本发明属于空气净化技术领域,具体涉及一种染色车间的净化清理***。
背景技术
布料染色车间中高温热水很容易产生大量的水蒸气,由于高温水中含有染料,染料及其他药剂在添加时往往会产生大量扬尘,这些扬尘飘散在车间的空气中,在水蒸气的作用下,弥漫在车间四处,严重影响车间内工作人员的身体健康,一般的车间净化装置很难有效的处理。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种染色车间的净化清理***,包括有倒扣的集气罩,集气罩上连接有风管,风管连接有冷凝器,冷凝器的排水口连接有集水槽,冷凝器的出气口连接有吸附箱,吸附箱中设有蜂窝状活性炭,吸附箱上设有进气口和排气口,进气口连通冷凝器的出气口,排气口连接有排风机。
集气罩的下端设有绕集气罩罩口一周的接水槽,集气罩的内壁延伸至接水槽中。
吸附箱的上端设有箱盖,吸附箱内设有用于放置蜂窝状活性炭的挂架,挂架上放满蜂窝状活性炭后将吸附箱内部分隔成前半部分和后半部分,前半部分连通进气口,后半部分连通排气口。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的染色车间的净化清理***,针对布料染色车间中水汽大,有毒扬尘多的特点,能够有效的排出净化车间的空气,并将有毒物质截留。

如图1所示,一种染色车间的净化清理***,包括有倒扣的集气罩1,集气罩1上连接有风管2,风管2连接有冷凝器3,冷凝器3的排水口4连接有集水槽5,冷凝器3的出气口10连接有吸附箱6,吸附箱6中设有蜂窝状活性炭7,吸附箱6上设有进气口8和排气口9,进气口8连通冷凝器3的出气口10,排气口9连接有排风机11。冷凝器将空气中的水蒸气冷凝排出,空气中的大部分扬尘也随着冷凝水排出,还有一部分的扬尘被蜂窝状活性炭7吸附。
集气罩1的下端设有绕集气罩1罩口一周的接水槽12,集气罩1的内壁延伸至接水槽12中,接水槽12连接有集水桶13。
吸附箱6的上端设有箱盖14,吸附箱6内设有用于放置蜂窝状活性炭7的挂架15,挂架15上放满蜂窝状活性炭7后将吸附箱6内部分隔成前半部分和后半部分,前半部分连通进气口8,后半部分连通排气口9。蜂窝状活性炭7在工作一断时间后呈饱和状态,将饱和的蜂窝状活性炭7取出利用清水或者干净气流冲刷,蜂窝状活性炭7可以重复利用,节约成本。

2.如权利要求1所述的染色车间的净化清理***,其特征在于,所述集气罩的下端设有绕集气罩罩口一周的接水槽,集气罩的内壁延伸至接水槽中。
3.如权利要求1所述的染色车间的净化清理***,其特征在于,所述吸附箱的上端设有箱盖,吸附箱内设有用于放置蜂窝状活性炭的挂架,挂架上放满蜂窝状活性炭后将吸附箱内部分隔成前半部分和后半部分,前半部分连通进气口,后半部分连通排气口。
