the top rod 4 comprises a shell 41, a movable plate 42 and a first rod 43; the bottom of the shell 41 is fixedly arranged on the bottom plate 21, and one side of the shell 41 is provided with a second hole 411; the second hole 411 is connected with a control valve, the control valve of the second hole controls the air pressure in the shell 41, and the air pressure in the shell 41 is controlled by adjusting the opening and closing of the control valve, so that the first rod 43 is controlled to move in the vertical direction; the movable plate 42 is located inside the housing 41; one end of the first rod 43 is fixedly connected with the movable plate 42, and the other end of the first rod 43 is positioned in the first hole 131; a spring is arranged between the top of the movable plate 42 and the inner wall of the housing 41, the spring is sleeved on the first rod 43, and the spring is used for resetting the movable plate 42. In the processing of the automobile plate, the plate generally has a complex curved surface and an arc shape. Thus, the stamping forming of the vehicle thus results; the automobile plate punching machine in the prior art has the defects that on one hand, a cross frame 14 for punching the automobile plate cannot move left and right, the distance between the cross frame 14 and a transmission unit 3 cannot be adjusted, and for the automobile plate with small size, the automobile plate is easy to fall in a gap between the transmission unit 3 and the cross frame 14, so that the punching of the automobile plate is influenced, meanwhile, in the process of punching the automobile plate by matching the male die 12 and the female die 13, the female die 13 is easily damaged by the impact force of the male die 12 due to the impact force of the male die 12, so that the service lives of the male die 12 and the female die 13 are influenced; on the other hand, after the automobile plate is stamped, the automobile plate is not easy to leave the female die 13, so that discontinuity of the stamping process is caused, and the stamping efficiency and effect of the automobile plate are influenced; the invention is provided with a supporting unit 2, a transmission unit 3 and a plurality of groups of ejector rods 4; through the mutual matching among the supporting unit 2, the transmission unit 3 and the multiple groups of ejector rods 4, on one hand, the cross frame 14 moves left and right through the adjustment of the first telescopic rod 22 and the second telescopic rod 23, and the gap between the cross frame 14 and the transmission unit 3 is adjusted, so that the stamping efficiency of the automobile plate is improved; on the other hand, when the male die 12 and the female die 13 punch the automobile plate, the first telescopic rod 22 and the second telescopic rod 23 are extruded to contract, so that the impact force of the male die 12 is buffered, the male die 12 and the female die 13 are prevented from being damaged, and the service lives of the male die 12 and the female die 13 are prolonged.
The automobile plate in the previous process flows into the first transmission unit 31, the gas stored in the gas storage chamber 15 is transmitted to the first impeller 311, the gas drives the first impeller 311 to rotate through the mutual matching between the gas and the first impeller 311, so that the first roller 312 and the second roller 313 are driven to rotate, and the automobile plate is conveyed to the right end of the belt 314 from the left end of the belt 314 by the first roller 312 and the second roller 313 in the rotation process; meanwhile, the first telescopic rod 22 and the second telescopic rod 23 are adjusted to enable the cross frame 14 to move leftwards, and the automobile plate is conveyed to the female die 13; at the moment, the telescopic hydraulic cylinder 11 is controlled to enable the male die 12 to move downwards, the male die 12 and the female die 13 are matched to punch the automobile plate, the cross frame 14 extrudes the first telescopic rod 22 and the second telescopic rod 23 in the punching process of the automobile plate, the first telescopic rod 22 and the second telescopic rod 23 buffer the impact force on the female die 13, the male die 12 and the female die 13 are prevented from being damaged, and therefore the service lives of the male die 12 and the female die 13 are prolonged; after the automobile plate is punched, gas enters the shell 41 from the second hole 411 by adjusting the control valve, the movable plate 42 is pushed by the gas, the movable plate 42 pushes the first rod 43 to move upwards, and the first rod 43 pushes the punched automobile plate out of the female die 13 in the movement; after the automobile plate is ejected out of the female die 13, adjustment and control are performed, gas is stopped from entering the shell 41 from the second hole 411, the movable plate 42 is reset under the action of the spring, and therefore the first rod 43 moves downwards, and the height of the first rod 43 is lower than that of the first hole 131; and meanwhile, the first telescopic rod 22 and the second telescopic rod 23 are adjusted, so that the cross frame 14 moves rightwards, the punched automobile plate is conveyed to the second transmission unit 32, and the punched automobile plate is conveyed to the next process through the cooperation between gas and the first impeller 311.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a first air bag 16 is disposed at the bottom of the cross frame 14; the first air bag 16 is located in the middle of two ends of the cross frame 14, one end of the first air bag 16 is fixedly connected with the cross frame 14, the other end of the first air bag 16 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate 21, and the first air bag 16 is used for providing air for the air storage chamber 15 and has a damping effect on the cross frame 14. In the prior art, the rotation of the transmission unit 3 needs to be driven by electric power, and a power source generated by punching an automobile plate by matching the male die 12 and the female die 13 is not utilized, so that the resource loss is caused; according to the invention, the first air bag 16 is arranged, on one hand, the transverse frame 14 extrudes the first air bag 16 in the matching stamping of the male die 12 and the female die 13, the first air bag 16 is extruded to blow air outwards, and the blown air is conveyed into the air storage box to be stored, so that a power source is provided for the rotation of the transmission unit 3, and the utilization rate of resources is further improved; on the other hand, in the processes of air suction and air blowing of the first air bag 16, the first air bag 16 buffers the impact force on the female die 13, so that the male die 12 and the female die 13 are prevented from being damaged, and the service lives of the male die 12 and the female die 13 are prolonged.
When the male die 12 and the female die 13 are matched to punch the automobile plate, at the moment of collision between the male die 12 and the female die 13, the cross frame 14 moves downwards to extrude the first air bag 16, the first air bag 16 inflates outwards, the first air bag 16 buffers the impact force on the female die 13, and the inflated air is conveyed to the air storage chamber 15 to be stored; meanwhile, the first air bag 16 sucks air inwards, the first air bag 16 resets, the first air bag 16 pushes the cross frame 14 to move upwards in the resetting process, and the male die 12 and the female die 13 are matched to punch and form the automobile plate.
As an embodiment of the present invention, a transition unit 5 is provided on the top of the cross frame 14; the transition units 5 are located at two ends of the cross frame 14, the transition unit 5 located at the left end is used for stamping the automobile plate conveyed by the first transmission unit 31 at the position where the automobile plate is transited to the female die 13, the transition unit 5 located at the right end is used for transiting the stamped automobile plate to the second transmission unit 32, and the transition unit 5 comprises a mounting plate 51, a second impeller 52 and a first transmission roller 53; two ends of the first driving roller 53 are fixedly connected to the mounting plate 51, and the first driving rollers 53 are uniformly distributed on the cross frame 14; the mounting plate 51 is fixedly connected to the cross frame 14; no. two impeller 52 sleeves are established at the both ends of a driving roller 53, and No. two impeller 52 and a driving roller 53 rotate to be connected. Because a distance exists between the transmission unit 3 and the female die 13, in the prior art scheme, the distance is not designed, the automobile plate transmitted by the first transmission unit 31 is not easy to be conveyed to the female die 13, and the automobile plate at the female die 13 is also not easy to be conveyed to the second transmission unit 32, so that the continuity of the punching and forming work of the automobile plate is influenced; according to the automobile plate stamping device, the transition unit 5 is arranged, so that the automobile plate can be rapidly conveyed from the first transmission unit 31 to the female die 13 or the automobile plate can be rapidly conveyed from the female die 13 to the second transmission unit 32, and the automobile plate stamping efficiency is improved.
When the automobile plate is conveyed from the first transmission unit 31 to the transition unit 5, the gas in the gas storage chamber 15 acts on the second impeller 52, and the first transmission roller 53 rotates through the mutual matching between the gas and the second impeller 52, so that the automobile plate on the first transmission roller 53 is conveyed to the female die 13 for stamping in the rotation process; after the automobile plate is punched, the ejector rod 4 ejects the automobile plate and moves to the transition unit 5 at the right end of the cross frame 14, and the automobile plate is conveyed to the second transmission unit 32 through the cooperation between gas and the second impeller 52.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the end of the first rod 43 is semi-spherical, one end of the semi-spherical is located at the first hole 131, and the semi-spherical end is used for separating the punched automobile plate from the female die 13. Through setting one end of the first rod 43 into a semi-spherical shape, in the ejection die 13 of the punched automobile plate, the automobile plate passes through one end of the semi-spherical shape in the first rod 43, so that the automobile plate is conveyed to the transition unit 5 at the right end of the cross frame 14, and the punching efficiency of the automatic punching equipment is improved.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the first rod 43 is provided with a first channel 431; the first channel 431 is located in the middle of the first rod 43, and the first channel 431 is used for heat dissipation of the automobile plate. In the stamping process of the automobile plate, heat is generated, so that the temperature is increased, and the stamping effect of the automobile plate is influenced; according to the automobile plate stamping device, the first channel 431 is formed, so that when the ejector rod 4 ejects an automobile plate out of the female die 13, gas in the shell 41 is output along the first channel 431, on one hand, the gas cools the automobile plate, and therefore the stamping effect of the automobile plate is improved; on the other hand, the dust generated in the stamping process is blown away from the concave die 13 by the gas, so that the stamping effect of the automobile plate is prevented from being influenced by the dust, and the stamping effect of the automobile plate is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first rod 43 is provided with a first groove 432; the first groove 432 is positioned at one end of the semi-sphere shape, and the first groove 432 is internally provided with an ejection unit 6; the ejection unit 6 comprises an electromagnet 61, a first shaft 62, a third impeller 63 and a drainage plate 64; the number of the electromagnets 61 is two, and the cross section of each electromagnet 61 is circular; two ends of the first shaft 62 are fixedly connected with the electromagnets 61, and a third impeller 63 is sleeved on the outer ring of the first shaft 62; the flow guide plate 64 is fixedly arranged on the first channel 431, the flow guide plate 64 is used for guiding gas to the third impeller 63, the flow guide plate 64 and the third impeller 63 are arranged, the flow guide plate 64 guides the gas output by the first channel 431 to the third impeller 63, and the third impeller 63 drives the electromagnet 61 to rotate through mutual matching of the gas and the third impeller 63; the bottom of the male die 12 is provided with a shaking unit 7; the shaking unit 7 is used for enabling the automobile plate to accurately enter the female die 13 for stamping, and the shaking unit 7 comprises a second rod 71, a circular fixing block 72 and a first spring 73; the second rod 71 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the male die 12; the round fixed blocks 72 are fixedly connected to two sides of the second rod 71; the first spring 73 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the male die 12, the first spring 73 is located on the periphery of the second rod 71, the first spring 73 and the second rod 71 are made of magnetic materials, and magnetic attraction exists between the first spring 73, the second rod 71 and the electromagnet 61. In the stamping process of the automobile plate, the automobile plate is not easy to be accurately conveyed to the female die 13 for stamping, so that the stamping effect of the automobile plate is influenced; the invention is provided with a shaking unit 7 and an ejection unit 6; through the mutual matching between the shaking unit 7 and the ejection unit 6, on one hand, the automobile plate is accurately conveyed to the female die 13, so that the automobile plate is fully punched, and the punching effect of the automobile plate is improved; on the other hand, the punched automobile plate rotates along the rotating electromagnet 61, so that the automobile plate can rapidly move to the transition unit 5, and the punching efficiency of the automobile plate is improved.
In the process that the telescopic hydraulic cylinder 11 drives the male die 12 to move downwards, the length of the first spring 73 is longer than that of the second rod 71, the first spring 73 contacts with an automobile plate firstly, the first spring 73 is compressed by extrusion, the second rod 71 continues to move downwards, the circular fixing block 72 impacts the first spring 73 in the moving process of the second rod 71, the second rod 71 shakes, the first telescopic rod 22 and the second telescopic rod 23 are in a state communicated with the outside at the moment, the male die 12 shakes as the multiple groups of shaking units 7 are arranged in the automatic punching equipment, the automobile plate is accurately conveyed to the female die 13 in the shaking process of the male die 12, the automobile plate is accurately punched, and the punching effect of the automobile plate is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the outer ring of the electromagnet 61 is coated with an anti-slip material, and the anti-slip material is used to increase the friction between the automobile sheet and the electromagnet 61. In the process that the automobile plate is ejected out by the ejector rod 4, the automobile plate can be rapidly conveyed to the transition unit 5 from the female die 13, and therefore the stamping efficiency of the automobile plate is improved.
A control circuit of automatic stamping equipment for automobile plates comprises a control unit for controlling the operation of the stamping equipment and further comprises
The electric unit comprises a first electromagnetic valve and a second electromagnetic valve, the first electromagnetic valve and the second electromagnetic valve are both connected with the control unit, the first electromagnetic valve is used for controlling the hydraulic pump to work, the hydraulic pump provides power for the telescopic hydraulic cylinder 11, and the telescopic hydraulic cylinder 11 is used for controlling the male die 12 to translate in the direction vertical to the female die 13, so that the automobile plate is punched; the second electromagnetic valve is used for controlling the pneumatic pump to work, the pneumatic pump provides power for the first telescopic rod 22 and the second telescopic rod 23, and the first telescopic rod 22 and the second telescopic rod 23 are used for controlling the transverse frame 14 to horizontally translate, so that the automobile plate material rack is suitable for automobile plates of different sizes.
