Abstract
The invention relates to a transparent barrier packaging film sealed at normal temperature and a preparation method thereof. The film layer structure of the packaging film is distributed into a BOPP film layer, an extruded PE film layer, an aluminum oxide coating layer, a PET film layer and a cold sealing adhesive coating layer; the extrusion coating PE film layer comprises a first extrusion coating layer bonded with the BOPP film layer and a second extrusion coating layer bonded with the alumina coating layer, the first extrusion coating layer comprises low-density polyethylene, and the second extrusion coating layer comprises low-density polyethylene and ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer; the cold sealing glue coating is formed by coating acrylic emulsion with the solid content of 56-58%. According to the invention, by designing the film layer structure of the packaging film and the formula of the corresponding film layer, the finally obtained packaging film not only avoids the damage of heat sealing temperature when the packaging content is sealed, but also ensures the moisture and oxygen resistance, and prolongs the quality guarantee period of the product. The invention has the normal temperature sealing function, high barrier and visualization performance and high sealing strength.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of film materials, and particularly relates to a transparent barrier packaging film sealed at normal temperature and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The food flexible package composite film generally adopts a film with heat sealing performance such as PE, CPP and the like as an inner layer material, and then seals the material by heating to protect products in the composite film, the principle is to melt and seal the heat sealing layer material in the inner layer of the composite film by electric heating or pulse heating, and the heat sealing mode has the defect that the heat required for sealing can have adverse effects on some heat-sensitive package contents such as chocolate, ice cream, jujube cake and the like. Therefore, the packaging material which can be sealed without heating is preferably used for containing, and the cold sealing adhesive is a pressure-sensitive adhesive material and can be sealed without heating at normal temperature, so that the energy consumption required by packaging equipment is reduced, the packaging speed is greatly improved, and the packaging material has wide application prospect. Therefore, the soft package material structure of the existing chocolate product also has the following characteristics: BOPP/VMPET/cold seal or VMOPP/cold seal. However, the packaging material has the major disadvantages of having no transparency, being invisible to the consumer, and having low heat seal strength.

The further technical scheme is as follows: the mass ratio of the Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) in the first extrusion layer to the Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) in the second extrusion layer is (95-105) to (75-85).
A preparation method of the transparent barrier packaging film sealed at normal temperature comprises the following steps:
step 1, performing vacuum aluminum oxide plating treatment on a PET film to obtain an aluminum oxide plating layer/PET film layer;
step 2, adding raw material particles contained in the extruded PE film layer into an extruder for melting and extruding so as to compound the BOPP film and the aluminum oxide coating/PET film layer in the step 1, and obtaining the BOPP film layer/the extruded PE film layer/the aluminum oxide coating/PET film layer;
step 3, coating cold sealing adhesive on the BOPP film layer/extruded PE film layer/aluminum oxide coating layer/PET film layer in the step 2 at fixed points by using coating equipment, wherein the adhesive amount of the cold sealing adhesive is 2.5-4.5g/m2And then drying and rolling to obtain the BOPP film layer/extrusion coating PE film layer/aluminum oxide coating layer/PET film layer/cold sealing glue coating layer.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the invention, by designing the film layer structure of the packaging film and the formula of the corresponding film layer, the finally obtained packaging film not only avoids the damage of heat sealing temperature when the packaging content is sealed, but also ensures the moisture and oxygen resistance, and prolongs the quality guarantee period of the product. The invention has the normal temperature sealing function, high barrier and visualization performance and high sealing strength, and the packaging of the type does not appear in the current market, so the invention has wide market prospect.
(2) The cold sealing adhesive coating has the advantages that: a. the cold sealing adhesive has thin coating, small coating area and greatly reduced production cost, namely, the material usage amount is reduced and the resources are saved; b. the packaging speed is greatly improved, the labor cost is reduced, and the online cold-sealing packaging speed (namely normal-temperature sealing) can reach more than 5 times of the hot-sealing packaging speed under general conditions; c. the safety, sanitation and reliability of the packaging material are far higher than those of a heat sealing material, the packaging material has no additive precipitate, is nontoxic and tasteless, and does not influence the taste of food in long-term packaging and storage of the food; d. the sealing part of the package is easy to open, the use is convenient, the packaging bag is particularly suitable for packaging children food, and the human-oriented humanized packaging concept is embodied; e. compared with the traditional BOPP/VMPET/cold sealing glue material, the cold sealing glue roll film with the extrusion-compounded structure is softer under the condition of the same thickness, and has smaller rebound resilience after packaging and sealing, thereby ensuring better packaging sealing property.
(3) The application of the AlOx-PET material (the aluminum oxide coating/the PET film layer) overcomes the defect that aluminum-plated film barrier packaging materials such as Al, VMPET, VMCPP and the like are opaque, and the transparency of the packaging film product is greatly improved, so that the packaging contents have the characteristic of visualization.
(4) The formula of the second extrusion coating increases the binding force between the extrusion PE and the aluminum oxide coating (AlOx coating), and improves the composite strength.
Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is described in more detail with reference to the following embodiments. The raw materials used in the examples of the present invention are all common commercial products. Wherein: low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) is a granular product manufactured by the Dow company under the designation 955 and ethylene acrylic acid copolymer (EAA) is a product manufactured by the DuPont company.
Example 1
The preparation method of the transparent barrier packaging film sealed at normal temperature comprises the following steps:
step 1, carrying out vacuum aluminum oxide plating treatment on the PET film to obtain an aluminum oxide plating layer/PET film layer.
The process comprises the steps of vacuum process, evaporation process and cutting or rewinding process. The evaporation process comprises a cleaning process and an ionization oxidation deposition process, wherein the cleaning process is to treat the surface of the plastic film by a microwave plasma system.
The ionization oxidation deposition process comprises the steps of heating an evaporation boat to 1400-1600 ℃, then conveying an aluminum wire to the surface of the evaporation boat, introducing oxygen with the purity of more than 99.9% above an evaporation area, arranging a microwave plasma system above the evaporation area, wherein the power of the microwave plasma system is 1.5-5KW, and the microwave working frequency is as follows: 2450 +/-50 MHz, and depositing alumina on the surface of the film; the oxygen introduction amount is 0.5-5L/min; the evaporation rate of the aluminum is 3-10 g/min.
And 2, adding raw material particles contained in the extruded PE film layer into a double-screw extruder for melting and extruding so as to compound the BOPP film and the aluminum oxide coating/PET film layer in the step 1, and obtaining the BOPP film layer/the extruded PE film layer/the aluminum oxide coating/PET film layer. The OD value of the aluminum oxide plating layer is 0.13.
The extrusion coating PE film layer comprises a first extrusion coating layer bonded with the BOPP film layer and a second extrusion coating layer bonded with the aluminum oxide coating layer, the first extrusion coating layer comprises low-density polyethylene (LDPE), and the second extrusion coating layer comprises low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer (EAA) in a mass ratio of 100: 20; the cold seal adhesive coating is formed by coating acrylic emulsion with the solid content of 57%. The mass ratio of the Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) in the first extrusion layer to the Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) in the second extrusion layer is 100: 80. The speed of the extruder is 80-150 m/min.
Step 3, coating cold sealing glue on the PET surface of the BOPP film layer/extruded PE film layer/aluminum oxide coating layer/PET composite film in the step 2 at fixed points by using multifunctional coating equipment, wherein the specific process steps are as follows: transferring the cold sealing glue in the glue groove to the PET surface of the composite film by using a reticulate pattern roller with the mesh hole depth of 50-72 mu m, then passing through an equipment oven, setting the temperature of the three-section oven at 65 ℃, 75 ℃ and 85 ℃, and setting the speed at 70-150m/min, and then drying and rolling to obtain the BOPP film layer/extruded PE film layer/aluminum oxide coating layer/PET film layer/cold sealing glue coating layer.
The glue applying amount of the cold sealing glue is 3.0-4.5g/m2The thickness of the BOPP film layer is 20 micrometers, the thickness of the extrusion-compounded PE film layer is 15 micrometers, the thickness of the PET film layer is 12 micrometers, and the thickness of the cold-seal adhesive coating layer is 4 micrometers.
Example 2
The same procedure as in example 1, only the process parameters were adjusted as follows:
the OD value of the aluminum oxide plating layer is 0.12.
The second extrusion layer comprises Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) and ethylene acrylic acid copolymer (EAA) in a mass ratio of 98: 22. The mass ratio of the Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) in the first extrusion layer to the Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) in the second extrusion layer is 95: 85.
The gluing amount of the cold sealing glue is 2.5g/m2. The thickness of the BOPP film layer is 18 micrometers, the thickness of the extrusion-compounded PE film layer is 13 micrometers, the thickness of the PET film layer is 14 micrometers, and the thickness of the cold seal adhesive coating is 5 micrometers.
Example 3
The same procedure as in example 1, only the process parameters were adjusted as follows:
the OD value of the aluminum oxide plating layer is 0.14.
The second extrusion layer comprises Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) and ethylene acrylic acid copolymer (EAA) in a mass ratio of 102: 18. The mass ratio of the Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) in the first extrusion layer to the Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) in the second extrusion layer is 105: 75.
The gluing amount of the cold sealing glue is 4.5g/m2. The thickness of the BOPP film layer is 22 micrometers, the thickness of the extrusion-compounded PE film layer is 17 micrometers, the thickness of the PET film layer is 10 micrometers, and the thickness of the cold seal adhesive coating is 3 micrometers.
