本发明提供一种阻燃聚乙烯塑料薄膜的生产方法,其包括以下步骤:(1)备料,选用聚乙烯40‑60份,十溴二苯醚15份,三氧化二锑3‑5份;(2)将上述原料混合均匀后送入双螺杆挤出机进行加热融化;(3)融化后的物料从吹塑机挤出,薄膜的吹胀比控制在2.5‑3.0;(4)吹胀牵引,吹胀牵引比控制在2.5‑3.0,同时进行风环冷却;(5)通过夹板把圆筒形的薄膜叠合为平面状;(6)牵引,在牵引辊的牵引下,薄膜被纵向拉伸,牵引比控制在4‑6;(7)除静电,在牵引机中,电晕装置对薄膜进行静电脱除,电晕电压为50‑60Kv,时间为20‑30分钟;(8)收卷,将薄膜卷绕在气胀轴上。本发明所生产的塑料薄膜具有良好的阻燃性能。

一种阻燃聚乙烯塑料薄膜的生产方法
技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种阻燃聚乙烯塑料薄膜的生产方法。
背景技术
目前,塑料薄膜的使用更加广泛,由于塑料薄膜属于有机材料,有较强的可燃性,为降低塑料薄膜的可燃性,产生了具有阻燃功能的塑料薄膜,但是目前具有阻燃功能的塑料薄膜的品种尚不够丰富,不能满足需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有阻燃功能的聚乙烯塑料薄膜的生产方法,以丰富塑料薄膜的品种,具体的技术方案如下:
一种阻燃聚乙烯塑料薄膜的生产方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)备料,选用聚乙烯40-60份,十溴二苯醚15份,三氧化二锑3-5份;
(2)将上述原料混合均匀后送入双螺杆挤出机进行加热融化;
(3)融化后的物料从吹塑机挤出,薄膜的吹胀比控制在2.5-3.0;
(4)吹胀牵引,吹胀牵引比控制在2.5-3.0,同时进行风环冷却;
(5)通过夹板把圆筒形的薄膜叠合为平面状;
(6)牵引,在牵引辊的牵引下,薄膜被纵向拉伸,牵引比控制在4-6;
(7)除静电,在牵引机中,电晕装置对薄膜进行静电脱除,电晕电压为50-60Kv,时间为20-30分钟;
(8)收卷,将薄膜卷绕在气胀轴上。
进一步,双螺杆挤压机的各段温度为:加料段温度140-150℃,中段温度160-170℃,前段温度160-170℃,机头温度170℃。
该生产方法中采用了十溴二苯醚和三氧化二锑,两者相配合具有很好的阻燃效果。另外,本发明的工艺合理,能够实现自动化生产,效率较高,采用本发明所生产的塑料薄膜外观良好无褶皱、透明度高、厚薄均匀,具有良好的阻燃效果,

实施例1
1#阻燃聚乙烯塑料薄膜的生产,其包括以下步骤:
(1)备料,选用聚乙烯40份,十溴二苯醚15份,三氧化二锑3份;
(2)将上述原料混合均匀后送入双螺杆挤出机进行加热融化;
(3)融化后的物料从吹塑机挤出,薄膜的吹胀比控制在2.5;
(4)吹胀牵引,吹胀牵引比控制在2.5,同时进行风环冷却;
(5)通过夹板把圆筒形的薄膜叠合为平面状;
(6)牵引,在牵引辊的牵引下,薄膜被纵向拉伸,牵引比控制在4;
(7)除静电,在牵引机中,电晕装置对薄膜进行静电脱除,电晕电压为50Kv,时间为30分钟;
(8)收卷,将薄膜卷绕在气胀轴上。
进一步,双螺杆挤压机的各段温度为:加料段温度140℃,中段温度160℃,前段温度160℃,机头温度170℃。
实施例2
2#阻燃聚乙烯塑料薄膜的生产,其包括以下步骤:
(1)备料,选用聚乙烯60份,十溴二苯醚15份,三氧化二锑5份;
(2)将上述原料混合均匀后送入双螺杆挤出机进行加热融化;
(3)融化后的物料从吹塑机挤出,薄膜的吹胀比控制在3.0;
(4)吹胀牵引,吹胀牵引比控制在3.0,同时进行风环冷却;
(5)通过夹板把圆筒形的薄膜叠合为平面状;
(6)牵引,在牵引辊的牵引下,薄膜被纵向拉伸,牵引比控制在6;
(7)除静电,在牵引机中,电晕装置对薄膜进行静电脱除,电晕电压为60Kv,时间为20分钟;
(8)收卷,将薄膜卷绕在气胀轴上。
进一步,双螺杆挤压机的各段温度为:加料段温度150℃,中段温度170℃,前段温度170℃,机头温度170℃。
实施例3
3#阻燃聚乙烯塑料薄膜的生产,
一种阻燃聚乙烯塑料薄膜的生产方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)备料,选用聚乙烯50份,十溴二苯醚15份,三氧化二锑4份;
(2)将上述原料混合均匀后送入双螺杆挤出机进行加热融化;
(3)融化后的物料从吹塑机挤出,薄膜的吹胀比控制在2.8;
(4)吹胀牵引,吹胀牵引比控制在2.8,同时进行风环冷却;
(5)通过夹板把圆筒形的薄膜叠合为平面状;
(6)牵引,在牵引辊的牵引下,薄膜被纵向拉伸,牵引比控制在5;
(7)除静电,在牵引机中,电晕装置对薄膜进行静电脱除,电晕电压为55Kv,时间为25分钟;
(8)收卷,将薄膜卷绕在气胀轴上。
进一步,双螺杆挤压机的各段温度为:加料段温度145℃,中段温度165℃,前段温度165℃,机头温度170℃。

1.一种阻燃聚乙烯塑料薄膜的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)备料,选用聚乙烯40-60份,十溴二苯醚15份,三氧化二锑3-5份;
(2)将上述原料混合均匀后送入双螺杆挤出机进行加热融化;
(3)融化后的物料从吹塑机挤出,薄膜的吹胀比控制在2.5-3.0;
(4)吹胀牵引,吹胀牵引比控制在2.5-3.0,同时进行风环冷却;
(5)通过夹板把圆筒形的薄膜叠合为平面状;
(6)牵引,在牵引辊的牵引下,薄膜被纵向拉伸,牵引比控制在4-6;
(7)除静电,在牵引机中,电晕装置对薄膜进行静电脱除,电晕电压为50-60Kv,时间为20-30分钟;
