Technical Field
The invention relates to an asphalt waterproof coating, in particular to a heat-reflection type color spraying quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of waterproof coatings.
Background
In recent years, the spraying quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating is rapidly developed due to quick construction and excellent performance. The rubber asphalt emulsion is composed of a component A of rubber asphalt emulsion and a component B of a demulsifier, wherein the component A is composed of anionic high-solid-content emulsified asphalt, anionic neoprene latex, styrene-butadiene latex and other polymers, and is a water-based high polymer formed by blending and modifying. A, B components are mixed by special spraying equipment on site and then are demulsified and solidified quickly to form a waterproof coating. The multifunctional waterproof material integrates the functions of water resistance, corrosion resistance, seepage prevention and protection, and has wide application. However, asphalt is a material having a strong heat absorption property, and has a high heat radiation absorption rate to the sun, and asphalt can be converted from an elastomer to a plastomer at a high temperature, and its deformation resistance at a high temperature is rapidly reduced, and further, cracking, bubbling, sinking and the like occur.
And the traditional spraying quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof paint is black in color, is very easy to absorb heat, and cannot meet the requirement of beautifying and decorating, so that the paint is inapplicable to exposed waterproof projects with higher visual effects and decoration requirements.
There have been some studies in this direction in the past, including "the studies of spraying quick-setting type colored emulsified asphalt and its waterproof coating material", published by Zhangyi, Yangxong, Wu Lianqu, Rowang group, huang Wanli (Chinese building waterproof, 2017,10: 1-4); "standard and application discussion of reflective thermal insulation coating for building", published in forest industry "(Chinese coating, 2011, 7); "preparation and process research of spray-coating rapid-hardening colored waterproof material" (novel building material, 2017, 119-one 121) published by Liu Kai Wen, Lu Heng, Tianjing Su and Zhang Jingyu; and patent document CN201310665692.7, a heat reflection type polymer composite modified color emulsified asphalt and its mixture, CN201510873136.8, a color emulsified asphalt composition and its preparation method and application, and waterproof paint and waterproof coating film. Although the above studies have provided some colored emulsified asphalts, the studies have not been yet matured, and improvements in the properties of the coatings are still needed. The important performance of the coating, such as water resistance, is not allowed in the actual production if the color is changed.
Therefore, the inventor group develops a heat-reflection type color spraying quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating through years of research, and solves the problems that the color asphalt waterproof coating and the high aging resistance, self-healing performance and waterproof performance cannot be obtained simultaneously in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a preparation method of a heat reflection type color spraying quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating. The waterproof coating prepared by the method can realize instantaneous forming, has excellent ultraviolet resistance and aging resistance, strong self-healing repair capability, outstanding heat reflection effect, energy conservation and environmental protection, and can improve the comprehensive waterproof quality of buildings and shorten the construction period.

The cementing material comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 25-40 parts of aromatic oil, 3-8 parts of plasticizer, 50-70 parts of petroleum resin and 1-8 parts of rosin resin.
The aromatic oil, the plasticizer and the petroleum resin are proportionally put into a reaction kettle to be mixed, heated to 170-180 ℃, stirred for 1.5h, added with the rosin resin, and continuously stirred for 1-2h to obtain the cementing material.
The plasticizer is one or more of DOP, DBP and DOA.
The petroleum resin is one of hydrocarbon, acanthopanax hydrocarbon petroleum resin and carbon-nine petroleum resin.
The aromatic oil is one of aromatic oil special for modified asphalt of Guangdong Wanhong Jiuding Petroleum science and technology Limited A-60, Shandong Furun chemical Limited 70#, waterproof coating special for Shandong Mante petrochemical Limited waterproof coating, and Hengshui Diyi petrochemical Limited 5361.
The rosin resin is one of hydrogenated rosin of Shanghai Lisen chemical industry Co., Ltd, noncrystalline rosin of Guangzhou Songbao chemical industry Co., Ltd and red rosin of Shandong Haoyao new material Co., Ltd.
(2) Preparation of modified asphalt
The modified asphalt comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of cementing material, 5-15 parts of aromatic oil, 10-20 parts of engine oil, 3-8 parts of SBS, 3-10 parts of SBR and 1-5 parts of Sasobit.
Adding the cementing material, the aromatic oil and the engine oil into a reaction kettle, mixing in proportion, heating to 160 ℃ for 150-.
The Sasobit is a polyolefin-based petroleum asphalt modifier produced by Sasol Wax (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd.
The aromatic oil is one of aromatic oil special for modified asphalt of Guangdong Wanhong Jiuding Petroleum science and technology Limited A-60, Shandong Furun chemical Limited 70#, waterproof coating special for Shandong Mante petrochemical Limited waterproof coating, and Hengshui Diyi petrochemical Limited 5361.

(3) Emulsification of modified bitumen
The preparation raw materials of the emulsified modified asphalt comprise, by weight, 50-70 parts of modified asphalt, 25-50 parts of water, 1-3 parts of an anionic fast-cracking emulsifier and 0.2-1 part of a defoaming agent.
Adding an emulsifier and water into a reaction kettle, mixing, adding sodium hydroxide, stirring uniformly to prepare a soap solution, heating to 50 ℃, and adding a defoaming agent. The sodium hydroxide is added in an amount to stabilize the soap solution at a pH of 11.5 to 12.5. Emulsifying 180-plus 190 ℃ modified asphalt and soap solution by a colloid mill according to a proportion, and discharging to obtain the emulsified modified asphalt.

(4) Back end blending latex and pigment filler
Latex and pigment filler are blended at the rear end, and a component A is prepared, wherein the raw material components comprise the following components in parts by weight:
40-70 parts of emulsified modified asphalt, 10-30 parts of filler, 5-10 parts of infrared reflection pigment, 0.2-1 part of nano zinc oxide, 0.5-2 parts of dispersant, 15-30 parts of latex, 1-2 parts of bactericide, 15-35 parts of water and 1-3 parts of color paste.
The filler, the infrared reflection pigment, the nano zinc oxide, the dispersant, the latex, the emulsified modified asphalt, the bactericide, the water and the color paste are weighed according to a proportion, added into a reaction kettle and mixed, stirred for 1-2 hours and mixed uniformly to obtain the component A.
The filler is one or more of 800-mesh talcum powder, 2500-mesh heavy calcium, 1250-mesh silicon micropowder, 1250-mesh precipitated barium sulfate and anatase titanium dioxide.
The nano zinc oxide is a product of Ningbo Jinlei nano material science and technology Limited company JL-ZnO-2.
The dispersant is a sodium polycarboxylate dispersant.
The latex is styrene-butadiene latex or chloroprene latex.
The bactericide is one of F-089 coating bactericide and Kelaien DFX/1 bactericide and mildew preventive of Federal fine chemical engineering Limited in Guangdong.
The infrared reflection pigment is one or a mixture of two of Hensmeiris 550 and Hensmeiris 800.
The preparation of the component B comprises the following steps:
mixing calcium chloride, sodium chloride and water according to the mass ratio of 7.8: 0.2: 92, stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a component B for later use.
When the waterproof coating is used, two pipelines of a spraying machine are respectively inserted into a container filled with A, B two components, then the spraying machine is started, and A, B two components are simultaneously atomized, mixed and sprayed out. During the spraying construction, continuous net-shaped coating is formed instantly through high-speed collision, mixing and emulsion breaking. The spray gun is suitable to vertically move with the base layer at a constant speed, and the spray gun is sprayed to the thickness required by the design for multiple times and in a cross way.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the product has high solid content of 57-60%; water-based environmental protection, strong adhesive force, bonding strength: the dry basal plane is more than 0.9MPa, and the wet basal plane is more than 0.8 MPa; the waterproof coating is ultrahigh in elasticity, double-component spraying instant forming, convenient and fast to construct, wide in application range, capable of integrating water proofing and environment beautifying, suitable for construction of special-shaped roofs and really achieving skin type water proofing.
(2) The coating has the advantages of simple construction, strong site applicability, high film forming speed, outstanding heat reflection effect, capability of improving the comprehensive waterproof quality of buildings and shortening the construction period, and overcomes the defect that the traditional coating is easy to sag; the gel time is 2-3s, the actual drying time is 17-19 h, the elastic recovery rate is more than 90%, and the water tightness of the nail rod is as follows: no water seepage, water absorption: 24h, 0.7-0.9 percent.
(3) The colored asphalt material is adopted, the introduction of the traditional black asphalt and the visual fatigue of human eyes are avoided, the coating temperature is effectively reduced, and the urban 'heat island effect' is relieved; the hemispherical emissivity is more than 0.8.
