技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制品表面处理领域,具体涉及一种塑料制品的表面镀金属方法。
背景技术
在日常生活中,可以用很多塑料制品做的产品代替五金类金属产品所具有的用途,但是人们的潜意识中还是比较喜欢用有金属质感的产品,例如手机、电脑和汽车等等领域,塑料金属化的主要目的和优点有:(1)获得金属光泽以提高装饰性能,并弥补树脂成型过程中产生的花斑、气饱缺陷。(2)提高塑料板材的表面性能,如耐磨性、耐热性、耐侯性、耐蚀性等。(3)改善制件的吸水、吸湿性。(4)提高制件的力学性能。(5)使塑料具有金属的导电性能。(7)减轻产品重量,降低成本。传统给塑料制品表面电镀加工方法采用类似化学电镀和水电镀加工的方法,这两种电镀工艺方法存在重金属离子的使用及残余的情况,对环境造成较为严重的污染的问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种塑料制品的表面镀金属方法,该方法克服现有技术缺陷,具有污染少、塑料制品金属层不易脱落的特点。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种塑料制品表面镀金属方法,包括如下步骤:
A、退火:对塑料板材进行退火处理;
B、清洗除尘:对塑料制品表面进行清洗,并进行干燥;对经过除油处理的塑料板材进行除电和除尘处理;
C、平整处理:对塑料板材表面进行处理,使其表面平整度为2-8mm;
D、喷底漆:在塑料制品表面进行喷底漆,底漆厚度15-30μm;
E、烘干:将喷有底漆的塑料制品表面进行烘干;
F、涂覆:将塑料制品表面涂覆环氧树脂与固化剂的混合物;
G、真空镀金属:将塑料制品放入真空环境,加热金属细丝使其蒸发并凝结在塑料制品表面形成金属薄膜;
H、喷面漆、烘烤面漆:将镀有金属薄膜的塑料制品表面喷涂面漆,面漆厚度5-15μm;进行干燥处理,使面漆完全干燥。
优选地,所述底漆为聚氨酯涂料、环氧涂料、氨基涂料或丙烯酸酯涂料任意一种。
优选地,所述面漆为丙烯酸酯清漆、聚酯清漆或聚氨酯清漆任意一种。
优选地,所述的退火步骤具体为:加热到50-70℃,并保持2-3h。
优选地,所述的环氧树脂与固化剂的质量比为2∶1。
优选地,所述的步骤H中干燥处理为:将塑料制品在60-80℃的温度下烘干固化8-10min,之后再采用30-50℃的温度烘干至水分含量为4-6%。
本发明先将塑料制品的表面经过退火、除尘、除油等处理,有利于加强金属在塑料板材上的附着力,使金属层更稳定,不易脱落;通过控制塑料板材的表面的粗糙度,进一步提高金属层的稳定性,并且能够避免重金属离子残余,降低污染环境的概率,节约能源。

下面结合实施例具体说明本发明。
实施例1
本实施例提供的塑料制品表面镀金属方法,包括如下步骤:
A、退火:对塑料板材进行退火处理;
B、清洗除尘:对塑料制品表面进行清洗,并进行干燥;对经过除油处理的塑料板材进行除电和除尘处理;
C、平整处理:对塑料板材表面进行处理,使其表面平整度为2mm;
D、喷底漆:在塑料制品表面进行喷底漆,底漆厚度15μm;
E、烘干:将喷有底漆的塑料制品表面进行烘干;
F、涂覆:将塑料制品表面涂覆环氧树脂与固化剂的混合物;
G、真空镀金属:将塑料制品放入真空环境,加热金属细丝使其蒸发并凝结在塑料制品表面形成金属薄膜;
H、喷面漆、烘烤面漆:将镀有金属薄膜的塑料制品表面喷涂面漆,面漆厚度5μm;进行干燥处理,使面漆完全干燥;

H、喷面漆、烘烤面漆:将镀有金属薄膜的塑料制品表面喷涂面漆,面漆厚度15μm;进行干燥处理,使面漆完全干燥;

本实施例提供的塑料制品表面镀金属方法,包括如下步骤:
A、退火:对塑料板材进行退火处理;
B、清洗除尘:对塑料制品表面进行清洗,并进行干燥;对经过除油处理的塑料板材进行除电和除尘处理;
C、平整处理:对塑料板材表面进行处理,使其表面平整度为6mm;
D、喷底漆:在塑料制品表面进行喷底漆,底漆厚度20μm;
E、烘干:将喷有底漆的塑料制品表面进行烘干;
F、涂覆:将塑料制品表面涂覆环氧树脂与固化剂的混合物;
G、真空镀金属:将塑料制品放入真空环境,加热金属细丝使其蒸发并凝结在塑料制品表面形成金属薄膜;
H、喷面漆、烘烤面漆:将镀有金属薄膜的塑料制品表面喷涂面漆,面漆厚度10μm;进行干燥处理,使面漆完全干燥;

1.一种塑料制品表面镀金属方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
A、退火:对塑料板材进行退火处理;
B、清洗除尘:对塑料制品表面进行清洗,并进行干燥;对经过除油处理的塑料板材进行除电和除尘处理;
C、平整处理:对塑料板材表面进行处理,使其表面平整度为2-8mm;
D、喷底漆:在塑料制品表面进行喷底漆,底漆厚度15-30μm;
E、烘干:将喷有底漆的塑料制品表面进行烘干;
F、涂覆:将塑料制品表面涂覆环氧树脂与固化剂的混合物;
G、真空镀金属:将塑料制品放入真空环境,加热金属细丝使其蒸发并凝结在塑料制品表面形成金属薄膜;
H、喷面漆、烘烤面漆:将镀有金属薄膜的塑料制品表面喷涂面漆,面漆厚度5-15μm;进行干燥处理,使面漆完全干燥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料制品表面镀金属方法,其特征在于:所述底漆为聚氨酯涂料、环氧涂料、氨基涂料或丙烯酸酯涂料任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑料制品表面镀金属方法,其特征在于:所述面漆为丙烯酸酯清漆、聚酯清漆或聚氨酯清漆任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑料制品表面镀金属方法,其特征在于:所述的退火步骤具体为:加热到50-70℃,并保持2-3h。
5.根据权利要求1所述的塑料制品表面镀金属方法,其特征在于:所述的环氧树脂与固化剂的质量比为2∶1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的塑料制品表面镀金属方法,其特征在于:
所述的步骤H中干燥处理为:将塑料制品在60-80℃的温度下烘干固化8-10min,之后再采用30-50℃的温度烘干至水分含量为4-6%。
