一种无机荧光材料涂敷在线上,因此当波长在约300nm和400nm之间的紫外线照射时,就会发射出与可见光下不同的荧光色,诸如红色。
如以上所述,包括一诸如商标的、由涂敷有无机荧光材料的线制成的本发明的织构标记,一受到紫外线的照射就会发射出具有荧光材料的特征色彩的光线来,由此任何人都能很方便地将仿制品与真品区分开来。
因此,可以理解的是,本发明能使甚至是销售商也能很方便地鉴别出识别标记,诸如附着在从市场上作为次品退回的货物上的商标,并有助于防止识别标记的伪造。
由以上的揭示可知,对于本技术领域的熟练人员来说,还可以对本发明作出种种变化,但这些变化仍拟纳入本发明的精神实质和范围之内而加以保护。

Claims (1)

1.一种防伪织构标记,其内编织有由字母、图案或其它标志构成的识别记号,所述记号由其上施加有无机荧光材料的线制成,所述荧光材料在可见光下呈现出至少一种特殊色彩,而当用波长在300nm和400nm之间的紫外线光照射时,发射出与所述荧光材料在所述可见光下所呈现的所述至少一种特殊色彩不同的、具有所述无机荧光的至少一种色彩特征的光,其特征在于,
所述荧光材料选自钇、铕及其盐。
