Abstract
The invention discloses a packing box label checking method and a system, which are characterized in that a corresponding relation set of packing box codes and client box label codes is firstly established and stored, packing box code labels and client box label code labels are printed based on the corresponding relation set and are attached to a packing box, then a scanning terminal is used for respectively scanning the packing box code labels and the client box label code labels on one packing box, and whether the corresponding relation between the packing box codes and the client box body codes is correct or not is judged based on scanning data and the corresponding relation set; if yes, judging that the attachment of the packaging box is correct. The method comprises the steps of establishing a corresponding relation set of the packing box codes and the client box label codes, printing labels based on the corresponding relation, scanning the packing box code labels and the client box label code labels on the box body by the scanning terminal, judging whether the packing box codes and the client box label codes correspond or not based on the corresponding relation set, ensuring consistency of the client box label code labels on the packing box, and solving the technical problem of inconsistent client labels attached to the existing packing box.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of production and manufacturing, and particularly relates to a packing box paste verification method and system.
Background
In the field of manufacturing, in order to facilitate asset management and shipping control, customers typically require customer labels printed on either side of the package to characterize the product number information so that the product number information can be seen on either side of the package in the case of product stacking.
However, in order to ensure that the serial number information of the product can be seen from any surface under the stacking condition, the number of the attached customer labels is relatively large, usually four, and the labels are respectively attached to the front surface, the rear surface, the left surface and the right surface of the packaging box, the attachment of the labels is completed by manual operation, and the attached customer labels are affected by human factors to be inconsistent, so that errors of disordered asset management and delivery disorder can be caused, and customer complaints and claims are caused.

The application provides a packing box label checking method and system, which solve the technical problem that the customer labels attached to the existing packing boxes are inconsistent.

the method for checking the packing box label comprises the following steps: establishing and storing a corresponding relation set of the packing box codes and the client box label codes; receiving scanning data of a packing box code label and a client box label code label on a packing box scanned by a scanning terminal; judging whether the corresponding relation between the packing box code label and the client box label code label is correct or not based on the corresponding relation set and the scanning data; if yes, judging that the client box label is attached correctly; wherein, the client box label code is at least one; the packing box code label is attached with a packing box code, and the client box label code label is attached with a client box label code.
Further, the establishing and storing the corresponding relation set of the packing box code and the client box label code specifically comprises the following steps: inputting a printing instruction to a bar code printing device, so that the bar code printing device generates and stores the corresponding relation set based on the printing instruction; wherein, the corresponding relation set comprises at least one item, and each item generates a packing box code and a client box code with unique corresponding relation; the bar code printing device prints the packing box code label and the client box label code label by taking the item as a unit based on the corresponding relation set.
Further, when the client box-paste codes are more than one, each client box-paste code is set to contain a distinguishing code, and the distinguishing codes of the client box-paste codes are different.
The packaging box paste verification system comprises a corresponding relation set establishment module, a storage module, a scanning terminal and a verification module; the corresponding relation set establishing module is used for establishing a corresponding relation set of the packing box code and the client box label code; the storage module is used for storing the relation set of the corresponding packing box code and the client box label code; the scanning terminal is used for scanning a packing box code label and a client box label code label on a packing box to obtain scanning data; the verification module is used for reading the corresponding relation set from the storage module and judging whether the corresponding relation between the packing box code label and the client box label code label is correct or not based on the corresponding relation set and the scanning data; if yes, judging that the client box label is attached correctly; wherein, the client box label code is at least one; the packing box code label is attached with a packing box code, and the client box label code label is attached with a client box label code.
Further, the corresponding relation establishing module comprises a bar code printing device, a printing instruction generating unit, a corresponding relation set generating unit and a printing control unit; the printing instruction generating unit is used for inputting a printing instruction to the bar code printing device; the corresponding relation set generating unit is used for generating the corresponding relation set based on the printing instruction, wherein the corresponding relation set comprises at least one item, and each item is generated with a packing box code and a client box code with unique corresponding relation; the printing control unit is used for controlling the bar code printing device to print the packing box code label and the client box label code label by taking the item as a unit based on the corresponding relation set.
Further, the corresponding relation set establishing module comprises a distinguishing code setting unit; the distinguishing code setting unit is used for setting distinguishing codes of each client box label code when the client box label codes are more than one, and setting the distinguishing codes of the client box label codes to be different.
Compared with the prior art, the application has the advantages that: in the packing box labeling verification method and system, a corresponding relation set of packing box codes and client box labeling codes is firstly established, packing box code labels and client box labeling code labels are printed in a grading mode according to the corresponding relation set by taking a item as a unit, after printing is finished, the packing box code labels and the client box labeling code labels are attached to packing boxes according to set requirements by taking the item as a unit, in a final inspection program of product packing completion, for example, a scanning terminal is used for respectively scanning the packing box code labels and the client box labeling code labels on one packing box, and whether the corresponding relation between the packing box code labels and the client box labeling code labels on one packing box is correct or not is judged based on the stored corresponding relation set.

The following detailed description of the present application is provided in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The application provides a packing box labeling verification method for solving the technical problem that the existing manually-attached packing box customer labels are inconsistent, as shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the following steps:
step S11: and establishing and storing a corresponding relation set of the packing box codes and the client box label codes.
The method aims at establishing a corresponding relation set, wherein the corresponding relation set comprises a plurality of items, a packing box code and at least one client box code are generated in each item, and a unique corresponding relation exists between the packing box code and the client box code in each item; the packing box code is used for representing the uniqueness among packing boxes and can be consistent with or corresponding to the product numbers assembled in the packing boxes; the customer box label code is a customer label required by customers, and is attached to the packaging box body for asset management, shipment control and the like of the customers.
In the corresponding relation set, the packing box code and the client box label code generated in each item are printed on the label to generate a packing box code label and a client box label code label which are used for being attached to a packing box.
The number of the client box labels is at least one, and the client box labels can be changed according to different client demands, for example, when the client box labels are two, the client box labels are oppositely attached to the diagonal positions of the packaging box, for example, the client box labels are respectively attached to an angle a of the upper top surface and an angle c of the lower top surface of the packaging box, and the angle a and the angle c are positioned at the diagonal positions of the rectangle on plane projection; for example, when the number of the packing boxes is four, the packing boxes are respectively attached to the front, back, left and right faces of the packing boxes, and the like, so that the customer box label can be observed from any face under the stacking condition.
In a specific embodiment, a bar code printing device is applied, the bar code printing device is configured with a corresponding relation set establishment rule, after a printing instruction is input into the bar code printing device, the bar code printing device generates and stores a corresponding relation set based on the printing instruction and the corresponding relation set establishment rule, the corresponding relation set comprises at least one item, and each item generates a packing box code and a client box label code with unique corresponding relation; and then the bar code printing device prints the packing box code label and the client box label code label in a dividing way by taking the item as a unit based on the corresponding relation set so as to realize that one item of the packing box code label and the client box label code label are attached to one packing box at a time.
For example, after a print instruction of the number 001 is input to the barcode printing device, the barcode printing device automatically generates a packing box code BZXT0001 and four client box label codes KHXT0001 with unique corresponding relations according to the set of configured corresponding relations and establishes rules, and then prints a set of packing box code labels and four client box label code labels for attaching to a packing box. Or after inputting the printing instruction from the number 001 to the number 100 to the bar code printing device, the bar code printing device automatically generates a set containing 100 packing box codes and client box label codes with unique corresponding relations respectively according to the configured corresponding relation set establishment rule: BZXT0001, KHXT0001; BZXT0002, KHXT0002; BZXT0003, KHXT0003; … …; BZXT0100, KHXT0100; and then printing out 100 sets of packing box code labels and four customer box labeling code labels, and respectively attaching the label to 100 packing boxes.
Step S12: and receiving scanning data of the scanning terminal for scanning a packing box code label and a client box label code label on a packing box.
After the packing box code label and the customer box label code label are attached, the scanning terminal is adopted to scan the packing box code label and the customer box label code label on a packing box respectively on a production line link of final inspection, so that the packing box code label and the customer box label code label can be scanned at will, and the packing box code label and the customer box label code label can also be scanned according to a set sequence.
In particular, taking four customer box labeling code labels as examples, respectively attaching the customer box labeling code labels to four sides of the front, rear, left and right sides of the box body, in order to avoid trouble of production line workers, scanning four times on one customer box labeling code label to replace scanning work of the customer box labeling code labels on the four sides respectively.
Step S13: based on the corresponding relation set and the scanning data, judging whether the corresponding relation between the packing box code label and the client box label code label is correct.
After the scanning data are obtained, inquiring a corresponding relation set, for example, judging whether the client box body codes are all corresponding to the packing box codes or not respectively by taking the packing box codes as inquiry conditions, namely, judging that the client box labeling code labels are attached correctly if one item in the corresponding relation set is true; otherwise, the customer box labeling code label is inconsistent in labeling, and correction is needed.
In the above-mentioned packing case labeling verification method, firstly, a corresponding relation set of packing case codes and client case labeling codes is established, according to the corresponding relation set, packing case code labels and client case labeling code labels are printed in a unit of item, after printing is completed, the packing case code labels and client case labeling code labels are attached to the packing case according to set requirements in a unit of item, in a final inspection procedure of product packaging completion, for example, a scanning terminal is used for scanning the packing case code labels and client case labeling code labels on one packing case respectively, and whether the corresponding relation between the packing case code labels and the client case labeling code labels on one packing case is correct or not is judged based on the stored corresponding relation set, if yes, the client case labeling code labels are correctly attached, otherwise, the client case labeling code labels are not consistent, the wrong labels need to be checked and corrected to be qualified, the consistency of the client case labeling code labels is guaranteed, the technical problem that the client labels attached to the existing packing case labels are inconsistent is solved, and customer complaints and claims are avoided.
Based on the above-mentioned packaging box paste verification method, the present application also provides a packaging box paste verification system, as shown in fig. 2, including a correspondence set establishment module 21, a storage module 22, a scanning terminal 23 and a verification module 24; the corresponding relation set establishing module 21 is used for establishing a corresponding relation set of the packing box code and the client box label code; the storage module 22 is used for storing a relation set corresponding to the packing box code and the client box label code; the scanning terminal 23 is used for scanning a packing box code label and a client box label code label on a packing box to obtain scanning data; the verification module 24 is configured to read the set of correspondence from the storage module 22, and determine whether the correspondence between the packing box code tag and the client box code tag is correct based on the set of correspondence and the scan data; if yes, judging that the client box label is attached correctly; wherein, the client box label code is at least one; the packing box code label and the customer box label code label are attached to the packing box according to the set requirement, the packing box code label is attached to the packing box code, and the customer box label code label is attached to the customer box label code.
Specifically, the correspondence establishing module 21 includes a barcode printing device 211, a print instruction generating unit 212, a correspondence set generating unit 213, and a print control unit 214; the print instruction generating unit 212 is configured to input a print instruction to the barcode printing device, for example, a keyboard, a touch display screen, a mouse, and other peripherals that can be used with the barcode printing device 211 or a part integrated in the barcode printing device 211; the correspondence set generating unit 212 is configured to generate a correspondence set based on the print instruction, where the correspondence set includes at least one item, and each item generates a packaging box code and a client box code that have unique correspondence; the print control unit 214 is configured to control the barcode printing device 211 to print the packing box code label and the client box label code label in units of items based on the correspondence set, so as to implement one-time attachment of a corresponding packing box code and client box label code to a packing box.
In this embodiment, the correspondence set establishing module 21 further includes a distinguishing code setting unit 215, configured to set a distinguishing code of each client box code when the client box code is more than one, and set the distinguishing codes of the client box codes to be different.
The operation of the specific packaging box label checking system is described in detail in the above packaging box checking method, and will not be described here again.
In the packaging box labeling verification method and system provided by the application, the packaging box labeling verification method and system are used for establishing the corresponding relation set of the packaging box codes and the client box labeling codes, printing labels based on the corresponding relation, scanning the packaging box code labels and the client box labeling code labels on the box body by the scanning terminal, judging whether the packaging box codes and the client box labeling codes correspond or not based on the corresponding relation set, so that the consistency of the client box labeling code labels on the packaging box is ensured, the technical problem of inconsistent client labels attached to the existing packaging box is solved, and client complaints and claims are avoided.

receiving scanning data of a packing box code label and a client box label code label on a packing box scanned by a scanning terminal;
judging whether the corresponding relation between the packing box code label and the client box label code label is correct or not based on the corresponding relation set and the scanning data; if yes, judging that the client box label is attached correctly;
wherein, the client box label code is at least one; the packing box code label is attached with a packing box code, and the client box label code label is attached with a client box label code;
the corresponding relation set of the packing box code and the client box label code is established and stored, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
inputting a printing instruction to a bar code printing device, so that the bar code printing device generates and stores the corresponding relation set based on the printing instruction; wherein, the corresponding relation set comprises at least one item, and each item generates a packing box code and a client box code with unique corresponding relation;
the bar code printing device prints the packing box code label and the client box label code label by taking the item as a unit based on the corresponding relation set;
after printing, the packing box code label and the client box label code label are attached to a packing box by taking the item as a unit; the customer box labeling code labels are multiple and are respectively attached to different positions of the box body.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein when more than one customer box label code is provided, each customer box label code is configured to include a distinguishing code, and the distinguishing codes of the respective customer box label codes are different.
3. The packing box paste verification system is characterized by comprising a corresponding relation set establishment module, a storage module, a scanning terminal and a verification module;
the corresponding relation set establishing module is used for establishing a corresponding relation set of the packing box code and the client box label code;
the storage module is used for storing a relation set corresponding to the packing box code and the client box label code;
the scanning terminal is used for scanning a packing box code label and a client box label code label on a packing box to obtain scanning data;
the verification module is used for reading the corresponding relation set from the storage module and judging whether the corresponding relation between the packing box code label and the client box label code label is correct or not based on the corresponding relation set and the scanning data; if yes, judging that the client box label is attached correctly;
wherein, the client box label code is at least one; the packing box code label is attached with a packing box code, and the client box label code label is attached with a client box label code;

after printing, the packing box code label and the client box label code label are attached to a packing box by taking the item as a unit; the customer box labeling code labels are multiple and are respectively attached to different positions of the box body.
