Step S107, a mapping relation between the integrated label document and the second box number is established in the chip warehousing system;
and step S108, based on the chip warehousing system, material information tracing and accounting data processing are executed.
The first box number is used for marking an inner box of the chip storage materials, and the second box number is used for marking an outer box for loading the inner box.
In this embodiment, the execution body may be a terminal device or a server running a chip stocker system.
Specifically, when the chip storage materials are put in storage, integrated label bills can be associated, the integrated label bills can be entity bills attached to the surfaces of the chip storage materials, the integrated label bills can also be electronic bills and are associated with the chip storage materials in advance, and the integrated label bills are transmitted into the chip storage system by a third party system. Wherein the integrated tag bill at least comprises an integrated code, a unique code and a box number. The integrated code can be expressed in a two-dimensional code form, and can be accessed into a chip warehousing system by scanning the integrated code to read various information associated with the unique code. The unique code can be expressed in a unique character string form, and the unique code corresponding to each chip storage material is obtained by a unique identification generation method aiming at each chip storage material. The first box number can be expressed in a numbering form and is used for identifying the inner packaging box corresponding to the chip storage materials (the inner packaging box needs to be placed in the outer packaging box when the chip storage materials are delivered).
And then, executing the main body to scan the integrated label bill, and scanning the integrated code in the form of the two-dimensional code to read various information related to the unique code in the chip warehousing system, wherein the various information at least comprises information to be warehoused. The information to be put in storage is used for identifying that the materials need to be put in storage and can be in the form of an identifier. If the unique code matched warehousing identifier exists, the information to be warehoused exists, namely, the current chip warehouse material is allowed to be warehoused. If the unique code matched warehousing identifier does not exist, the fact that the information to be warehoused does not exist is determined, namely, the current chip warehouse material is not allowed to enter a warehouse.
And for the ex-warehouse scene of the chip warehouse materials, continuously scanning the integrated label bill, and reading the material information associated with the unique code by scanning the integrated code. The material information is used for identifying the material quantity, the material category, the material warehouse-in and warehouse-out time and the like. And then, locking and boxing the material information, namely adding a locking and boxing identifier in the material information for identifying that the chip storage material needs to be delivered. And then, generating a second box number based on a preset rule to serve as an identifier of the outer box. And a mapping relation between the integrated label bill and the second box number is established in the chip warehousing system and is used for identifying the inner box and the outer box of the warehouse-out of the chip warehouse materials.
And the material information tracing and the accounting data processing can be performed based on various information associated with the unique code in the chip warehousing system.
The chip warehousing system comprises a web service module and a physical integrated code; if the integrated code information of the real object is generated by the third party system, the third party system transmits the corresponding information to the warehousing system through an Http protocol. The chip warehousing system compares the system data with the physical data according to the sweeping integration, and if the comparison is successful, the chip warehousing system is allowed to execute corresponding operations such as: scanning codes, warehousing, scanning codes, moving the warehouse, scanning codes, checking and the like; otherwise, the system prompts account inconsistent information and terminates the corresponding operation; thereby achieving the corresponding account consistency. In the current chip manufacturing industry, more locking and information tracing of test materials are carried out through batches, but the actual ordering time of one batch is not necessarily consistent with the shipment time, and the information of a specific box of materials cannot be accurately positioned; however, the mode of using one object and one code and an integrated label can trace the production of specific materials according to the unique code; the unique code can acquire all operation information such as the material supply time, the ordering time, the packaging time, the warehousing time, the shipment time and whether the current material has the transfer of a stock position or borrowing and the like of the current material; and the later information tracing of the client is facilitated.
Specifically, when the system performs data interaction with the MES system, all operations are performed by code scanning, and the system uses an integrated tag to perform code scanning information confirmation according to the generated unique code and a one-object one-code technology; the account consistency of the materials is ensured through the unique code and the integrated label; for example, when the finished product is put in storage: the warehouse acquires system data by scanning a unique code in the integrated code, the system judges whether the material has information to be put in storage or not by the unique code, when the information to be put in storage is acquired, the system allows the material to be put in storage, otherwise, the system prompts error reporting to prohibit the material from being put in storage; when finished products are shipped and boxed, firstly, a warehouse can acquire material information through an integrated code and a unique code through a label on an inner box, then locking and boxing are carried out in a WMS, and when the locking and boxing are carried out, a system can automatically generate a unique box number according to rules in a field or rules given by clients (the general rules are 3-bit client codes yyMM-00001; the client rules are defined by the clients); when OQC2 (shipment inspection), the integrated code, the unique code and the box number are scanned; examples of integrated code content: shipment model/customer lot number/unique code (the inner box is defined as unique code box by box, the outer box is defined as box number, one box number can be correlated with a plurality of unique codes, because one outer box can be packed for boxing according to customer requirements); the function of comparing the inner box label with the outer box label and with the account of the system is realized, and the accuracy of the shipment data is ensured.
As an optional implementation manner, before scanning the integrated label document corresponding to the chip warehouse material, the method further includes:
And acquiring the integrated tag bill generated by the third party system through an Http protocol.
As an optional implementation manner, based on the chip warehousing system, material information tracing and accounting data processing are performed, including:
acquiring chip warehousing data from the chip warehousing system;
Acquiring real object storage data in a chip storage warehouse;
Comparing the chip warehouse data with the real warehouse data to obtain a data comparison result;
if the data comparison results indicate that the comparison is consistent, allowing the material information to be traced; wherein, the material information trace at least includes: code scanning warehouse-in information tracing, code scanning warehouse-out information tracing and code scanning inventory information tracing;
and if the data comparison result indicates that the comparison is inconsistent, performing accounting data processing based on the physical storage data so as to realize account consistency.
In this embodiment, if the data comparison result indicates that the data comparison result is inconsistent, the chip bin storage data may be corrected based on a data difference between the physical bin storage data and the chip bin storage data, so that the corrected chip bin storage data is consistent with the physical bin storage data. And the chip financial system can be connected into the chip warehousing system, and the accounting data is updated based on the corrected chip warehousing data so as to improve the accuracy of the accounting data.
As an optional implementation manner, each unique code is stored in the chip warehousing system, and the material incoming time, the material ordering time, the material packaging time, the material warehouse-in time, the material warehouse-out time, the material warehouse-in position transfer data and the material borrowing data are associated with each unique code.
As an optional implementation manner, the generating the second bin number based on the preset rule includes:
Determining locking and boxing customer data corresponding to the chip warehouse materials;
determining the preset rule matched with the locking boxing client data in the chip warehousing system;
And generating the second box number based on the preset rule.
In this embodiment, the locked boxing client data corresponding to the chip warehouse material may establish an association relationship with the unique code in advance, and after determining the locked boxing client data, a preset rule matched with the locked boxing client data may be determined in the chip warehouse system, and based on this, a second box number conforming to the preset rule may be generated. The locked boxing client data is the data of the clients to be transported to after the chip warehouse materials are boxed, and based on the data, the box numbers matched with the client formats can be automatically generated, so that the chip warehouse management is facilitated.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the chip storage materials are put in storage, the integrated label bill corresponding to the chip storage materials is scanned; judging whether the information to be warehoused matched with the unique code exists in the chip warehouse system or not based on the unique code; if the storage permission exists, determining the storage permission corresponding to the chip storage materials as the permission of storage; scanning integrated label receipts when the chip warehouse materials are delivered out of the warehouse; acquiring material information of chip warehouse materials in a chip warehouse system through the integrated code and the unique code, and locking and boxing the material information; generating a second box number based on a preset rule when locking and boxing are carried out; establishing a mapping relation between an integrated tag bill and a second box number in a chip warehousing system; and executing material information tracing and accounting data processing based on the chip warehousing system. Therefore, the invention can use a one-object one-code and integrated label mode to trace the production of specific materials according to the unique code.
Having described the method of an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a material control apparatus for chip stocker according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, which includes at least a scanning unit 201, a stocker control unit 202, a stocker control unit 203, and a material control unit 204, will be described with reference to fig. 2.

As an alternative embodiment, the scanning unit 201 is further configured to:
And before the integrated label document corresponding to the chip warehouse material is scanned, acquiring the integrated label document generated by a third party system through an Http protocol.
As an alternative embodiment, the material control unit 204 is specifically configured to:
acquiring chip warehousing data from the chip warehousing system;
Acquiring real object storage data in a chip storage warehouse;
Comparing the chip warehouse data with the real warehouse data to obtain a data comparison result;
if the data comparison results indicate that the comparison is consistent, allowing the material information to be traced; wherein, the material information trace at least includes: code scanning warehouse-in information tracing, code scanning warehouse-out information tracing and code scanning inventory information tracing;
and if the data comparison result indicates that the comparison is inconsistent, performing accounting data processing based on the physical storage data so as to realize account consistency.
As an alternative embodiment, the ex-warehouse control unit 203 is specifically configured to:
Determining locking and boxing customer data corresponding to the chip warehouse materials;
determining the preset rule matched with the locking boxing client data in the chip warehousing system;
