Abstract
本申请公开了一种建立用户面承载的方法及设备,用以实现将数据从控制面方案切换到用户面方案。本申请的方法通过服务网关接收从移动性管理网元发送的指示信息,根据指示信息为承载分配标识,从而建立S1接口的用户面承载。通过用户面承载的建立,从而实现数据从控制面方案转换到用户面方案。
